not good at drawing Steven Univers-type designs (yet) but sometimes I think about the concept of Aki and Angel both having gems on their backs — weapon storage for Aki/wings for Angel, vulnerable to betrayal, fighting at each others’ backs, etc — and I’m briefly abnormal about it.

This is Ricken! Loosely named after a kind of orange moss. Designed by my friend Umbreduck on toyhouse! They're a Creaking hybrid, though originally are a gemsona because I'm still making and obtaining those lol! Not a lot of info yet, but they're SILLY!!

This one of my many gemsona's, Pink Kunzite.

Bio: Kunzites on Nebulan (A planet made before homeworld that contains hybrid gem species) tend to the plantlife by playing songs for them.

Introducing the main cast au!! The au where i'm still not sure whether or not lapis is a current crystal gem, trapped in the mirror, or a past cg who would've gotten corrupted, and character designs keep changing inconsistently!! Basically, the roles of garnet/ruby/sapphire, amethyst, and pearl(+ homeworld pearls) are taken by our gemsonas! Sapphire ocs & their fusion as ruby sapphire & garnet, tiger's eye & angelite as amethyst(roughly), avi & moon as pearl(+ other moonstones as homeworld pearls), and erza as steven's older sister!! Rose is still there, as are peridot, lapis, the diamonds, etc, it's just the main cgs that have changed and purple diamond has been added to the authority, hence "main cast au"! More abt it under the cut

Erza is half galra hybrid, half Purple Diamond. Her dad abandoned her on Earth and the cgs took her in. She has shadow manipulation powers, access to her mother's shadow dimension with various creatures & easts that obey her, and maybe a purple pearl or moonstone looking after her. She's extremely powerful but holds back for the sake of her family. Angelite & Tiger's Eye are gay & dating & have been doing so for thousands of years. They joined the crystal gems after running away from homeworld post-corruption blast & being found in the strawberry field (where they officially became romantic partners) by the other remaining cgs. Angelite's weapon is a uhhhh, and Tiger's Eye's weapon is a brass knuckle/blade combo, and she has a stealthy fighting style! Moon was Blue Diamond's original moonstone, and when she broke(post Pink Moonstone breaking), Blue Diamond gifted her alongside an aventurine(Avi) she was going to shatter as her personal advisors, since Pink "wants broken things" in her words. Also Avi has paw pads on her hands & feet & paw foots. Avi and Moon are best friends and throughout the series, Avi has to work through her codependence on Moon. The main cast crystal gems never knew what became of Spinel--Rose told them she "never knew what became of her"(true), and by the time they could have rescued her, the corruption blast had hit or Pink's "shattering" had taken place and it would blow their cover and endanger them all + earth to go looking for Spinel. They went looking post-cym, but never found her--never suspecting she remained in the garden. Hyacinth is the fusion of Wysteria(left knee sapphire) and Cornflower(right knee sapphire. @autistic-yveltal made Moon & the left knee component of Hyacinth, and @morningstarships owns Angelite, Tiger's Eye, Erza, Purple Diamond, and Purple Pearl(who is unknown if she's in this au yet).

My Gemsona OCs as Wings of Fire dragons (Part 1):

The Elites:

Zebra Jasper = Icewing-Nightwing hybrid

Zebra Jasper has the body of an Icewing, with pure, snowy white scales. However, some scales of his, like the ones across his neck, the ruff of extra horns behind his head and his tail are a midnight black, a trait of Nightwing coloration.

Underneath his wings, the coloration is a faded, starry black, also a trait from the Nightwing part. He does not have the typical Icewing serrated claw at his wings.

In addition, he does not have the Icewing, icicle-shaped spines tail. He has the straight Nightwing tail. Moreover, he has the silver teardrop scales by the corners of his eyes, which means he is able to read minds. Instead of frost-breath, he breathes fire. His gemstone is the same pear-cut and on his upper back. His eyes are black.

Equivalent = Darkstalker (Nightwing-Icewing hybrid)

2. Quantum Quattro Silica = Seawing

Typical Seawing body with royal blue coloration but with silver scales and underneath his wings as well. Gemstone is in the same cut and place. Basic Seawing abilities (Strong swimmer, bioluminescent stripes, healing upon water, etc.)

3. Lemon Quartz = Rainwing

Typical Rainwing body with bright yellow scales. Gemstone is in the same cut and place. Has the basic Rainwing abilities (Camouflage, prehensile tail, venom, etc.)

4. Pietersite = Rainwing

Typical Rainwing body with gold, blue and red scales. Gemstone is in the same cut and place. Has the basic Rainwing abilities (Camouflage, prehensile tail, venom, etc.)

5. Mystic Topaz = Nightwing-Rainwing hybrid

Mystic Topaz has the body of a Nightwing but with dull rainbow scales across his neck, back and under his wings, a trait from the Rainwing side. He has the Rainwing prehensile tail. Doesn't have the silver teardrop scales. Instead of breathing fire, he has the Rainwing's venom ability. Gemstone is in the same place and cut.

6. Axinite = Mudwing

Typical Mudwing body with dark brown scales. Gemstone is in the same place and cut. Gemstone is in the same place and cut. Has basic Mudwings abilities (Hold his breath for up to an hour, breath fire, if warm enough, extremely strong, camouflage in mud and dirt and healing via mud. He may or may not be immune to fire.)

7. Bixbyite = Nightwing

Typical Nightwing body with dark black and purple scales, with the silver teardrops scales by his eyes. Gemstone is in the same place and cut. Has the basic Nightwing abilities (Mind reading, breathing fire, camouflage in the dark, etc.) (He may or may not be an animus dragon.)
