BEING A CAT OWNER

Emily is a three-year-old tortoiseshell kitten. She ended up in the shelter as a teenage mom. I adopted her when she was one year, one month, and one day old. Her birthday is Canada Day. She gets her own tag on my other Tumblr. Lately she’s made friends with one (but not both) of the cats who live upstairs.

I personally think that the length of time it took for me to finally realize my bisexuality is ridiculous. Like my youth is filled with me being “””””admiring””””” of female celebrities and cartoon characters and book characters. But my dumb ass just never caught on or even conceived the thought that I was anything other than straight. It took one of best friends to come out to me as pan and then her slowly and carefully guiding me through all my uncertainties and weird/rude questions and a scroll through somebody’s lesbian porn blog before i was finally ready to accept the obvious truth. But, hey, what’s high school without a sexuality crisis? 

iris: any cute crush stories you’d like to share?

sadly, no. i dont really know how to approach girls, especially girls that im not sure are queer and i dont get approached cause im baby faced and dont tend to ping people’s gayday. so my crushes are mostly ‘admiring from afar’ type affairs.

I’m indifferent. Like I don’t ship but I’m not angered by people who do or anything. I just don’t see it because Rory has always been so passive about her relationship with Paris (which I hate). Like she still has trouble admitting Paris is her friend at times and I find it ridiculous and rude and of all the shit that Rory does that’s probably the thing I hate the most.
