Hey Babes, Update

I want to apologize for delaying the queue and getting new arts and fics reblogged.

I have planned a new and updated version of this blog’s “Because it needs saying” post (side note: I believe Ghostlyhauntings wanted to drop a history about the history of the fandom names at some point.) and a couple of new fanfic rec lists for the new fans who joined us recently. After that, I wanted to set up more polls and interactive posts to mix in the queue.

All of this got derailed this week, as I had a death in the family that hit hard. There were a lot of arrangements to be made, and I needed processing time to heal. So, I have been hiding away, making small appearances in Discord, and hiding behind ‘likes’ until I felt strong enough to jump back on here. Those closest to me know most of the story, but I would like to keep details off Tumblr and social media. Privacy on this one is important to me.

That being said, I am still saving posts for the queue. This blog has not been abandoned, and I am avoiding major spoiler details till October, even though I and the majority of Babes have already seen the movie.

I’ll update you guys again soon. 🖤

i think in the show, they mention their mother named them so five perhaps disappeared before that happened? in the comics, he never gets a name either, he’s either five or the boy

I thought that, too, but when he travels to the future he calls out for Vanya and Ben by name, and in the flashbacks (specifically the bank heist, idr about others) Luther calls Ben by name. Maybe in the comics continuity (although I assume it’s not overtly explained there, either) he disappears before they get names and the writers of the show just kind of... mucked that up? 

He’s also a little shit so maybe he was just like “names are dumb” and didn’t want his, idk. 🤷‍♀️

Hello I'm not sure if someone has asked this already but are there any fan comics to read. I only know about 'cobweb and stripes' and I already read it. If there are could you suggest some to me

I know a few, but many are not complete. The only complete comic that comes to mind is a musical-based one by @jenniferstolzer

I know @venture-someplace-scary (aka ForeverKnight and GhostlyHauntings) had a couple of comics that are unfinished in the public realm. Other than them, I think most of the older comics are either gone or abandoned.

If there are any fan comic artists out there who have something, please feel free to guide.
