when he looks like the world’s biggest sweetheart but has accidentally (or purposely) became the campus’s most infamous virgin killer. it’s that stupid endearing little grin of his that makes you feel safe, those sickeningly sweet puppy dog eyes that he unintentionally (it has to be intentional, though!!) that he gives you when he’s peering up from between your thighs, the way he’s so selfless about getting you off before even thinking about taking off his own pants. of course you want your first time to be with him. it’s even worse when you realize that after hes spent the night setting the bar for sex impossibly high, you wake up alone. you’re getting ready to jump ship and escape, wincing as you can barely walk, only to run into him with your clothes still in your hands. you haven’t even left his room yet.

“you’re leaving already?” he sounds almost disappointed, and then you notice the plate of breakfast in his hand. he was going to bring you breakfast in bed? the hottest virgin killer on campus dicked you down, cleaned you up, and instead of kicking you out, he cooked your bacon just right. fuck, he’s so annoying.

「A piece of cake」 - Midoriya's Notes: Todoroki & Bakugou

Since the official English version didn’t translate Midoriya’s notes, I decided to clean up the rough translation I previously made for my own reference. 

This post is just for the Todoroki & Bakugou team-up mentioned on page 3. The notes on page 2 are about other members of Class A.

1) 最強かも！？ saikyou kamo!? Probably the strongest!?

*Note: The official version translates Bakugou’s response as, “If I team up with Todoroki we’d be invincible?!?” However, in the original Japanese, he quotes Midoriya’s word, 最強 (saikyou) which is generally translated as “strongest”. A more direct translation for “invincible” would be 無敵 (muteki) but it wasn’t used in the original.

2) かっちゃんと轟くんのコンボ、相補性! Kacchan to Todoroki-kun no konbo, souhosei! Kacchan and Todoroki-kun's combo, (their) complementarity!

3) 百いに与えるメリットが多い hyakui ni ataeru meritto ga ooi It offers many advantages *百 (hyaku) means 100. I think it’s just emphasizing how many advantages there are.

4) 炎熱と爆破の共通点を活かして波状攻撃も可能また氷結による滑走で飛距離 en’netsu to bakuha no kyoutsuuten o ikashite hajoukougeki mo kanou mata hyouketsu ni yoru kassou de hikyori By making use of the similarities between blazing heat and explosions, it is possible to attack in waves. Also by gliding on ice (they) can travel a great distance [the rest of the line is cut off]

5) 轟くんがかっちゃんを。。。 Todoroki-kun ga Kacchan o… Todoroki-kun can/should do [some kind of action*] to/with Kacchan

*Note - it's not really possible to know what Midoriya wrote here because the rest of the sentence is cut out of the frame, but this fill-in-the blank translation reflects the subject-object-verb sentence structure.

I'm guessing it says something like “Todoroki-kun should team-up with Kacchan,” but the tdbk possibilities are endless.

“You know, I don’t think we heard you actually laugh out loud during the whole ordeal with Smiley.” Bakugo commented.

“Hm?” Todoroki acknowledged. “I guess not.”

“What, do you just never laugh or something?”

Todoroki glanced over at his classmate. “No.” He said calmly. “It just takes a lot to make me laugh, I suppose.”

“Well that idiot’s quirk worked on me, are you saying you’re better than me?!”

“Bakugo…” Shoto sighed. “Not everything is a competition.”

“Shut up. I wanna hear that laugh.”

Todoroki stared at him now, confused. “What-?”

Then, Bakugo was on him, pushing him back onto the futon. There was a confused, tangled battle of limbs that left Shoto face up on the cushions with Bakugo over him. But that wasn’t the worst of it. Bakugo’s fingers began a swift, calculated swarm of tickling all along Shoto’s middle.

“No- what are you do—?” Todoroki sucked in a gasp of a breath, then slammed his hands up to his mouth on instinct, like he had when Mr. Smiley’s quirk affected him. The sensations were new, foreign, something he had only experienced a few times between siblings or with his mother. Fingers danced along and squeezed his sides. It was electric, tingly, unbearable, embarrassing, and so, so, so ticklish. He was already twitching with held in laughter.

“Come onnnnnnnnn Icy-Hot. I wanna hear that laugh.” Katsuki grinned. He snuck his hands up along Shoto’s ribs and toward his armpits, taking advantage of the other student’s urge to cover his face. “You know you want to~. You know this fucking tickles, and it’s only gonna get worse.” He teased.

Todoroki was shaking now, his body trying to twist out of the way of Bakugo’s tickling fingers but making no progress. The explosive teen gave him no quarter; he always fought hard to get his goals.

When Bakugo wiggled his way into Todoroki’s armpits, the half-and-half student shouted behind his hands. His eyes were squeezed shut and he tried desperately to press his arms down to his sides. Bakugo caught sight of his wide, wobbling smile. It almost looked like he wanted to say something, protest, plead, bargain… but they could both tell that the moment he opened his mouth, the only thing coming out would be laughter.

“You really wanna drag this out? I could go all day.” Bakugo reminded him.

Todoroki shook his head.

“Come on, laugh already!” Bakugo chastised him. He dug into the center of his armpits, growing annoyed.

Todoroki opened his mouth to breath, his cheeks red, and the dam he was trying his hardest to hold back finally broke. “Heh- ahaha- nohohohooho- B-Bakugohoho!” He giggled at first, trying to suppress it. That quickly descended into cackling laughter as Bakugo kept it up, using his fingers under his arms and stretching his thumbs to dig into the tops of his ribs.

“There it is.” Bakugo smirked triumphantly as Shoto laughed and squirmed under him. “That laugh is music to my fucking ears.”

Shoto loves studying with you. No you two dont even date, you two are just crushing on each other. Maybe this is why he thinks he loves the study session more then the other activities he does in day.

Its always the same time. In his room, sitting across of the kotatsu, all books are open and pencils in your hands. He doesn't listen music. He loves the room is quiet when he study. At the first, you were listening music but since you saw Shoto pouts EVERY time you put your earphones, you dont listen music anymore. (he does not know he is pouting tho... he just thinks that he is so BORING that he always making you put music to your ears so at least the time he forced to stay can be more enjoyable :( Even though the reason you put earphones is that you feel a heartache everytime you feel he look at you so intense and you wanna calm it down...)

"Hey Todoroki-kun. Can you please look at this question?" You ask while showing him a question about quadratic equations. Shoto thinks he's going crazy when you slowly lean over to him and feels your head almost touching his shoulder, but he still maintains that cold and calm face. "Let me see..."

You realize that he pouts... not the diffuclty of the question but that you called him "Todoroki". He hates it. He want you and only you that call him Shoto. His name is reserved for you...

After he solved the question you both just turn to your books again. He is sad that your close presence is gone but still happy that you gave him the cutest smile since he solved the question.

And this is how it goes everytime. Sit, barely talk, solve questions and repeat. But Shoto swears that everytime you do this, both of your connections of love comes stronger. Because you both learn love each other, sometimes without even talking but with a peaceful time. And in the end of that study session, when you kiss Shoto's cheek and say "Thank you." with blushed cheeks Shoto confirms his thoughts of your connection. While he watches you shyly running to your room, he swears that he will be your husband.

I just read 426 officially, the todoroki family Endeavor congratulations selection sounded so forced.

"You've also been punished already... Can't you just stop now?" The f*ck? Objectively that's not true, the law hasn't punished him at all.

Many stories have cases of child abusers avoiding jail time (usually being disconnected from the family but whatever). But MHA puts a lot of effort telling the audience that Endeavor is well.. putting the effort and bearing a cross. So, when the obvious case of jail time is never brought up, the context of the dialogue sounds stupid. Especially when most of the chapter is in a jail.

I have said this before but i will say it again I completely hate how the todoroki family arc was handled and I wholeheartedly believe that enji todoroki shouldn't of gotten either a redemption or an atonement arc at all.

Enji todoroki doesn't actually end up getting any concequences legally speaking that is when he 100% should of gotten them. Enji should of probably ended up in jail at the end of this arc for his history with child abuse and implied marital 🍇 however that isn't the case and he is simply allowed to do whatever Scott free in a retirement home. It also seems that the public don't actually mind enji and may tolerate heck even accept him even after what he did. This probably has something to do with him stepping up and doing his job as a hero so people may of let it slide which ISNT OKAY!!

In the end all that enji receives is karma and no actual punishments at all. Sure his family leaves him but he is free to do whatever and go visit touya which in my opinion is something that he shouldn't be allowed to do.

I have already said this but my preferred route for enji is to have him never be redeemed. I would of liked for him to die as a worthless and abusive father who never got to realise that maybe he should of changed as his own actions have caught up to him in the form of his own son touya. Enjis death in the first war arc would of ended up serving many plot points justice including his and this is by:

Having there be actual pressure for heroes and anyone in the hero industry that there is no number one and that they're all in danger

Give more focus to the todorokis

Give enji what he deserved by having him taste his own medicine (dying by touyas flames would of been ironic)

Also drive the touya and shoto role because when enji dies there will probably be mixed reactions and some would glorify his last actions

Allow for characters to get more agency that was suppressed to humanise enji like the Rei and hawks

Parallel his arc with bakugo which would make bakugos redemption more impactful (if bks redemption is done right that is)

But yeah it's such a shame that a big plot point in the series ended like this and to be honest I feel bad for touya who just has to slowly suffer and die at least Shigaraki had the mercy of a quick death (I still hate both their endings and hori flopped so badly)

MHA 2.22 - Yaoyorozu: Rising - part 2

I want a Todoroki pinata for my birthday party.

She really has a high opinion of Todoroki, doesn't she? That's sweet and all, but Momo, you are one of the smartest kids in your class, you got this!

HE VOTED FOR HER! SHUT UP! THAT IS SO STINKING CUTE! It is like a literal 'vote' of confidence.

I have no reason for putting this screenshot up other than the fact that looking at it makes me tingle.

Speaking of tingles. Is Momo BLUSHING? Do I sense a crush in the air? If she doesn't think of a good plan quick, Todoroki is going to get strung up like a pinata again.

She missed the switch! Girl, you have GOT to work on your hand-eye coordination. Pulling a catapult and a whole pile of metal out of her booba is a unique talent. Paired with her brains (if not her spatial awareness) her potential sky high.

Look! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it Superman? No. It's a hot burrito flying in the sky! I love this funky shape changing metal. It looks kinda snug, but being encased in hot metal is a nightmare actually.

Why does it look like Aizawa is taking a power nap? He would though. OR is he looking down so that Momo cannot see his face as he LIES like a lying liar.

"Do you feel sick?" - Hahahaha! Sometimes I think Todoroki is a low-key unintentional comedy king.

Momo can't handle any blows to her confidence right now. Aizawa knows that, so he is letting her small mistake slide. It isn't truthful, but it is what she needs to hear to support her growth right now.

Oh my god, Todoroki you absolute donut. Who sees someone cry and thinks, I know what will fix this, pressure points! So practical and yet so clueless.

Granny is onto you Aizawa. He looked so excited to beat up his students, but when it comes down to it he is a sweetie.
