After years of being a rental, the "Ralph House", designed by Gregory Ain, F.A.I.A., 1950 and located in the Linda Vista area of Pasadena. Built for the super market millionaire, the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom mid-century modern is one of my favorite designs by Ain and is a designated Historic Landmark, for good reason. This expansive view home is mostly original and very well maintained. and is all Residing on one level 3,678 sf on a 35,844 sf lot.
