So I suddenly been hit with a major Gardenia et tu Polaris brainrot, specifically how much I wanna spoil angel Saeran... I love love love wings in all their forms, so I would completely adore his beautiful wings, but I would be too sheepish to express it to him fully. Who knows if that's considered weird or inappropriate! I don't know how angels work nor their wings! Do they need to preen? Are they dusty in the same sense that some birds have dust on their feathers to keep them soft? So many questions... I just know that the moment he allows me to touch his wings for the first time I would be jumping up and down internally from giddiness. Catch just sitting there for a good hour just gently caressing his feathers with my fingers and whispering how beautiful I think his wings are, and how perfect they look on him, and how grateful I am for all that he did for me without even me knowing. I don't care if his wings are considered too small or not right, or whatever else he's been told. He is perfect in my eyes, and his wings are one of the loveliest things I've touched and seen

He deserved to get pampered

Ever since he blinked into existence on the pearly gates of Heaven's embrace alongside his twin brother, he was always looked like as if he were created wrong. Nobody would say it in earshot of the Father but it was something Saeran understood from the beginning. His wings... they were too small.

His ability to fly was stunted, and even with a lot of time and practice, he still couldn't manage to fly without a help for long distances. Most wings are meant to be broad, long, and dense. His were clipped from the start, and barely stretched past his wrist on a good day.

He felt so ashamed of his wings... of the whispers that he was an accident, and that Saeyoung was meant to be even more beautiful... he was just a leech... who took what was meant to be Saeyoung's.

Saeyoung never let him believe that.

His brother would go as far as he could to make sure nobody ever said those words in his presence, but it didn't stop them from talking about it.

It didn't matter how far away they were from the point of their creation, people would always look at them like they were different, and he refused to let them go through it for as long as he could. It was harder when his brother got the chance to go down to Earth by himself and he was left alone. But, every time his brother came back, it felt like his insecurities faded if only for a moment. 

Many angels above him would snicker that he might not be able to return to Heaven if they abandoned him on Earth. The fear clung to him for centuries, too. Saeyoung always told him stories about how wonderful the Earth was, but being told was never the same as the chance to see it for himself. Entranced and entangled by the world, he was fortunate and cursed to have met you.

He saved your soul.

You saved his faith.

He sacrificed everything for you.

His brother destroyed his wings for it.

The downward spiral that was his angelic existence all came from the fact that he was insecure about his wings. From the very point of his creation, his wings were what drove every action and reaction from those around him. How could he not be insecure about them? How could he not be afraid to show his true self to you after everything?

It's not that you wouldn't love him, he knew, it was that you might not think more of him if you knew that he wasn't the best angel you could have loved. 

You know, in the end, there was so much going on that you didn't have the opportunity to look at him properly when his form revealed itself to you. The night of the party… You didn't have an opportunity to talk to him about everything. There was so much going on, no time to think, and yet, you were captivated by him, weren't you? 

His wings protected you... they kept you safe from the malicious plot going on all around you. How couldn't you believe him to be beautiful?

All of the loneliness you once felt... he was the one who helped the ache in your heart. He was the one who helped you when you were on your deathbed, and even though what he did for you didn't take away all the pain, it stopped you from dying and gave you the opportunity to live your life again. You gained what you thought you lost... energy and faith... even if long days left you winded and tired.

You were alive... because of a beautiful angel.

An angel with wings you could care less about being "perfect."

That's why you stand with him to this day, a smile on your face as you caress his wings with tender hands, and a peaceful bliss washes over you the longer you stay. "I love your wings, Saeran. They've protected me ever since that day. To me, they're beautiful... and I will never ever forget what it felt like to see you above me, my guardian angel. Your wings spread around us... your bright eyes... your gentle hands... that is the moment... I fell in love with the true you."

Those are the words that cling to him no matter how much he finds himself feeling insecure again. Those words stay with him no matter where he goes, and if he ever feels a sense of doubt, he knows within his heart that your love will always remind him of what really matters. It is not the size of his wings that makes him an angel, it is the size of his heart. 

That's why he takes your hand in his, helping you caress his wings with a small gasp on his lips every time he feels your pulse jump... this is humanity... in his hands... and he loves it. He loves you and what it means to be loved... even if he had to wait centuries to be with you... it was worth it.

dj cyber: as soon as he gets ahold of his feelings and he knows they're honest feelings, within days. he's really not going to mess around! i think it's due to the fact that he spent a lot of time being very roundabout on how to bring felix's memories back and acting like the villain because he really had no choice, especially considering how rumors circulated that HE killed felix. i think that after he and felix reunite and the feelings start to bloom all over again, he doesn't want to waste time anymore.

faux: you gotta pry it out of him. it's not that he's not forthcoming about his feelings, he's just got a lot he's got to hide and he's not going to risk it out of the gate.

🌻edelweiss: do their relationships tend to be more serious or casual?

it is absolutely serious for both of them. they're not going to mess around with their feelings. it's really about how felix has grown so important to them, and while they both have different ways of trying to keep him around (looks at faux who had a meltdown) they both just know they want him in their life, not a fling

🌻gardenia: would they be good at keeping a relationship secret, if needed?

i answered this for faux already so i'll do dj cyber! he is also pretty good at keeping it secret (looks at what he did over the entire game) and he will keep his mouth SHUT. he will not talk if his life depended on it

Are Tecna and Aisha/Layla developing a cure for the disease in the sewage water of Gardenia?

I saw a question and immediately jumped in cus I love questions because

Questions = brainrot

The answer is: no not really

This is mostly due to the winx along with Roxy and the specialist prioritizing trying to not only survive the infection but also trying to protect other uninfected civilians and trying to search for Ogron and the wizards of the black cifcle

But there was a consideration where It was actually tecna who discovered the source of the infection aka the water from the sewage

The development for the cure is actually being done by the government specifically a group of researchers which btw the winx do not know

The reason why I say kinda is because the winx and Roxy are actually trying to look for Ogron and the wizards because they believe that Ogron was the cause of the infection and plan to defeat him or somehow get information out of him to know how to reverse the damage caused by the black cifcle infection

Quattro first will give Dextra bouquets of Alstroemeria, Freesia & Yellow roses since they symbolise friendship. (Alstroemeria also means love & devotion as well as friendship)

Over time he'll give her Gardenia's and Yellow Acacia's since "Gardenia's stand for purity and sweetness and they can indicate a secret love or crush" & the yellow acacia's mean the same thing. He used them as a way to hint at his growing love for her.

Along with the Gardenia's, he'll give her the white Camellia and Calla lilies since the first means "adorable" and the second means "beauty"

He gives her a bouquet of red Chrysanthemums since they mean "I love you" and he confesses to her. They also mean Happiness, loyalty, love at first sight.

During them two dating, Quattro gives her bouquets of all the flowers that have romantic meanings:

Red roses - Love, romance, perfection

Red & white tulips - Perfect love, undying love

Peonies - Romance, a happy marriage, good fortune

Lilacs - First love, beginning of love, memory, infatuation

Carnations - Love, adoration, fondness

Sunflowers - Devotion, loyalty, longevity

Orchids - Love, beauty, luxury

Primroses - Devotion, everlasting love

Forget-me-nots - Memory, faithful love, fidelity, remembrance

He'll also give her seeds of those flowers so she can plant them for her butterfly sanctuary.

I'm making more headcannons on Gladioturashipping (Quattro/Dextra) cause I'm feral over these two rn and I will be using their dub names, since I'm more used to them over their sub

Old ones (in case you didn't see them!)

Quattro is a botanist. He found various books on plant life and decided to learn everything about them. He takes it very seriously (a shock to the rest of the family) and if being a World Duelist fails, he plans on taking his studies further.

Dextra gives up dueling full-time to be a Lepidopterist (someone who studies butterflies and moths). It was a shock but Kite, Nistro and Hart fully support her and do whatever they can to help her out with her career change. She still duels, but it's sparingly due to her new career.

Quattro & Dextra are besties. It was the biggest shock but there was a reason behind it. Dextra was at the library, looking for books on butterfly anatomy and bumped into Quattro as he was looking for more books on plants. The two became fast friends after Quattro helped Dextra out with some of her research. They both are planning on opening a butterfly sanctuary where Dextra can let the people of Heartland City know about various butterfly species and Quattro on the various plant life. Quattro will continue on entering tournaments to provide some of the funding for their project.

New ones!

Dextra and Quattro will have in depth conversations about plants and butterflies. The two will even use the Latin names for them. "The Limenitis archippus (Viceroy butterfly) will mimic the Danaus plexippus (Monarch butterfly) in order to confuse predators, for them not to be eaten since the Danaus plexippus is toxic" "Well, the white Camellia, from the Theaceae family, like all flowers have hidden meanings. Symbolism if you will" "And what does the white Camellia mean?" "It means you're adorable"

Quattro will always use the meanings of flowers to flirt with Dextra and as much as she brushed it off, she can't help but love it since it's such a unique way to flirt.

Over a few weeks of knowing Quattro, Dextra falls for him. She realises how much of a sweetheart he is under that cocky dueling persona. She ends up blushing when he flirts, but will still brush it off. "You like it, don't you?" "What?! No. D- Don't be silly!" She does.

Quattro loves using flower symbolism to tell Dextra how he feels about her. He always gives her a bouquet of Calla Lilies since they mean "Beauty" because she is beautiful.

At first, Kite & Nistro didn't trust Quattro since it was quite sudden but after seeing how happy she is, they leave them be. But Kite still keeps an eye on them, just in case.

Michael was the first one to find out that Quattro was in love since he was growing more flowers and making bouquets. He quickly told Vetrix and Quinton and all three tease Quattro over his crush.

Over time, Quattro begins to fall in love with Dextra and decides to give her a different bouquet. "These are new" "Do you know what they mean?" "No" "The red Chrysanthemum means I love you"

How he'd close his eyes, just basking in the feeling of your fingers diligently working, it almost making him feel sleepy, maybe he'll 'accidentally' fall against your shoulder when you're done with closed eyes and a particular cheeky smile

Would obviously return the favor if you had long hair, using all his years of braiding knowledge to get it perfect because you deserve no less, and if it was short I suppose he'd just have to settle for tucking one behind your ear (while taking the opportunity to cup your face and pull you in for a surprise kiss of course <3)

How he wished he could lay and be embraced by the man he loved. He enjoyed the afternoons where they would watched the sunsets as they walked across the beach. Oikawa didn’t really feel like finding out, even if that meant he would never know Iwa loved him just as much or even maybe a tad bit more.

Oikawa can’t think of anytime but Hajime. They were both busy with different routines and schedules and had to deal with a time difference, but still not one day went by without him thinking about how beautiful he was. How his honey tanned skin looked so warm and inviting and how his black eyes crinkled as he smiled and were always filled with love. He knew that he could live an eternity if it was with him.

Oikawa cried, held Iwa, and told him how much he loved him too.

Since that day Iwas favorite flowers are gardenias because they are the flower of his love.

He would be there and love him just the same. He knew Hajime would encourage him as well, just like he did when he left to Argentina. They would be together always, nothing would stop them from loving one another now that they knew how the other felt.
