not good at drawing Steven Univers-type designs (yet) but sometimes I think about the concept of Aki and Angel both having gems on their backs — weapon storage for Aki/wings for Angel, vulnerable to betrayal, fighting at each others’ backs, etc — and I’m briefly abnormal about it.

#Aki’s would be on the back of his head/neck (bit of a gem undercut vibe idk) with Angel’s being like Lapis Lazuli’s. wings baby!!#CSM canon humans are human-gem hybrids — which are usually manufactured to be earth delegates/socialized as gems #or something. idk. I don’t have a lot of ideas cemented beyond just ‘it would be pretty’#CSM canon fiends would probably be (formerly) corrupted gems. got those horns !
