I love the differences in how LXC and LWJ recognize and accept the affection being directed towards them! Although both consider themselves to be in positions of being unattainable due to their name, LXC recognizes the affection but sees only heartbreak as a possible outcome. LWJ is stuck on not believing how anyone could have affection for him AND THEN has to deal with the confusion and teenage hormones to reconcile that sunshine boy and the gdmf emperor is flirting with him! -💜🐔

man, I feel bad for them both, I was gonna say lwj has it worse because wtf do you do with the fact that the emperor has a thing for you, but lxc has so much more responsibility in terms of having to do what’s right for the sect which sucks because i really want them both to just skip off into the sunset with people they love 😭
