"relax, i'm here." and he holds your hand as he walks with you, slowly guiding the movement of the skateboard.

"don't let me go, i'm scared." you calmed down a little as you did your best to balance yourself.

"okay, i'm not going away." he chuckled again, and you think about how you're never going to get used to that laugh of his. it's sweet. it's teasing. but it's oh so loving.

"put your other foot down so that you can push the board- yes, that's it." he guides.

"you smilin? you're liking it now aren't you?" he quips.

"i- i think i'm getting used to it now…!" you lie, because actually, you just enjoy listening to him speak. and so he gets an idea.

he suddenly lets go of your hand and pushes behind you just fast enough so you can learn to skate on your own.

"wait! no- stop, i don't know how to-! suguru!!!!" he laughs again at your whines, until you both realize you're about to hit a post.

he grabs you by your waist and lifts you off the skateboard, turning your body so you can face him. you close your eyes and braced for impact, only to be met with his strong hold.

"suguru!" you flicked his forehead and scolded him.

"i'm sorry, i didn't see the post ahead of us."

"i told you to not let me go."

"but i am not letting you go, i'm holding you real tight right now." he smiles. and you scoff, feigning annoyance. but you can't do that for long, because who can resist his boyish charm?

"this isn't what i meant. next time, give me a proper lesson, will you?" you sigh in defeat.

"oh, you sweet little thing." he puts you down and kisses you lovingly, smirking into it when it caught you by surprise.

poor skateboard, you're now forgotten by the two lovers in front of you.

You know a lot, people unfortunately blame Saturo for Suguru's fall, I think it's a bit complex and heavy because Saturo unfortunately wasn't there at the time of Suguru's confusion And not even your other choso friend knows what makes me most sad and angry is that no one helped the suguro. he deserved to be happy being a teacher.

so many fail to understand that satoru was a child himself too, he had experienced his first failure and he was immersing himself in work, in making himself better because he did not want to face that kind of failure again, yes he was a prodigy but he understood that was not enough that he had to be more and something more, he had to be the strongest if he wanted what happened with riko to not repeat. People so conveniently forget that geto was also very good at hiding and that both of them weren't together most of the time because gojo was overworking himself, they had different coping mechanisms, while geto's mental health got worse and worse and he coped by hiding it, lying about it so he doesn't worry anyone else, gojo was coping by overworking himself and shoko wasn't present during that time she was trying to be there but again she was a child too and she was busy saving dying sorcerers everyday. It's not like gojo did not notice at all, he did but gojo only knew what a physically dead person looked like and not how mentally and emotionally dying person looked until it was too late. You cannot blame everything on anyone here, trauma and depression aren't that easy to deal with, sure gojo should've been there for geto but he himself wouldn't have known what to do, sure geto should've opened up more and tried to find comfort in his friends but that's not easy, that's not how depression works doesn't matter how fucking close you're to someone, shoko (god bless her soul) was left out on all of this so you can't blame her either. You know who is to blame here? the elders here, sorry but yes. THEY WERE KIDS. DOESN'T MATTER HOW STRONG OR NOT, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEFT TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THAT ALONE AND WITHOUT ANY GUIDANCE OR SUPPORT. THEY WERE KIDS IT'S NONE OF THEIR FAULT. NEITHER AMONG THE TRIO. NONE.

im thinking about the slow corrosion of geto's ideals as they drift from the presumed righteous and into the iniquitous ones he follows into his future. he really did believe in protecting the weak , that it was a duty and there was pride in that but there's no pride in burying your friends young , there's none in being all too aware that this is a thankless task , there will never be anyone to applaud your success nor many to cry if you are to fall. he wanted to establish a world where those who were burdened with that strength did not feel obligated to serve those who create their own evils. honestly, as twisted as it perhaps seems it is not such a questionable desire. some have the inclination to be heroic, find purpose within in but why should those condemned to power be sent out into an otherwise invisible conflict in order to protect those they do not know , let alone should show concern for.
