相信許多跑友跑步時有聽音樂的習慣，邊跑步邊聽音樂最讓人享受的，就是讓喜愛的音樂節奏帶領著自己的腳步前進，整個過程有音樂環繞更能增添跑步樂趣，同時也讓前進的步頻更加穩定。除了跑步外，有什麼運動對節奏感有更大的要求呢？大家應該都曾在電影中看到拳擊選手依著音樂的熱力節奏，對著沙袋揮出一個又一個的重擊聲響......對！拳擊是一個更重視節奏感的運動，頂尖拳擊選手對於節奏、速度以及爆發力更是有相當高的要求。

拳擊國手賴主恩，在國際擂台上一站又一站打下資格賽的勝利，用實力代表台灣站上了奧運舞台，除了���現出台灣新世代拳擊運動的潛力，今天更要來帶領大家如何透過跑步與拳擊的交錯訓練，並搭配Samsung的Gear Sport GPS藍牙運動手錶及Gear IconX無線運動藍牙耳機記錄完整的運動過程，幫助你打造全方位的優勢體能。

軀幹核心是穩固運動基礎肌力的力量來源

無論是跑步或是拳擊運動，想要變得更強，都一定少不了核心肌群的訓練。讓自己的身體擁有強而有力的肌力基礎，才能面對在運動過程中的各種挑戰。跑者強化軀幹核心肌力，可以協助正確跑姿的維持並且減少受傷機會；而拳擊���是一種多方移動且需同時進行多角度出力的運動，我們可以試著將核心切成前後兩面來看，正面的腹部核心是承受對手攻擊時的抗擊打部位，後下背肌的核心肌群則是拳擊手在攻擊時重要的發力來源。如果我們可以兼顧到前後兩面的核心肌群的強度，便能因應拳擊手在防禦及攻擊時的需求，也讓主動肌與反向作用的拮抗肌可以達到穩固平衡的狀態。

拳擊手常進行的腹部核心訓練動作，包括有使用軟式藥球以上空往正下或傾斜左右側45度進行的腹部擊打、搭配拳擊動作的仰臥起坐、V字腹肌訓練等動作。另外針對後下背肌的訓練，可透過以腹部撐地，四肢擺動自由式划水動作來進行鍛鍊。這些動作不僅可以有效提高核心肌群的強度，同時更可以組合出一連串的有效訓練運動，大家可以透過Gear Sport裡的S Health記錄功能，針對各種不同的運動項目分別進行記錄，讓你在每一段期間所安排的訓練內容都能被完整記錄下來。

明確節奏搭配��調性訓練有效提升速度

對於拳擊手或是跑者而言，音樂是訓練節奏速度的重要輔助工具，以清晰明確的節奏搭配協調性訓練，更能提升你對速度控制的能力，建立起長期穩定的速度更能協助你體能上的成長。拳擊手與跑者一樣，也會運用繩梯進行左右小碎步的敏捷訓練，但拳擊手為了讓腳步的移動能夠更加迅速靈活，更喜愛透過跳繩來進行全身性的協調訓練。無論是進行哪一種敏捷訓練，戴上耳道式設計的Gear IconX，除了更輕巧且更穩定地貼合你的耳朵，一首又一首的音樂透過藍牙無線串接，讓你運動更加自在不受限制。

我們常看到拳擊手以穩定的節奏擊打著懸吊速度球，讓持續且固定的撞擊聲帶動出拳速度與雙手揮拳的協調性。初學者如果想要嘗試這個看起來很簡單但其實很困難的動作，輕握你的雙拳，算好最佳的出拳距離，在球體墜落至距離最低點45度角左右時出手。一開始可以先單手練習，當你可以用最正確的角度打擊到球體，再嘗試改用雙手輪流出拳，進階一點可以再搭配腳步的移動，當你以球體為中心點且可以移動並且持續穩定出拳後，將會發現手腳的敏捷度與協調性將大大超出你之前的想像。

跟跑步訓練一樣，身邊如果有教練或夥伴陪同一起練習時，可以讓拳擊手進行手靶訓練，更精確地掌握場上與對手的攻擊距離，同時加強實戰時的手腳協調性與閃躲力，提高在場上的即時反應速度。戴上Gear IconX在擂台上與訓練夥伴切磋練習時不需關閉音樂，只需開啟環境音功能，便可在音樂的環繞下同時也能清楚聽到眼前教練口中的動作指令。

進行間歇跑高強度訓練強化比賽爆發力

想要成為一位好的拳擊手，跑步份量絕對少不了，但為什麼拳擊手一定要進行跑步訓練呢?「跑步對於拳擊手而言，除了當作練拳前的基礎暖身外，更是加強心肺能力，讓比賽續航力提升的基本功。」 賴主恩分享跑步的重要性。他更進一步表示，在正式拳擊比賽前，他更會搭配400公尺間歇跑或是跑階梯來拉高跑步訓練的強度。也因此掌握到心率的最大值與起伏狀態是最重要的關鍵，跑步時配戴Gear Sport可以同步偵測並查看當下的心率值是否有達到教練要求的訓練標準並作為調整訓練強度與變換跑步速度的最好依據。

賴主恩在國內拳壇上是眾所皆知的速度型拳擊手，但他認為光只有速度快還不夠，還需要加強出拳的爆發力，才能在國際拳賽中有更好的表現。為此教練設計用欄架排列進行方形跳訓練，讓賴主恩在欄架間進行前後左右雙腳同步來回跳躍，透過這個特殊訓來練加強小腿肌力，並以原地跳躍方式來增強他雙腳的推蹬能力，使他在場上能在極短的一瞬間，以爆發突進方式進行致命的一擊。

說到全身性的爆發力訓練，相信大家對戰繩一定不陌生。戰繩本身有一定的重量，當你透過雙手用力甩動沉重的戰繩，需同時用到心肺、肌耐力以及爆發力，為一項整合性的高強度訓練，也因此建議大家須先擁有不錯的基礎核心肌力，同時敏捷訓練達到一定標準後，再來開始進行戰繩訓練。最基本的戰繩訓練動作，要將重心放在下盤，背部打直並用使用軀幹的核心力量支撐住身體，以正握的方式抓住戰繩，朝前方快速甩繩甩出一陣又一陣穩定的波浪前進節奏。戴上Gear  IconX搭配藍牙串接Gear Sport ，讓身體隨著清晰的重低音節奏甩繩律動，並透過錶上的運動記錄功能即時查看進行甩繩時的心率數值。
