I think I got a rough timeline for the adopted kits 

Lightswan-- the first. Four moons at death(?) (not entirely sure)

Molechive and Froststorm--the second and third, dying five moons later at age five moons

Ashmint-- the fourth, dying at two moons twenty-three moons after the previous two
