This is a large, hyper social predator named a Glasstooth. Glassteeth have very poor eyesight, and rely heavily on their sense of hearing, whiskers, and ability to echolocate to catch prey.

This is one of the "wild-type" glassteeth.

It's 7:55pm, and I'm thinking about all I've been through in the last couple of years, and throughout my life, and I feel strong as fuck for getting through it all, growing through it all, and no one can take that feeling away from me! I want everyone to feel this strong!

I am so so so so so endlessly proud of you! You ARE strong as fuck for getting through it all, and for all of the things you will continue to get through.

My secret: I have a box from valentines day a few years back that I keep important letters in so that when I get overwhelmed I can read them to calm myself down.

Glassteeth, a creature in my novel (under the working title The Singing Skin). These are a migratory hyper-carnivore. Their design incorporates parts from bats, bears, and hyenas. They are almost completely blind, using echolocation to navigate their world. They locate prey using their excellent senses of smell and hearing.

Glassteeth rely on their strength and numbers to subdue prey. They live in packs of up to 15 adults, though packs of this size are uncommon and difficult to maintain over long periods of time. They communicate amongst each other using grunts, squeals, huffs, laughter, whoops, and growls.

Due to their incredible sense of smell, glassteeth have been partially domesticated and trained to sniff out illegal imports and exports at Delkiian ports. These domesticated glassteeth (not pictured here) have rounder heads, greater sociability, smaller brains and bodies, and slightly smaller teeth. *it is important to note that Patch's phobia of glassteeth extends to domesticated glassteeth as well*
