Yeah its really shit because no one takes male sexual assault and rape seriously and man this got fucking heavy but it is worth pointing out that the warriors of hope would be perceived completely differently if they swapped genders, they'd dismiss kotoko, they'd find masaru and jataro annoying, nagisa would probably stay mostly the same beyond maybe some sexist jokes about how girls arent smart, and monaca would be treated as a better smarter character instead of annoying or nonsensical
