The dedications at the end of the credits are actually the next contestants.

Like if the cast in the credits are technically Shadowfall media employees then the dedication would be from Shadowfall themselves.

Because of him thanking his parents, it’s prob wrong but also a “Shadowfall is kidnapping people and making them streamers and RanMom is here to find out what happened to her son and tries to save other young streamers in the process only to die and the streamers she saved has to take down Shadowfall themselves” would be kinda cool.

Tommy going on a wild goose chase to find Will and the rest of Lovejoy because Shadowfall is using Will’s shows and tours as bait to kidnap new cast members would be so cool.

Aimsey and Guqqie trying to escape the mall while also realizing their entire relationship has been a facade and in the end they have to make a trolley decision. The life of one vs the lives of many.

I dunno could be very wrong but how cool would all of this be.

So turns out I may in fact be developing Generation Loss brain rot so obviously the only way to solve this is to make a tumblr blog dedicated to Solving Generation Loss.

wait. no. scratch that. I have this vision of Ranboo giggling manically, kicking their feet in the air whilst they make this thing, and my goal is to also be kicking my feet and giggling manically.

So here's maybe an easier way to explain why this first episode didn't seem all that spooky...

Remember the inauguration video?

Remember how it started off with a simple, somewhat silly question of Cats or Dogs? It seems innocuous, innocent, what's the harm in just picking one, right?

When doing this kind of test, often the test starts with something simple, while also instructing you to decide quickly, they don't want you to think on it too much. So you get asked a simple question, you don't need to think about what may come of it, because what possible harm could there be in asking someone Cats or Dogs?

But then the next question is a little deeper, Power or Wisdom? What a participant may not realize is that the true test hadn't even started until now. Now, it's possible to choose a wrong answer. Now, your choices matter, but you likely don't realize it because the first question seemed innocent enough, you've been lured into that false sense of security already.

But in reality, that first question was the control for this experiment. All it was meant to do was to get you to participate. Participating, making that decision, giving your answer was all it took and now you're locked in.

That's what the livestreamed series is now doing on a much larger scale. You were drawn in by Showfall Media's keynote, you showed up to watch the stream and give such simple goofy answers to a clearly innocent and silly show's questions. All you did was press a few buttons and some goofy things happened, so what's the harm, right?

But when those questions change from "check the bookshelf" and "use the hair dryer" to something more sinister, like deciding which character should die or with what weapon, you're already so used to just pressing a button, it may be too late before you realize someone may actually get hurt from that decision, that this isn't just some silly game.

They warned you not to watch. But you already have. Now, all you can do is try to save him.

Some lil thoughts on the new GenLoss videos as of recent

In the “From the desk of the founder video” code (thank you random deleted channel for the decoding), to me it’s pretty obvious the founder is talking to Ranboo. Talking about how he (Ranboo) was special and could be used for something more, which would be Generation 1

- The founder also talks about how Gen1 was one of his favorites in “Welcome to Gen 0” and considering how special he talking about someone being special in Gen1, we can assume it’s ranboo

I really think that what happened with Ranboo inspired the founder to create the other generations, as it was the first of many. He wanted to recreate a situation like what happened with Ranboo and make it perfect (What perfect means to the founder, I have no idea yet)

Whatever the case is, this founder dude sounds like he (?) has a sort of obsession with these generations and making them beautiful/perfect, which I’m guessing is gonna mean they’re just as messed up as Gen1

Alright spoilers for the Founders game!

First things first

T_2 is a video on the Generation loss YouTube channel.

however, this scene seems to be something a bit different to the source material.

so perhaps a different t_2 is being mentioned

There is a chance that this is The Hero, set before the TSE, due to the box. The Hero has often been depeicted with a black or red box. but im not sure how likely this is, considering TSE is Generation one and/or generation 7(Based off the scene of the placement oft he VHS tapes)

which also brings into question who our POV for this adventure is. Is it the Hero? Zero? One of the other TSE actors? Hetch perhaps? All we know so far is that they've been in this hallway before most likely.

Next, this.

Perhaps it's the founder? Who knows. whatever tape the person is, it's probably not the TSE, because of the mentioning of gears turning. Perhaps another generation.
