The two boys sighed, Howzer and Gregor rushing in closing the door behind them, both dressed up nicely in there tuxs yet missing there jackets as they had been rushing around.

"Y/n." Howzer told her, "Its Crosshair. You cant possibly be uglier than him-"

"Sorry...tried to copy his humor usually calms you." He apologized walking over, "Now. Tell us. Your brides boys whats wrong."

Gregor spoke with a large smile, the other boys coming behind her with a smile, "Shes strong! And will walk down the isle like a trooper! Just to reach the end to realize she doesnt have to be a trooper anymore."

Y/n slolwy nodded as the boys cheered, "Thats the Y/n we all know!"

"Im sorry! General called me! And then I had to rush in here! And I found your coats! Ashoka is here too and found the bouquet!" Cody rushed in Ashoka rushing in, the Tortuga holding the flowers.

"I think Cody's more worried than Y/n." Tech spoke as she chuckled.

"You look beatiful Y/n." Ashoka spoke.

"Thanks guys. I need it." Y/n spoke with a smile as she stepped in the others following her and they were off and going through the Naboo streets.

"It looks crook-it." Crosshair spoke fixing the boutonniere.

"Its fine." Hunter spoke, fixing Crosshairs flower, Crosshair checking himself in the church hall mirror for the 100th time.

"You look amazing!" Wrecker spoke patting his brother roughly on the back causing him to jolt forward.

"Well Y/n has to like it. Thats all that matters." Crosshair spoke.

"I think you look good! On the fly!" Omega spoke , the little girl in her own suit matching the brothers, with the exception of her only have a vest on.

"Uh huh." Crosshair spoke looking down at the kid, but back at himself.

"Im here." Rex spoke walking in with a small box he also in a suit, "Y/n had me pick this up last mintue, guess they couldn't finish it until last mintue."

Crosshair turned around as Rex handed him the box, Crosshair grabbed it from him, with a small thanks as he opened it.

"What is it?" Omega asked curiously.

Crosshair chuckled as he pulled out a necklace a shard of glass covered the egdes to prevent it from cutting anything.

"Is that the shard of glass she pulled out your side?" Hunter questioned.

"Yes it is." Crosshair smiled, pulling it over his as he tucked the necklace away in his shirt.

"Thats the mission we found you both making out in the medbay!" Wrecker spoke.

"Oh yeah!" Omega spoke, "You told her, 'I love you, and I dont even love my brothers so deal with it,'"

Crosshair chuckled ruffling the kids hair.

"Hey! Hunter just did this!"

"Well then you better scram and fix it with him" Crosshair teased as Hunter and Omega rushed off, Hunter to go find some water to help slick back Omega's hair and fix her string of beads she wore on her head.

"You too are surely perfect for one another." Rex spoke, then someone came over.

"Sir. It's almost time."

Crosshair nodded.

There was no turning back, even if anxiety racked the deepest part of his body, he knew beneath all of that (way beneath) he was more than ready, and hope Y/n felt the same.

So there he was waiting, his palms sweating, the back of his neck sweating, his whole body, he had been lucky enough he brought some toothpicks, but soon ran out as they snapped, the room filled with clones mostly, some generals Y/n were friends with, and some of the friends they had met along the way.

He slightly calmed as he reflected on the past, the war, it was over, the Republic had won. It was odd saying that. They had won the war.

But he'd be the only one winning today.

"Im so excited!" Omega cheered as Hunter chuckled.

"Crosshair deserves it the most out all of us." Hunter spoke the young girl infront of him, both Crosshairs groomsmen, along with Wrecker and Rex.

Over on Y/n's side was Echo, Tech, Gregor and Howzer across from them, Cody coming down the isle with the rings, and Ashoka carrying both baby luke and leia who tossed flowers and the people rather than the floor.

"Oh maker...." Y/n breathed heavily, "I-I can't. Look at me!'

"You look beatiful." Fisto spoke, "You're nervously is all."

"I-" Y/n spoke, "what happens if he does like the dress? Doesnt like the way I walk-"

"My padawan." Fisto spoke as Y/n sighed looking at him, "There is no need to be so worried, he loves you. Very much."

Y/n flushed as he smiled, "Now! We will celebrate such a beautiful day! With?"

"A beatiful smile." Y/n answered as her master smiled at her, Y/n smiling as the music started playing, people rising and the doors opening.

She froze, was the isle always that long? Her anxiety taking over.

"Calm yourself, this is a happy day for you." Fisto responded as they started walking.

"I-I know Master, and I know I want this. Its just...alot at once." Y/n responded there pace steady as they pasted by the Jedi and clones.

"Thats! Our General!" A clone shouted as the church roared in short laughs.

"Oh maker..." Y/n whispered embaraced as they made it to the half way mark.

"And you have many supports of your decision." Fisto spoke complimenting the shouting clone, and gesturing to the many same faces on one side of her, they waving smally to her.

"General! Its me! Fives!" Fives whispered softly with a wave as she chuckled waving smally to him.

"Yes hello Fives." She whispered back as they contuined.

"But then again," Fisto contuined his lesson, "on both sides."

She looked towards the large group of Jedi, Anakin besides Padame as they waved, both happily openly married, Deepla nodding with Obi-wan, and Caleb waving with some other smaller padawans.

"But they'll be people who don't support you. And not everyone can support you." He spoke the two looking forward again as they reached the small stairs leading up the the alter.

"General Fisto." Crosshair greeted.

"Crosshairs." Fisto replied with a smile, Fisto holding her hand looking at her.

"But remember my padawan, no matter which I agree or disagree with you, I will be with you." Fisto spoke as Y/n nodded, attemping not to start crying, "You have become strong jedi, but an even stronger Woman. And I? I will forever be proud of you."

The last of his lesson broke her into tears as he smiled, "T-thank you master."

"Now. Go. Go and live for yourself."

Her hand was handed to Crosshair as he helped her up the small steps, Y/n looking up at him, the music coming to a hault as they stood infront of one another, Crosshair wipping her cheek of any tears carefully.

Y/n smiled at him, "thank you."

Y/n flushed as the ceremony started, did she listen to any of it? No. Not really, and neither did Crosshair.

The two continously stealing small smiles and stares from one another.

"Crosshair, do you take Y/n to be your wife, in deaths arms and through health?"

"Objection!" Wrecker shouted.

"What?" Y/n questioned.

"The council must discuss first!" Rex spoke as Y/n stood there shocked, her bridal party trying not to laugh, but the people attending didn't mind laugh as they let out a storm of laughter.

She watched Crosshair and his groomsmen party huttle up.

"Is this for real?" Y/n questioned looking at her men as they covered there mouths trying not to laugh.

"The council has reacted its decision!" Omega shouted as Wrecker highfived her on her loudness.

"Hell yes." Crosshair smiled as Y/n face palmed, but found it funny none the less.

Cody held out the pillow with the rings on it as Crosshair held her hand.

"Marry me?" Crosshair questioned.

"Don't know might have to speak with my council." Y/n responded.

Y/n grabbed Crosshair, by the back dipping him over as she kissed him.

"Why do I even try anymore..." The preist spoke with a sigh.

The room was filled with cheers and clapping as Y/n helped Crosshair stand back up. Pulling away from the kiss the two laughed, hand in hand they rushed down the isle together, Y/n hiking up her dress in one hand as they laughed happily.

Exiting the area the doors were closed behind them.

"You think your funny? Huh?" Crosshair teased.

"I must get it from you." She smirked as he chuckled, kissing her again as they made there way outside and into the city of Naboo.

Walking into there speeder Y/n smiled at Crosshair.

"I've waited so long to do that." Crosshair smiled, holding her cheek as she flushed, "and just with you."

He kissed her again, pulling her closer as she kissed back.

"I love you." Y/n told him.

"How much?" Crosshair teased.

"Mhm. To the inner rim and back." Y/n smiled.

"You must love me a lot then."

Y/n laughed as they kissed again.

The few talks between the travlers were nothing but a background noise that hung like a dull buzzing in the air and made Zivs migrain throb, throb, throb harder at every other moment she had to wait for the Spacer to return so they could leave. She was sitting on one of the Cargoboxes, huddled up in her too big Parka and with her flimsi-notebook on her knees as she tried her best, her very best, to distract herself from the fact that she was at a starstation floathing somewhere in empty space. Normally the Tynnans notebook was filled with sketches and notes about herbs and flowers, but the spacestation was as dead as a rock and not even mold was growing on the durasteelwalls, so she filled her notebook with sketches of noses,eyes, mouth and faces of the other travlers around her. It only soothed her a little.

The Hangar she was  in remainded Ziv (too much) a little of a cage and it made her restless: The high walls were grey like prisonbars,the cargoboxes she was sitting on were cold like dead concrete, and beyond the forcefield shutting the inside of the Hangar away from the galaxy beyond was nothing, nothing, nothing but coldness and dead, empty space. At the egde of her mind where Ziv did her very best to remaind herself that she was not locked and that the forcefield was strong and would not fail and where a claustophobic panic slowly edged nearer to her like a lurking carnivore, the Tynnan wondered when finally the Spacer would return so she could leave. The moments moved by thickly,slowly, like syrupe- and without Ziv wanting to her pencilstrokes became harder and harder until she was almost ripping through the flimsi. By now the young woman was so tensed, her white pelt was bristled like from electricity. She almost jumped up in the air when something moved before her. The Tynnans head shot up so suddenly as if she had been slapped to see one of the eyes she had drawn before turned in her direction. Promptly, like in an instinct, Ziv bared her razorsharp teeth. “What?”;The short Tynnan pinned her pale ears back and automatically lay a small,white paw on the page in her flimsi-book to hide her sketches like a dirty secret: "Do I have something in my kriffing face?”

i liked your critique on obi wan, what about anakin? when i see anakin, i see someone who loved too hard which became his undoing but also saved him in the end with luke, by saving apart of himself in a way, he fulfilled his prophecy at last

I know the “Anakinbiggest problem was that he loved too much” is a popular theory but i don’t seeit that way. Maybe I’m a romantic but I don’t think too much love is problem. Butwe do need separate love from obsession. Anyway, I see Anakin as victim of his circumstancesnot a victim of his emotions.

Anakin wasan emotional being. That’s who he was. But it wasn’t his emotions alone thatled him to the dark side. It wasn’t his deep love, anger or fear. It was the externalsituations forced upon him.

If he had beentaught how to deal with his emotions he would have never gone to the dark side.By saying he turned because he loved too much, we’d be denying all the outsideforces that led him to that moment and we’d be making his turn inevitable.

Anakin’sundoing was over 20 years of untreated psychological trauma. It was beingforced to bury his emotions, it was being abused and alienated by his superiors. If Anakin had been allowed to live a safe life next to Shmi andaway from the Jedi and Palpatine’s influence he would’ve been fine no matterhow deeply he loved.

What pushedhim over the egde and made him join Palpatine wasn’t love. It was obsession. Anobsession to protect the only being in the galaxy he believed loved him unconditionally.An obsession born from the guilty he felt over Shmi’s death, his inability to properlycommunicate with his teachers, their inability to properly listen, his fear of abandonment,his volatile sense of self-worth, etc. If he had been given the help andsupported he was supposed to be given none of those issues would have been aproblem.

I dobelieve Anakin felt things more deeply than anyone else and he did love Padme,but that wasn’t his undoing. His undoing was the Jedi’s failure to care for himand Palpatine’s exploitation of their failure. Even he hadn’t been married toPadme or loved anyone as deeply, as long as he was being abused by Palpatine andunhelped by the Jedi, the chances of Anakin ever getting a happy ending were slim.
