I headcanon that Dinopiggy and Parasee were previously just normal piggy people and also Georgie's aunt and pibling, but during the infection they somehow got exposed to prototype versions of substance 128 and were turned into.... Whatever those things are...

The symbolism with the four characters who suffer at the hands of TIO in the Hidden Ending is actually insane

Player - Think no evil

We are the player, and in turn you can say we make decisions for the character within the game. This is especially prominent with Chapter 6 in Book 2 where we can choose Saviour or Survivor path, and that will impact the story down the line. The path we choose impacts the other characters, and one way or another, someone suffers at the end of either the Tigry or Willow Saviour or Survivor. The only way to avoid causing pain is to break up Tigry and Willow's fight over the cure rather than help cause pain to one of them, and to defeat TIO

George - See no evil

The way we first get shown a snippet of TIO and his abilities before his existence is shown in the game is all the way back in Book 1 with Distorted Memory, which is George's nightmare about his home. The way the chapter is framed, the nightmare is so vivid it's like it's playing out in reality, something akin to a hallucination. In Chapter 12, George is so overcome with grief and rage that he's willing to hurt Mr. P, and when someone is angry a common metaphor to use for them is that they're 'seeing red'

Pony - Hear no evil

Another snippet of TIO we get is with dialogue from Pony in Chapter 4, where he claims to have heard a voice talking to him. This is the one I have the least evidence for, but symbolically it fits rather well, which how susceptible Pony is other people and their demands, such as when Willow told him to infect Doggy

Zee - Speak no evil

This one is rather obvious, and it's because of the fact Zee is mute. She never speaks a word, and whether it's a disability or a trauma response isn't made clear, but even TIO brings it up and claims she's 'just like him'. Her not speaking at all throughout the game could be symbolic of the fact that she cannot speak out or deny against the claims of evil and the comparisons made about her, as the similarities are there and impossible to ignore
