"Yes, please, come in," he encouraged her, showing her to a nice leather sofa in the spacious room, lit with warm, dim light, throwing shadows over the dark red wallpaper. Same as in the bedroom, there were large windows with the cave showing outside, a few solid stalagmites in view. The walls were lined with bookshelves, only partially filled with books, the rest of them decorated with various trinkets, from statuettes of elephants and deer alike to several human skulls. The chandelier above was also crafted from bones, and there was a gigantic, almost human-sized globe in one spot, kept in sepia colors and with strange borders, seemingly wrong, if you missed the writing on the Atlantic Ocean with the number "1683" among other information. It stood on a wooden pedestal with the brand name "Bellerby&Co. Globemakers" engraved in it. There was music playing quietly from somewhere behind one of the bookshelves. The Rolling Stones, if you paid attention.

"Please accept this gift as a proof of my hospitality," he announced in a learned, rather official tone, handing her something small wrapped in dark cloth expertly. The gift contained a pair of amber earrings, with a spider trapped in one and some sort of fly in the other.

Should she have told someone about this? Yes. Did she? Noooot really.

Now she stands at a train station in Poland, taking a few pictures on her phone—mostly of her glittering self—and rapid fire texting people.

She's honestly pretty stoked. I mean, she's in a new country and all, plus she's meeting someone who's totally got a spooky villain vibe. Man. She really should have told someone about this. Well, she'll get to that eventually. Maybe. It's fine.

Melchior mentioned having someone pick her up, so all she's got to do is wait.

At the very end of last year i worked on this years ad campaign for Royal Ascot. Working with Antidote and Bellerby & Co globemakers, we created a bespoke, hand made globe adorned with 30 illustrations representing 4 areas of royal Ascot, ‘A World like nowhere else’. This was a tough job to pull off, 30 full colour illustrations in 3 weeks, but the results are great and Bellerby & Co did a great job creating the hand made globe. These ads can now be seen in various media online and in press. the Globe is also doing the rounds and will be on display at Ascot itself.
