🧊     -     Is their current design the first one ? ╰┈➤      This OC is actually so super old, he came to be when I ended up getting into KHR way back when, he's a primarily a 'quizilla' oc used for 1 x 1 roleplaying ! Admittedly, since this was my first ever original character, a lot of its characteristics were based off of me , this gradually changed over the years though still very must self-indulgent. ( I can't bring myself to turn this blog into a proper roleplay account because this character is very - very haphazardly built, at the moment ... Nimo tends to call the shots for quite a bit of information for them . . . ex. the reddish eyes were all their idea! )

BONUS INFORMATION    :    Megane! Miruku used to be a ' mafia-post mail family' & Sadako! Miruku had a ' Chinese Based Mafia family that sells information for a living.' I left these concepts behind & just decided Present! Miruku is Reborn's apprentice.

Yuga, in his personality, feels like he was made to be child wish fulfillment. He’s kind, he has friends that love him, he basically lives alone. He’s smarter than most people in the city, adults and kids alike treat him seriously. Nobody gets to undermine Yuga without losing to his mind. He almost always understands what happening, before the adults do.

It feels like Yuga’s personality was built to have kids like him, to find him charming (if he’s charming, kids will buy cards). Konami wanted a simple character to promote Rush dueling, at least until Go Rush. Maybe that’s why Yuga feels almost basic, or sometimes flawless. That’s not a bad thing as an advertisement (which in what Yugioh animes are about, selling cards and getting new duelists) but viewing him as a character, he’s smarts and kindness seem a little bland.

LEAST favorite trope: When a series tries to highlight teamwork (and the mc being a uniting force), but it just turns into TEAMWORK is IMPOSSIBLE unless you have THE WORLD'S MOST SPECIALEST BOY, because NO ONE can do ANYTHING (even togther) unless they have the SPECIALEST BESTEST MCKUN who is MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN THEM even though he's been training for less than half the time.

Cierran quienes realmente no están interesados en su foro. Dejen de defender lo indefendible y más cuando han cerrado el foro a sus usuarios, sin dejarles acceder a sus cosas, porque eso no es del staff, es de los usuarios.

Si eres parte de la comunidad, sabes a lo que te expones al abrir un foro. Lo sabes y con ellos no iba a ser diferente, ¿por qué iba a serlo? A la gente le gusta molestar, le gusta ver que hace daño a otros y si no lo crees, es que eres sumamente nuevo en este mundo.

Si eres débil, ¿para qué malgastar tu tiempo (y el de tus futuros usuarios) en hacer un foro si ni siquiera un mes después vas a llorar porque dijeron que tu amiguis era parte del staff y estos tuvieron "un ataque de pánico"? Vamos a ver, que esto es rpg, que esto no cuenta en vuestros CV, que nadie os va a tirar una piedra por la calle por llevar a un personaje garysu, ¿estamos tontos o qué?

Si defiendes cerrar un foro porque "se les canta", y no darle acceso a los usuarios, eres parte del problema, tanto como los que tiraron hate. LA EMPATÍA SE GANA, NO SE REGALA. Y disculpa, pero mi empatía no va a nadie que deja a sus usuarios tirados, solo porque les señalaron y no fueron capaces de aguantar un poco de mierda, que ni siquiera se les dijo tanto por aquí u otros sitios. E incluso si te llega a tu bandeja, borras, y listo. Son gente sin oficio, pero al parecer, esos admins, también lo son.

Y lo siento, pero solo pienso que cerraron porque nadie les dio bola (eran 30 personajes y ni 10 se conectaban a diario) y han decidido tirar de la manta del hate al ver que ahora, está muy mal visto y así que nadie les pueda decir nada, pero lo siento, la gente ya piensa mal y como dicen por ahí "piensa mal, y acertarás".

I am that gary sue that is incredibly attractive and talented and creative and likeable but the 13 year old who wrote me didn't want to get bullied by the wattpad comments so they gave me a tragic backstory and a lot of debilitating trauma and mental illnesses in attempt to make sure my character had flaws. They also made me #goff. So I can't possibly be a gary sue.

22. Are there any red roleplay flags for you that make you back off immediately?

aside from the obvious spreading hate/bigotry, a red flag i always note is if they won’t even engage with ocs. this isn’t to say they have to write with any particular characters or any type of character they don’t feel comfortable with, but people who turn their nose up at all ocs give off big weirdo energy. at the end of the day, even writing canon characters are our own interpretations. no character anyone writes is exactly canon compliant, hell even the writers f up their own canon half the time. this isn’t to say people haven’t had bad experiences with ocs, esp. the marysue/garysue types or self inserts that have issues with boundaries, but to not engage with any ocs bc of a handful of writers is a red flag to me. writing “purists” just don’t make sense to me and i want to steer clear of them bc neither of us will have a good time.

graystripe is the best character 10/10 and here’s why: first of all, he is friendly and NOT a garysue like firestar, like doesn’t he have diabetes or is overweight or something like that?? second of all, he stands up for himself whether is was when sandpaw and dustpaw were being bullis when they were apprentices or when firestar was trying to convince him not to go see the love of his life. like honestly stfu firestar graystripe is better and i’ll be sad when he dies, maybe he’ll live forever.

Unpopular Opinion Time:

1) I will literally EAT YOU ALIVE if you go to someone saying “I like your representation of said muse BUT this persons is better :D” 

2) OCs of all kinds are valid please don’t think everyone is a godmod/mary or garysue or I will basically shove you in a box of people labeled “Bad opinion haver”

3) I don’t agree with people blocking personals outright. Some people (myself included) do not always make their rp blogs their mains. Sometimes they’re side blogs to save you from remembering a fuck ton of Emails.

1) No nsfw

2) No godmodding (telling me what my character does), mary/garysues.

If I were to write a rep.

I will not treat them special. I will treat them like any other character. It gives out the message that LGBT people stands a fair ground as we all are. It conveys that we are all humans, we are born, we make friends, we love, we feel, and in the end, we die.

That's how I make a rep. A portrayal of a rep, behavioral, psychological, social, is distinctive. You can't stereotype. We all are different.

If you want LGBT to be accepted in the society, you should treat them the same as you treat others. That's it. You don't need to make it complicated. You don't make it sound like a crisis if one character is gay. You don't have to give them a centralized plot. You don't have to make them a garysue or marysue just because he's gay.

LGBT IS NORMAL. MAKE IT BE. DON'T ISOLATE THEM FROM THE NORM WITH YOUR FANTASIES.

That's why I praise the writers for making Shiro gay, and revealing it near end. It doesn't look like he is, and that's breaking the stereotype. People are still people even if they are gay. Shiro is still Shiro even if he's gay.
