August 26, 1982. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. This DOONESBURY daily strip is about the Israeli invasion of southern Lebanon in mid-1982, 41 years ago, but except for the reference to Begin (Menachem Begin, who was Israel's prime minister from 1977 to 1983 and died in 1992), it could just as well have appeared in the last few weeks, as the rhetoric is exactly the same.
