hey this is chance and here’s week 4’s prompt. how do strangers within the world view your protagonists? how would they describe them? and how does this contrast against how the protagonist views themself?
Okay so all main 5!
Sziliana to a stranger on the street she is probably nothing short of intimidating, She is the kind of person, that when you see on the sidewalk you cross the road just to avoid her. To a random girl at the club she is probably another fuckboy, but with some weird charm to her. Szili on her own, first and foremost, loves herself. She's convinced she is very attractive. Very assured of her physical strengh. She is also aware that she is not the smartest one there, but she doesn't let it bring her down!
Scisor on first glance he is very friend-shaped most of the time and seems very approachable. Just someone people feel comfortable around in an instant. Scisor doesn't really think about himself too often, as he is focused on other people. Even tho he doesn't show it, he wishes to get more assertive since he knows that being a people pleaser won't take him far. Deep down inside he knows his worth, knows how smart, creative and determined he is. He just forgets about it sometimes.
Marcel seems like a snooty, but overall cute and fragile kitty with a really good fashion sense, very friendly and likes to be flirted with. And while the fashion sense is true the rest is quite... different. Marcel is a cunt and he is well aware of that. He likes the way he is, knows his worth, both physical and brain-wise but will act otherwise if it's convinient. Generally very self assured person, that has his needs on the first place. He likes when people flirt with him, true, but will ditch them if he gets bored.
Yajone is not really viewed by strangers, simply because he doesn't live his place too often. Even if he does he just does it so quickly and imperceptibly that no-on even notices. Yajone doesn't have the best self-esteem. He thinks he is never enough and even tho he technicaly knows how impressive things he does are, he always feels that he could do better than this. He is very harsh to himself.
Ivo is just plain unapprochable. He may be quiet, but just looks hostile so it's better to avoid him and just not talk to him, because he will give you the most disgusted look ever. Ivo has a bit of a tough relationship with himself. His depression surely isn't helping. He may even be as hostile to himself as he is to other people, but in the same time he just doesn't care. On one hand he is fine with his skills and looks and on the other he just wishes to stop existing so baddly. He doesn't even want to be better or anything, he just wants to vanish.
//wow, this took me several days to write, I dunno why i struggled to baddly lol. Glad i did it and thanks for the ask!

So um... Sziliana again... BUT WITH A BED! :D
***
The room wasn't very big and didn't look occupied, the guy's family must have cleared it out already. The wall on the left - similar to the living room was just a big window with some dark curtains on the sides. The whole room was quite monochrome, with just few furniture: a rug in the center, a big drawer, wardrobe, a small, square screen that was connected to the AI assistant and showed some completely unimportant news and weather; and what was it's biggest selling point - a big, double bed in the middle of the room. Something that for Szili was absolutely crucial to have.
It's important to note that she was quite a big bird, however that would be a bit of an understatement. Not necessarily tall, since she was strictly six feet tall without her heels. It was her second parameter that caused trouble. Huge arms and buff chest making her look like a solid three-doored wardrobe. And of course a pair of big green wings on her back didn’t make her any smaller. Having them hanging down the bed was not only uncomfortable, it was also unhealthy for her kind. So in short: single beds were simply too small. Besides, unlike Ivo she was the one to have lots of… "guests" over, so obviously she needed a double bed to let them stay the night.
The room was great! She loved it dearly and could already imagine what decorations she would put here, to live things up. She approached the bed and fell on it, face front to the ceiling, then stretched, making her muscles and bones creek in a satisfying fashion. In just a few hours this bed will be unapologetically hers, for as long as she desires…

¶ … Kidneys and How They Function One of the most important functions of the kidneys - though not the only key function - is to provide an effective filtering device for the blood in the human body, through which about 200 quarts of blood flow on a daily basis, according to the National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NKUDIC). Within those 200 quarts of blood the kidneys screen out about 2 quarts of waste products. A big portion of that waste becomes urine and is stored in the bladder, thanks to the smooth functioning of the kidneys. Where did those wastes in the blood come from? This is the explanation of what the kidneys' principle role truly is. There is a normal breakdown of active tissues in all that humans eat, and the body knows what portions of that food it needs to sustain its functions and repair its ills, and what it doesn't need it sends to the blood. Then, the blood circulates through the kidneys and the result is as mentioned above. Without the work of the kidneys, wastes would gather and collect in the body and cause harm. In a very real way, the kidneys are analogous to the average municipal wastewater treatment plant; raw waste goes into the plant from human repositories in homes and elsewhere. Those materials are filtered and processed and are expelled as "gray water" or something akin to gray water. The gray water or treated water is then transported to the ocean, or to holding facilities for further community use. Likewise, the kidneys' separate out the waste and it is transported to the bladder for permanent removal. The specific structure of the kidneys can be explained within a discussion of nephrons. Indeed, the pivotal physiological and cellular mechanisms / components within the kidneys are called nephrons. There are about a million nephrons in the kidneys. Inside each nephron, according to NKUDIC, is a glomerulus - a miniature blood vessel, or capillary - "intertwines" with a small "urine-collecting tube" that is called a tubule. This is the esoteric exchange system / mechanism that actually, through a chemical process, sends the waste materials and some water over to the bladder. The kidneys' job here is to decide what amount of certain chemicals (phosphorus, potassium and sodium) are needed to help the glomerulus / nephrons interactive mechanisms keep that waste moving out of the blood and into the safety of the bladder. According to Professor Roger G. Mark (the MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology: Renal Physiology) the formation of urine actually begins "with a passive ultrafiltration process." That process includes the movement of water and "associated dissolved small molecules" is determined by hydrostatic and oncotic pressures. The capillaries alluded to earlier are one hundred times "more permeable to water and crystalloids" than are ordinary capillaries in the human muscle tissue. As the fluid runs along these capillaries, the pressure rises as a result of the loss of water in the process. Meantime, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is working hard, pushing through 125 milliliters per minute, according to Mark's research materials. Most of the substances that are filtered through the glomerulus are in turn "reabsorbed" by the tubules of the kidney, becoming "interstitial fluid" and finally put back into the blood. That reabsorption process saves essential substances, including water, amino acids, electrolytes and glucose. Mark makes the point on page 14 that key to the kidney's regulatory mechanism / function is its ability to "secrete hydrogen ion and potassium ion" to fully regulate the pH levels. It is important to the function of the kidneys that there be a good balance between the amount of water and sodium that are filtered daily. Mark writes that the amount of water and sodium that the kidneys filter every day can exceed the amount of water and sodium that the individual takes in "by more than a factor of 100!" The balance therein is fully dependent on "tubular reabsorption. On the subject of sodium balance, Mark explains that in a normal kidney scenario the amount of sodium taken in is matched by the amount excreted. and, of course the sodium that is excreted is done so in the form of "...sweat, saliva, and gastrointestinal secretions." How do the kidneys affect other body systems? Besides keeping the blood free of harmful waste products, and providing a way to dispose of those wastes, the kidneys also do three important things for the body, the NKUDIC explains. One, they produce erythropoietin (EPO), which stimulates bone marrow and helps create red blood cells, which carry the oxygen throughout the body and keep humans alive and healthy. The kidneys also produce rennin, which effectively regulates a human's blood pressure. And another product of the kidneys is calcitriol, which according to NKUDIC is "the active form of Vitamin D," which assists the production of calcium for the bones and also calcium "for normal chemical balance in the body." The importance of the kidneys cannot be overstated. This is a vital organ that not only provides cleansing and waste removal services, but keeps bones strong with supplies of calcium and regulates blood pressure as well as providing stimulus to bone marrow to produce healthy red blood cells. Two healthy kidneys in a typical human usually means that they have normal "renal function" (your kidneys are operating the way they were intended to operate), according to NKUDIC information. Even with only one functional kidney, in many cases a person can live a normal life - which is why there are frequent opportunities for kidney transplants through willing donors. Research has taught us that there are many things that can cause harm to kidneys, and many reasons for and causes of kidney failure. NKUDIC reports that there are hereditary kidney diseases but they may not be found out until a person is in adulthood. "Trauma" and some over-the-counter medicines can cause kidney failure and disease in some people. In fact, some products which are made from a combination of aspirin, acetaminophen and other painkillers like ibuprofen can put kidneys at risk, the research shows. The most recent research has delved into the problem that proteins in a person's diet, and various levels of cholesterol affect the normal functioning of kidneys. Persons who are obese and have high blood pressure are potential candidates for kidney disease. And persons over the age of 65 are "more than twice as likely" to develop chronic kidney disease (CKD) than people who are between the ages of 45 and 65, NKUDIC continues. The best test of how effective one's kidneys are functioning is by testing the glomerular filtration rate (GFR). That is a test that reveals how much blood is being successfully filtered by the kidneys. The NKUDIC research show that a normal GFR rate is 90 and above, but when that rate falls to between 60 and 89, it indicates that the ability of the kidneys to filter blood effectively is declining. Further down to between 30 and 59 a person begins to experience anemia, and that person should be under a physician's care. When the GFR is down to between 15 and 29 it may mean that the person requires dialysis, and may indeed need to have a catheter placed in the abdomen; short of that, the person whose GFR is that low, research shows, may actually require a donated kidney from a friend or family member. By the time the CKD has reached a point where the GFR is below 15, in order for that individual to maintain existence he or she will need major dialysis or a kidney transplant, which is expensive but it saves lives. What do we understand about kidney disease? The NKUDIC clearinghouse estimates that 100,000 people in the U.S. experience kidney failure annually (it is called nephropathy). And the most common cause of nephropathy is diabetes - which accounts for around 45% of new cases of nephropathy. There are nearly 18 million Americans with diabetes, and of those people, about 150,000 also have kidney failure. Treating these patients is not inexpensive; the NKUDIC suggests that some $27 billion is wracked up in medical bills annually. Recent Research: Harvard Medical School researchers (www.hms.harvard.edu),under the direction of and in cooperation with Dr. Ajay K. Singh have attempted to learn recently if epoetin alfa as an agent to correct the problem of anemia in chronic kidney disease patients. "They found no improvement in quality of life" in those patients treated with epoetin alfa; indeed, they learned that there was a "higher risk for serious cardiovascular events, including death," when epoetin alfa was used to "heighten hemoglobin levels" in patients with anemia due to chronic kidney disease (CKD), according to the Harvard Medical School data. This particular research follows on the heels of "small tests" in which the higher hemoglobin levels are linked to better quality of life experiences for patients suffering from anemia and CKD. More than 1,400 patients across America in 130 different venues (on a much bigger playing field) were "randomly assigned" a dose of epoetin alfa that was high and intended to improve the quality of life for those patients. However, Harvard Medical School (HMS) reports that in that study of 1,400 patients, 222 "composite events occurred." Those "events" included 65 deaths, 101 "hospitalizations for congestive heart failure, 25 myocardial infarctions and 23 strokes." In an understatement, the HMS report - written by Dr. Singh - concluded that while improving the lives of patients with CKD is "of paramount importance," this particular study reveals, "...Aiming for a complete correction of anemia is associated with increased risk, increased cost and no quality of life benefits." The study was published in the November 16, 2006 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine. Meantime, the National Institutes of Health / Medline Plus (www.nim.nih.gov) explains that epoetin alfa is also used with people who have HIV, it is used prior to surgery and after surgery "to decrease the number of blood transfusions needed" in the predicable loss of blood during surgery. It is also used to treat people who have been weakened by chemotherapy. Epoetin Alfa is "usually injected one to three times weekly" subcutaneously in patients who have a lower than normal number of red blood cells (i.e., anemia), albeit it does not "cure anemia" and it frequently takes from two to six weeks before it actually shows an increase in red blood cells. While the HMS report asserted that a number of deaths and heart attacks occurred when patients with CKD were given high doses of Epoetin alfa, the National Institutes of Health warn, "Some side effects can be serious." Notably, there can be hallucinating, fever, a spreading rash all over the body, "hives...wheezing, difficulty breathing or swallowing," along with pain, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, sever itching at the injection spot, and the sensation of "...feeling clod most of the time." Meanwhile, an article in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine (Palmer, et al., 2007) reports on research involving the use of Vitamin D compounds as therapy for patients with CKD. In the research, 3,667 patients were enrolled in seventy-six different trials. The study was conducted because solutions are being sought constantly to reduce the pain and agony that patients with CKD (and those with diabetes associated with CKD) suffer with on an international level. The researchers reported at the outset that CKD is associated with "significantly increased rates of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality." Further, Palmer writes, that over the past twenty years some solutions have been sought that resulted in death or failure to improve the conditions in patients. The research used placebo and Vitamin D compounds with patients who had "any stage of CKD" and the trial results were reviewed by two independent authors, both of whom extracted data on the characteristics of the participants, the previous interventions, comparisons with other CKD patients and clinical outcomes of previous interventions, when they had been reported. The upshot of these trials on 3,667 patients was that Vitamin D "...did not reduce the risk for death, bone pain, vascular calcification or parathroidectomy." In fact in eight of the 76 trials at least one person died; and Vitamin D compounds do not "consistently reduce PTH levels." Further, the value of using Vitamin D compounds for people with CKD "remains uncertain," Palmer concludes. Eschewing antirejection drugs after a kidney transplant. There is better and more positive news regarding research into kidney failure, according to the February 2008 feature "Focus Online" (http://focus.hms.harvard.edu).In 2007, for the first time, a medical team that conducted a kidney transplant reported a "stable" kidney function following a deliberate withdrawing of antirejection drugs from patients. Indeed, transplanted kidneys in four of the five people receiving kidney transplants - from "close but immune-mismatched relatives" (Morton, 2008) - in this report have survived for between two and five years without the strong antirejection drugs being administered. How this was done is very heartening and encouraging for medical science, the report explains. Most recipients must take strong drugs for the remainder of their lives, because the body tends to reject kidneys; there are very few "genetically identical donors" and hence, the drugs must be taken to prevent the body from attacking the transplanted organs, Morton explains. And those drugs themselves "...take a toll by promoting infections and cancer," the Focus report written by Carol Cruzan Morton continues. This is the very first time, the article insists, that intentionally the recipient was taken off drugs following "well-done mouse and monkey studies." Basically what happened to help the donor avoid the potentially cancer-causing antirejection drugs was this: the kidney recipient's bone marrow and the donor's bone marrow are mixed together "long enough to trick the immune system into tolerating the donor organ forever," Morton writes. In order to mix the bone marrow specimens thoroughly, the medical team used chemotherapy to "partially destroy the patient's bone marrow." Also, they used an antibody "...targeted to mature T cells, and radiation of the thymus." Later in the lab, researchers on the team from Massachusetts General Hospital verified that the donor's bone marrow engrafted properly and as a result produced "...a full lineage of blood and immune cells for less than a month, before all evidence of donor cells vanished." Another positive report for patients with kidney dysfunction was issued by the Harvard Medical School in 2005; a large-scale analysis indicates that a specific blood test that was previously discovered to be useful in either diagnosing or ruling out heart failure in emergency room patients is also, contrary to previous research, effective for patients with CKD who have heart problems. It is well-known that congestive heart failure - this happens when an impaired heart muscle "cannot pump blood efficiently" (according to (www.hms.harvard.edu)- is an enormous health problem in America. But in order to diagnose heart failure properly and accurately, it is tricky because the symptoms "can overlap those of other conditions." The use of the blood marker test called NT-proBNP can not only identify patients who have an immediate high risk of death from heart failure, the research has found, but also can give accurate indications of patients with chronic kidney disease whose hearts are struggling to survive. What we don't understand about kidney failure. It is not known why kidney failure occurs more often in certain ethnic groups like African-Americans, American Indians, Latinos (and Hispanics) than among Caucasians. Scientists also are at a loss to fully explain why factors like diet, heredity, and high blood pressure increase the risk that a person with diabetes will ultimately experience kidney failure. They do know these factors can lead to kidney failure, but they do not know why. Works Cited Harvard Medical School. (2005). From Zero to GeM Hero: Your Business Startup Checklist
When you want to buy things from the government, it can be hard to figure out how to start a business. GeM is a website that can help you with this. Becoming a GeM star takes the right plan, regulations, and tools, whether you’re a new business looking for chances or someone who wants to start their own business.
“Companies can use the book “From Zero to GeM Hero” to learn how to use India’s Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and do well on it. For instance, you need to set up a business, check out vendors, make a list of goods, and bid on them. These parts help sellers make more money, get more contracts, and improve their image.“
You can use this blog as a step-by-step guide to become a great GeM seller. Because of how quickly things work in India, we teach you everything you need to know to build a successful business, from how to set up your company and understand vendor reviews to how to list your goods and get bids. Are you ready to get better and work for the government? Okay, let’s begin!
To start a business on India’s Government e-Marketplace (GeM), follow these steps:
Step 1: Figure out how to learn GeM.
This is what GeM stands for: “Government e-Marketplace.” To see my GeM page, go to gem.gov.in. Find out what it does, how it works, and what you can use it for.
Learn more about your field:
Pick out the office supplies, IT tools, care services, and other things you want to sell.
Step 2: Make an account for your business.
Sign up your company:
If you run your own business by yourself, you need to get a GST card and a PAN card.
Whether your business is a one-person or a shared limited company, you need to get an MCA account, a GST number, and a PAN.
List of Documents Needed:
GST Certificate Aadhaar Card (of owner or director) PAN Card
Certificate of Registration from Udyam (for MSMEs)
Money in a bank account linked to a business account.
Step 3: Sign up for GeM.
Create GeM Seller Account:
Go to gem.gov.in.
We only need to click “Register as Seller.”
It’s not enough to write down the GST number, PAN number, and type of business.
One last thing you need to do to finish setting up your page is:
Type in details about your company, like where it is located, how to reach it, and so on.
You need to give them your PAN, GST, and Udyam forms.
Step 4: Product/Service Listing.
These should be added to the list:
Put up good image of what you have.
Follow the rules set by the government when you add information.
Prices need to be fair.
Needs to Do:
Make sure you can do what you sell.
Standards like ISO or BIS should be added if your product needs them.
Step 5: Get all of your papers ready.
For GeM Tenders, you might need these:
To get perks like not having to pay EMD, you need to sign up for a GST certificate for small businesses and Udyam.
Check with ISO or BIS to see if you need to.
Before you become a dealer, you should talk to the person who made it.
If you have any, awards for good work done in the past.
For some bids, you need to fill out more forms:
A copy of the report from CA about the cuts
Getting approval from the OEM
Rule 144 of the GFR 2017 must be followed.
Step 6: Place your bids.
To put in bids and look for them:
Click on “Bids” on the GeM page to find the right government bids.
You can also use sites like BidHelp to get daily updates on bids that interest you. This is the better way to buy.
Send all the forms you need and prices you can pay.
Follow the rules for bidding:
Read the bid paper slowly.
Here is the right way to send all the files that were asked for.
Step 7: Payment and Delivery
Get your deals:
As soon as you’re picked, give the goods or services that were agreed upon in the sale.
To escape fines, make sure the delivery is on time.
How to Pay:
GeM has an honest way to pay. It’s called cash on delivery (COD) when the money is sent to your bank account.
Step 8: Marketing and Expansion
Get your stuff out there:
Add interesting specs and features to get more attention.
See what prices your rivals are setting and, if necessary, change your own.
Adding More:
Add more products and services as your company grows.
GeM is all about getting good reviews and making things well.
Step 9: Stay Compliant
Always keep your licenses and certificates up to date:
Make sure that all of your permits are still current. These include GST, ISO, and Udyam.
Follow GeM’s advice:
Pay close attention to the GeM rules for buyers.
You should be polite when you disagree with someone.
Today’s tip:
Things that help small and medium-sized businesses (MSME) You can escape Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and get other benefits if you are an MSME.
Use Tools for GeM Success:
Use platforms like BidHelp for bid notifications, tender management, and compliance guidance.
Build Relationships:
Provide quality services/products to secure repeat orders from government buyers.
Conclusion
It might look hard at first to sell things on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). You can still reach your goal if you set your mind to it and get the tools you need. As the Indian market for buying things grows, this thorough startup plan can help you get a strong position in it. Part of it is making your business formal and getting ready for the seller check-up. You should properly show your goods and bid.
GeM is more than just obeying the rules. If you want to stay in business, you also need to sell good things and earn people’s trust. Do not give up. Think about the little things and plan ahead. The government will trust your business more after this. You can now make your GeM company a HERO! Follow the instructions on the list.

1, 2 for ITT and ITU, and 10 for all your fics!!
1. My favourite... diffused! Diffused is some of my best writing and I’m so proud of it rn <3 2. Hmmmm... for ITU... I don’t know really I don’t remember! Maybe Memories or Ultimate Weapon. for ITT... well... that scenes not out yet ;) 10. ITU - I was writing this as SUF was coming out, so most of the time I was making guesses as to what Steven was going through. It still managed to stay pretty current, though! Proud of that. Also it was like... Top 3 in SU on ao3 for a while. ahh... those were the days. also ngl some parts of ITU are super cringe aughhhh but at least im learning! ITT - Most of the ideas for episodes came from pixel! also this was written FOREVER ago so it’s a bit rough in the first season but i promise season two is better Diffused - Wrote this back when Tats story was coming out I think... though I don’t actually remember GFRS - I most likely wrote it after seeing wayyy too many enemies to lovers of Gordon and Benrey that were like. three chapters. dear god buys its enemies to lovers it takes TIME. also! I hate slow burn! but apparently Im writing one Wild Manners - Link has ADHD its canon i said so SB Story - I regret making that One Part so violent. Seriously dear god didn’t I outgrow my edgy phase? Tats Story - I’m glad my edginess of the time only seeped in a bit. Heros Story - I deeply regret not releasing the chaps on dif days because it got ZERO attention it sucked lol Deconstructed - it needs more attention uwu More Than Just Acquaintances - first fic I ever wrote! I think I wrote it in middle school... im scared to go back and read it now

Taking off the disguise +Some demon lore
Demons have a true form that looks like this:
Their humanoid look is what is called a "Disguise". It's not there to hide or lie to anybody, despite the name. Demons put on disguises to protect others, because their real looks cause anybody who sees them to freak out. It's hard to determine what causes this sudden primal fear outbursts or even hallucinations. For a regular person it may be hard to determine how they actually look, because of immense hallucinations that occur.
Interesting fact to mention is that demons don’t really bleed. At least not in a conventional way. When injured (both in and out of disguise) their wounds fill up and “bleed” with foaming and thick, black mucus, looking similar to their true form’s skin. The mucus quickly solidifies forming a crust. That simply means demons can’t bleed out, since they have no blood to lose.
Disguise is an external shell and the true form is simply sitting under the disguise. When the disguise is damaged the inside is visible. While the damage to the disguise hurts the demon, it cannot be lethal. What’s also particularly gruesome and painful to the demon is removing the disguise to showcase their true form. As stated before, the true form is hiding underneath the disguise, so to take it off the demon has to simply rip it off.

We interrupt...
We interrupt…
Wow, just wow. I had intended to keep writing about the basics of chronic kidney disease today, but I just spoke with my nephrologist via FaceTime. That’s a call I had waited over a month to have, even though my GFR had dropped 20 points. I thought the drop constituted the need for an immediate callback from him, but he just didn’t have the time. He was overwhelmed with the hospitalized Covid…

Hell yea, a worldbuilding question batch! Let's get into The Other Earth worldbuilding a bit then!
Yes, it does have a "religion" of sorts, but it doesn't give any moral code or rules, it's solly based on worshiping the gods so they bless you and not start an apocalypse. Gods are also nor good nor evil, they just watch mortals for fun. The religion is not an important part of the story, well, maybe besides Ivo who was raised in a orphanage full of monks, and he is not a big fun of gods cause of that.
2. That depends. There is a lot of very weird animals one may keep in TOE, but speaking from the Earth perspective, I think it could be a dinosaur, esspecially a carnivourous one. They natively live in hell and are a bitch to catch, so getting one surely is rare and expensive. A bit of a show-off if you ask me. It's way better to just get yourself a Beakless bird or a Pollen panda. They are also exotic and won't bite your face off.
3. Main setting is the town of Morkland in Norway. It's a perfect location since the story is about gangsters and the town is full of low-lives, evil corporations and scumbags. Not sure what would happen if I picked a different spot. If I had to, I would most likely put it somewhere in America, where crime rates are high, but I like the contrast between Norway being such a peacefull country in general and having this one dark and scary furuncle on it. Almost as if they pushed all of the criminals in one isolated space, so they don't bother people anymore. Like a purgatory.
Tuesday Asks
Aaaand we're back! Asks are sending again, so expect a return to the normal system this week :D
Here are the questions for today:
*Note for #1: Being pushy / forceful and generally intolerant of others' beliefs, inclusions, and practices will not be tolerated. If any discussion happens to arise, please keep things civil.
Does your world have a predominant culture or religion in it? What role does it play in the story? What would be different if you made the opposite choice?
What is the most unusual pet a person living in your world can own? If it's not a real life pet / animal, what makes it appealing as a pet to your characters?
What is the main setting of your story? Why did you choose this location and how would the story be different if it took place somewhere else?

hey! this is chance & here’s the prompt for week 6. what are your oc's bedrooms like? messy? neat? carefully designed? or a collection of their favorite things? you can verbally describe or use photos, whatever you think is best.
Okay, so this time I'm doing Szili only, because I don't have everything designed yet and It would take me AGES to describe each one. So for visuals here is up-to-date Szili's room made in TS4 and an older 2022 piece of Szili in her room (a bit outdated) :D
Couldn't do everything on point in TS4, cause, of course... it has it's limitations with items, so lemme do a text description as well:
"The room was surprisingly cosy, despite it's white walls; in a black, white and brown pallette, with some golden accessories, so It's obvious who is the owner. A big bed right in the middle of the room, with sheets changed almost every other day, for reasons that will soon be obvious. On each side of the bed were warm fairly lights, hanging down from the top of the wall.
On the right was a quite big closet with lots of very mismatching clothes and a pile of high heel shoes of different kinds. Sometimes clothes were left on the floor if no one was visiting. On the top of the drawer there was a bunch of beauty products that probably didn't fit in the bathroom cabinet, a well-used candle, a fake plant, half-smoked pack of ciggaretes and a golden figure of a lucky cat probably long after the batteries have run out, so it was just sitting there, motionless. Above all this mess was a home assistant screen, showing the weather or some other usless crap, just like in any other room in any other house these days. Tucked in the corner of the room was a desk. Perfectly clean, without a single scratch on it. It wasn't too hard to guess that it wasn't because of the excessive pedantry, or rather the fact it was simply not used…. ever. Next to the door was a huge, human-sized mirror, probably so she can spend few minutes every morning flexing in front of it. Lastly, behind the mirror, there was a wall of glass, partially covered by black curtains, giving a view to a sad and grim street of Morkland, which made being inside feel way safer and warm."
Thanks for the ask!!

They got a script, they got a director, they've got a date of when filming starts. Has their stubborness paid off to get a captain kirk mania? Kirk Prime meet Kirk Alternate or Kirk Prime meets Kirk SNW and Kirk AOS? * points up the second post* George meets his boys? We'll know upon leaks, next year during filming, or in two years.
GFR has already determined that Shatkman's movie isn't the movie that crosses over with Disco.
Kalinda, star trek: disco writer, is probably writing that one still at the moment.

Just read your fic “Woodwork” and fell absolutely in love with your writing. Thank you, thank you, thank you for writing it! It was a beautiful story that ranks up there with some of the best Joshler fics. I can’t wait to read the rest of your fics later.
I have to ask, are you planning anymore fics?
Thank you so so much for your words💛 I'm just so happy you guys are liking it so much. It's gonna take me some time to wrap my head around the sudden explosion of love it's getting now...
And yes! I'm working on the last chapter of Suspirium and another long oneshot at the same time (it's reached 13k already) and after that one I have another fic to write, and after this third one I have to choose among the too many I have in my head... Had to make a note for myself not to forget any of them by mistake. But in general, I can't see a moment in the future when I've run out of stories to write. I work on them every day, one or two at a time, and when I finish one I immediately start another the following day. Because a day I don't write is a day wasted and I don't want to skip even a single one because I'm terrified of losing the habit.
So, yeah. I'll always be working on something.
#i have material for like six months. at least!#sometimes i wish the creative part of my mind were a bit less productive because i cant keep up with it#gfr#woodwork#always take for granted that im writing something. that there is something on the way#ask#thekingschimera#not to mention the fact that id probably feel VERY BAD if i dont write for a day.#and not 'guilty' very bad. i mean 'sick' very bad#happened to me once years ago. i was already in bed. as soon as i understood what was the wrong feeling i was experiencing#i rushed out from the bed to my laptop#never happened again
