What an ass kicking run this was! That road up to the Peak was more that 60 degrees! My quads were torched coming down that hill and I still had another 5.5 miles back to the Trailhead including more downhill from #bellpass . I went out for a nice cruise on my #jamisearthcruiser today and was jamming out to some #factionpunkradio and ended up following the #scottsdalegreenbelt as far as I could. Feeling good, I rode to #gatewaytrailhead for water and headed back. 5 miles from home, my rear cassette kept going out and I couldn’t peddle! I was able to get it to engage but had to peddle nonstop. That was brutal.
