First time meal prepping since moving and I have to say it felt nice to be back in the swing of things! Swapped a few things around this week and made Apple Pie Overnight Oats and instead of muffins I’ve been dying to try to make scones! So since I had all the ingredients on hand, I gave it a shot and made some Strawberry scones for breakfast. Also made some bistro boxes for snacks which has Gouda, Brie, pepper jack, pretzel thins and cashews and cranberries.
