for those asking about the ghoulette dresses: it was your classic victorian mourning gown. floor length with veils that covered their whole faces—unclear if masked underneath still or if the veils were opaque enough they didn’t use them. personally i think the veils would have been opaque enough based on historical examples we have. think constance hatchaway haunted mansion realness, but make it black and you’ll have a pretty close approximation.

edit: here’s some photo refs off of google that are similar—top right is closest in terms of skirt shape, from what I could see.

edit edit: just to be clear, they only wore these for 1 song! it was the if you have ghosts cover. four ghoulettes total, with 2 playing cellos, 1 on grand piano, and one on either vocals or theremin (I couldn’t tell! if anyone had a clearer view pls lmk!)

Idea for the next tour;

Put La Mantra Mori on the setlist.

Give it entirely to the Ghouls so no Papa on stage.

Swiss, Cirrus, Cumulus and Aurora all harmonise the first few repetitions.

Then they all get a few each as a solo and they can do whatever they want with it (key, belting, vibrato or straight tone etc.)

Then they come together and harmonise again at the end.

Individual Ghoul appreciation (kinda like the Respite solos), and Papa gets a break.

LA Ritual/possible Ghovie spoilers

I have name suggestions for the new ghoulettes from the LA ritual (ones who played If You Have Ghosts).

First of all getting their elements out of the way we have an air ghoul on piano, a multi singing, and two water ghouls on cello (cello is a four string bass instrument)

So I was thinking for the waters and the multi we could name them after the sirens from Greek mythology; Peisinoe, Aglaope, and Thelxiepei. For the air ghoul we could name her after a harpy from Greek mythology; Celaeno.

My thought process was the girl needed elegant sounding names and sirens have commonly been associated with mermaids so it’d work for the two waters and the lovely haunting singing voice also fits the theme for the multi girl. Then for the air we go to a more bird like creature that still ties in well with the theme of the other girls names since sirens were originally bird creatures.

I saw a video today talking about the infamous Swiss/Aurora kiss during Kiss The Go-Goat and people in the comments were getting like super mad at Jutty. Apparently his gf was devastated because they didn't discuss it with her beforehand, apparently she cried about it on Instagram live, apparently they might be breaking up because of it.
