Emmett wil open his own coffee bar! Many sims went on a date to the restaurant this season but I also want to have a less formal setting. I love the look of this build! Hopefully it can be a profitable business for Emmett.

My attempt at creating Anya 🌌 from Mouthwashing

I’ve been working on creating my own townies since I’ll be building a lot of businesses soon. Just this past weekend, I finished Mouthwashing (still recovering from the trauma!), but I absolutely fell in love with Anya’s character. Knowing she was inspired by the amazing Shelley Duvall made me adore her even more. Like Shelley, I feel Anya deserves the best life possible 🩷

April took over the role of mayor of Rosevalley Island after her mother retired. She is determined to find herself a husband this season so the first thing she did as mayor was building a wedding chapel with a hydrangea garden next to it. Hopefully she will have a wedding at the end of the season.

The chapel is insprired by/copied from this lot from Keoni and the garden is inspired by this lot from Frottana

Bonjour, wie gehen Sie? I am glad to share my quarter of various tenements crated on a single lot. This place consists of: a restaurant, a tropical bar with drinking section, two different coffee houses, an imaginary travel agency, a pharmacy with a very small lab, a lyceum/small theatre, a book shop, and a grocery store, as well as one empty flat upstairs. All in one.

This is a community lot. I playtested its copy to make sure everything functions as it should; had to put chairs outside the restaurant diagonally so that its staff doesn't serve you food in a bar next door or something. Inspired by architecture found in cities of Wrocław, Gdańsk, Toruń and Lviv; imagination used to improvise.

Do you think she will be jealous with there being a new baby? C: I don’t think so but I’m sure we will handle it if it comes up.

C: So, Vinny- V: I’m fine, Cain. C: You expect me to believe that? V: I expect you to act like my brother and trust me when I say I’m fine. C: There is no world where going out every night and sleeping with multiple women in a week is fine, Vinny. V: You’re one to talk. Need I remind you of where I learned this from? C: Exactly. I wasn’t fine when I was doing the same shit you were. So want to try this again but with honesty?

V: I am being honest- I’m fine. C: So Jen having a new boyfriend doesn’t bother you? V: No and why do we even need to bring her up? She broke up with me, remember? V: This is why we never talk anymore. You’re too damn nosey. If I want to sleep with all of the women in San Myshuno then I will. Right now I really like this girl and I’m on my best behavior. Maybe you should send her a thank you card or something. C: What’s her name- maybe I will? V: I’m not telling your nosey ass one more thing. C: You really like her? V: I do.
