you know how sam and dean dont have any scars from any wounds . i donttt rememebr if they explained it in show but ik there was the ep where chuck pulled back their main character shields and they got sick and lactose intolerant etc but still . i saw theories that the scars wouldve been healed during one of their resurrections/healed by cas/whatever but . do u think if dean was trans hed be like hey cas can you heal the scars so i look more cis cuz i think he would but that makes it problematic when i wanna draw him shirtless and give him top surgery scars . this is completely unrelataed to the horny art bte (lie) .
cuz like . i dont careee personally abt mine bc 1) i dont go shirtless 2) i dont caree at all abt being trans but ik some guys have issues with having scars after top surgery and try to get them to disappear as much as possible and as much as id lovee to give dean scars to me it feels like with his im a Manly Man thing hed take the option to get rid of them which is fair . but i dont like it cuz i wanna draw them . i love trans dean. also idk magic testosterone castiel healed him once and was like huh! your testosterone levels are a bit low lemme fix that and just . made his body naturally produce t idk i think thatd be funny but its a stretch + imagine dean doing a shot and cas seeing it and being like dean are you doing heroin now . and dean is like ?? why would i shoot up heroin in my ass?? idk man im losing my mind again i think .
also the horny art . i looked at it again and i dont Hate it and its the first proper horny art ive drawn and actually its so fitting its destiel . i mean i drew a dick commission before but it was shit and long time ago and this one i actually Like ill just have to figure out how to untwinkify dean and give him chest muscles etc but thats manageable and i havent given up yet . sorry for the long ask here have gaja
i LOVE your long ask thank you thank you. doggie <3333 hello gaja i love you!!!
also. I think you should do whatever you want forever! if you want to give him top surgery scars, do it! in lazarus rising whrn he does his whole 'looking for scars' scene (this one)
like Bro was looking. like bro was Definitely looking for them. and maybe he was happy that cas took them so he could be mainly man. but. maybe after a while. he was like. damn i miss my tswag. and he got a tattoo (which is a win bc. tattoed dean <3 and then cas did too like a bestie matching maybe whi knows) of them. idk its an Explanation. but you dont need it lol he could just Have them. who cares.
"dean are you doing heroin now" KDKSKSKSJEJE. this is so funny and cas. cas would ask something like that 100% canon situation to me
and yess. destiel horny art <33 im glad you didnt give up!!! good luck with untwinkyfying dean !!!!!!!!!!! cant wait to see the results :DDDDDD

We found all of the wines in the picture! :)
Thank you guys once again that we found all the 13 wines on the shelf! I will from time to time purchase the bottles and retaste them with my dad over the coming years! :)
I figured you guys might want a list of the wines and one cool story to one of them we did not find ourselfs but my dad told me which one it is:
https://preview.redd.it/qi08gs0w72e81.png?width=359&format=png&auto=webp&s=12053570d1ab13861e3f55be25232d40b6b31f11
The cool story is for wine 11: He told me about it after telling me which one it is. Since we found just a similar looking label. The 1986 E.T. Mariental Blaufränkisch got "smuggled" into a high end wine tasting with Petrus, Rothschild and other high end french wines. And actually "won" the tasting. I figured thats a fun story to know! Also here is the picture in question: I will explain the story after the picture for the people who missed the original post!
https://preview.redd.it/fomuvhgi72e81.jpg?width=2210&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=02ebe84d5044c90ed1bb7191f5e2b53134831740
So the story is that I found this picture of my 3rd birthday with all the wines in the background and I wanted to figure out the wines I did not identify instantly like a Opus one, Penfolds Grange, Sassicaia, Gaja Barbaresco and Massetto.

EMA is happening this weekend, and while we still only have snippets, I decided it was worth trying to rank them:
Inmate - The Salt
Gaja Prestor - Verjamem vase
Simon Vadnjal - Nisi sam
Ana Soklič - Voda
Parvani Violet – Cupid
Imset - Femme Fatale
Tinkara Kovač - Forever
Saška – Še kar lovim tvoj nasmeh
Božidar Wolfand Wolf - Maybe Someday
Lina Kuduzović - Man Like U
Manca Berlec - Večnost
Klara Jazbec - Stop the World
I’m gonna start by saying I find it really hard to rank snippets, the way a strong is structured and how it builds or doesn’t is really important to how much I enjoy it, and for all I know the rest of the songs could be exactly the same for 3 minutes or do some really interesting stuff elsewhere in the song. I also find it a lot harder to really get into a song when you’re thrown into it. Still, I enjoy some sounds and styles more than others so I could rank based on that. For me there is one clear winner. Inmate had my favourite song from all the national finals last year with Atma, so more of the same is absolutely what I was after, I just love those heavy guitars and getting some pure metal is so great! The snippet lacks any climax and feels a little less intense than their last entry, but I really hope the full song brings it, and even with just the snippet I know this is my favourite song by a long way. I like the next two in my ranking a fair bit, they just about stand out from the others. I really like the beat in Verjamem vase, and both songs, especially Nisi sam have an anthemic quality to them, which I think works well in both. It’s also always nice to hear something other than English. Voda and Cupid both ranked quite high for having really good voices at least in the studio cut, Femme Fatale is nice enough, but after that I really struggle to feel anything much about the rest of the songs. Overall I find most of the snippets pretty mediocre, but I can’t call a selection that produces a song I love a bad one, so I’m mostly happy with EMA this year. It’ll also be a lot easier to judge how good it is as a whole once I’ve heard the full songs. The one thing I’ll say is that I have absolutely no clue who could win this, all the songs feel at a similar level once I discount my personal tastes, so it feels very open.
#eurovision#esc2020#nf ranking#I did actually follow EMA Fres and while I didn't watch the show I listened to the snippets#Sing for Me was a good song it's a shame it didn't make it to this stage#maybe they felt it was too similar to their last entry in terms of mood?#I'm gonna be away this weekend and I'll have poor signal where I am#so I probably won't comment on the winner until Sunday#same with Ukraine#slovenia

KAD ARHITEKTURA POSTANE SJEĆANJE
Pogled na umjetničku produkciju projekta MOTEL TROGIR 2014.-2017.
-
Umjetnici/artists:
Gildo Bavčević, Igor Juran, Gaja Mežnarić Osole & Nuša Jelenec, Neli Ružić, Lana Stojićević, Katharina Swoboda, Nikolas Ventourakis, Ana Zubak
Zagreb, Galerija Vladimira Nazora/VN, 14.11. - 2.12. 2017.*
<English below> Upitani jednom prilikom kako vidimo umjetničku produkciju unutar projekta MOTEL TROGIR, odgovorili smo kako svaki puta pokušavamo artikulirati neki vid zajednice: Umjetnička produkcija je dio kampanje MOTEL TROGIR, ali ne nužno i njezina ilustracija. (...) (...)

WHEN ARCHITECTURE BECOMES REMINISCENCE (OF A LONG-FORGOTTEN EXPERIENCE)
Motel Trogir art production 2014-2017 (A review)
When asked about how we see art production within the MOTEL TROGIR project, we responded that every time we try to articulate some form of community: Art production is part of MOTEL TROGIR civic campaign for critical re-evaluation and preservation of the mid 20th century architectural modernism, but NOT necessarily its illustration. Here we come to a complex territory where it is very important to clarify what we actually produce, how, and which are our starting points and (political) views. So the initial input is pretty clear, but further on, let’s say, we have no control. When artists start to work on a particular idea, the MOTEL TROGIR project team serves them only as a support, both conceptually and organisationally. We do try to influence the outcome of artistic research in terms of encouraging dialogue, but at the end of the day the artists themselves shape their work, assume responsibility for it, and we treat them as part of the Motel Trogir community. (…) The works presented on this occasion are just a segment of the art production within the MT project from 2014 to 2017 – from the first interventions in the public space of Trogir, when artist Neli Ružić realized her light installation “Stolen Future”, through working with international artists at intensive summer residences and study tours (projects “Alice does not live here anymore”, 2015 and “The East is West of the West”, 2016), presenting them at two editions of the Biennial of Young Artists of Europe and the Mediterranean (Milan and Tirana), up to the recent dealing with the Koteks-Gripe complex in Split through the project “Rethinking the Void”. As a kind of "excursion", a practice unrelated to the production of the Motel Trogir, we included the work by the artist Lana Stojićević. She is presenting a case study of the architect Ivan Vitić motel (bungalow) in Biograd, which is actually ‘redone’ (painted yellow and green) and enlarged with the wedding hall, while the artist ‘upgraded’ another floor and added a roof. (…) From the text by NB/ Motel Trogr * Naslovna slika/ featured image_ Katharina Swoboda: Tecton housing/Highpoint, video still, 2017. - Motel Trogir je projekt udruge Slobodne veze.
Motel Trogir u 2017. godini podržavaju Ministarstvo kulture i Zaklada Kultura nova.

current bias: dongmyeong?? i’m not giving yonghoon this kind of power he’s a leo man. i’ll stay with the cap

favourite song: UGHHH a book in memory!! i also love ring on my ears, love me, eraser & reminisce about all. they honestly don’t have that many songs which really sucks bc they’re a band and from what i know they produce their own shit... but rbw hate to see a band thrive. their first full album was just a massive repackage of all their songs + one new song. idk i’m upset about that

Made in Slovenia
I have a soft spot for Slovenian entries when they are decent. There have been a few where you look at them cross-eyed and still can’t make sense of why they are there. But they are a forgotten nation in some ways even though the spent a considerable time in a union with six or seven current countries for over 40 years.
There are 12 artists in the Slovenian final this year; ten artists that were pre-selected and then two artists, Parvani Violet and Saška, who gained entry via the EMA Fres. Well done to RTV Slovenija for choosing to have a wildcard round (Denmark did as well) to encourage new musical people in the country.
I have a beef with the process of this year’s final. There are two rounds; the first round is decided entirely by a three person jury. They will select two songs from the twelve for the Slovene public to choose a winner via televoting. It is rife for corruption who will get into the final round and I do not like it. I feel that before the songs are sung, I feel that may be unfair to some interesting songs and ‘popular’ people will be thrust forward.
I have heard the short snippet clips once a few weeks back. Today there are longer snippets; lets see how they fair.
Simon Vadnjal – “Nisi sam” I like it, but it doesn’t feel like a new song, but a rehash of something old.
Saška – “Še kar lovim tvoj nasmeh” Not sure about it. It’s okay, but somehow not exciting.
Gaja Prestor – “Verjamem vase” I like the tone of her voice. It could be an interesting entry.
Ana Soklič – “Voda” Slower ballad with good soaring vocals. Not sure if it has the interest needed.
Inmate – “The Salt’ Finally something with life. Different from everything else so far; could go down well.
Manca Berlec – “Večnost” It sounds like Brazilian jazz number. I like it; but it could be too quiet.
Tinkara Kovač – “Forever” Previous Eurovision finalist and flautist has presented an interesting ballad which is good, but not memorable.
Božidar Wolfand–Wolf “Maybe Someday” It needs bagpipes as it sounds like a marching song. It’s very much an anthem song.
Parvani Violet – “Cupid” I didn’t like the shorter snippet, and I really am not feeling this now. It’s her voice and the tone of the thing.
Klara Jazbec – “Stop the World” Klara has a good tone to her voice and the song is pleasant.
IMSET – “Femme fatale” I like this a lot. I like the pace and I can imagine it being a decent presentation.
Lina Kuduzović – “Man like u” A decent song song by Lina, but I cannot understand a word of it and it’s distracting.
Conclusion:
Because of the way the national final is created; the first round is a farce and songs that deserve to be highly placed and in the final round will be left behind. I expect it will be a final round with Tinkara and Lina and they aren’t the best songs. One of these will be the eventual winner.
Personally, I would love either Inmate or Imset to win.

Does Melania Trump ‘Really Care’? In Her Birthplace Women Really Want To Know.
LJUBLJANA, Slovenia—What were first faint rumors turned into palpable buzz: Melania Trump, the most famous daughter of Slovenia, might finally visit her homeland. Her father, Viktor Knavs, was seen here driving a white Maybach with Florida plates between the capital and Melania’s hometown of Sevnica preparing the way, it was said, for a spectacular homecoming. But as the rumors multiplied, so did a widespread sense of disappointment that America’s first lady has not been back to her motherland for 15 years. Young Melania, From Model Student to Cover GirlSeveral of Slovenia’s leading women decided the time might be ripe to invite Melania Knavs Trump back here for a bit of dialogue about some major global issues. Members of Femmes Sans Frontières (Women Without Borders) brainstormed at the elegant villa of Jerca Legan, the organization’s president, in the old town of Ljubljana. They were environmentalists, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, lawyers and business developers, who decided to issue a formal invitation. Some, like Slovenian fashion diva Maja Ferme, have known Melania for several years, as a friend and benefactor for various charities; others had expected Melania to be more assertive in the international arena. “Frankly, I have not heard a single strong statement by Melania in years, which is kind of embarrassing, if not shameful,” said communications consultant Darinka Pavlic Kamien.Nena Cresnar Pregar, who advises foreign investors interested in Slovenian regions, said she respected Melanja Knavs, the young ambitious model who first escaped her provincial socialist Sevnica to Slovenia’s capital, then to Western Europe, and finally to the United States. “She had more courage in her youth, I would inspire her to speak out for equality,” Cresnar Pregar said, and that would be in contrast to her husband who is “spreading hatred in every Twitter post.”“We would also want her to be more engaged on freeing immigrants’ children from prisons, on global climate change issues. Otherwise she’ll be remembered for her ‘Don’t Care’ jacket,” said Cresnar Pregar.Last October, on her way to visit a detention center for immigrant children in Texas, Melania Trump made headlines wearing a $39 Zara jacket that said in splashy white letters across the back, “I Really Don’t Care Do U?” She subsequently said the reference was not supposed to be to the children but to the ever-prying, often critical press. “I wore the jacket to go on the plane and off the plane,” Mrs. Trump explained to ABC News. “And it was for the people and for the left-wing media to show them that I don’t care. You will not stop me to do what I feel is right.”“It was kind of a message,” said the first lady. “I would prefer that they would focus on what I do and my initiatives, than what I wear.”Her Slovene compatriots would like to give her just that chance. Slovenia’s former state secretary, Tico Zupancic, embraced the initiative coming from the Slovenian civil groups. “Melania might realize she’s been a puppet on invisible strings, recalculate her position and decide that her bank accounts are not as important as her reputation,” Zupancic told The Daily Beast. “The group of brilliant women would like to invite her to her homeland, she should use this chance to break free, grow vocal.” From Melania’s hometown of Sevnica, to the resort town of Piran, to the capital Ljubljana, when she first became first lady she was the object of tremendous pride. But now, many wonder why Melania does not seem to care about Slovenia as she balances on top of the world in her high heels.A local artist, Ales Zupevc, placed a wooden statue of America’s first lady in her blue inaugural dress on the bank of the Sava River. The rough-hewn wooden Melania is waving to her hometown of Sevnica, which is just a few kilometers away, as if to say, “Hello, here I am.” Inside the Cult of Melania TrumpBut in real life all that people have heard from her are calls from her lawyers coming to sue those who publish scandalous articles about the ex-model’s past, on the one hand, or who name their businesses or merchandise after her. “No word of congratulations arrived from the White House on June 25, the Statehood Day,” Melania Trump’s biographer, Bojan Pozar, said in an interview. “The way Melania’s treated Slovenia has been fundamentally wrong.” (The State Department did issue a pro forma congratulations on Statehood Day.) The vice chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Europe, Ajsa Vodnik, defended Melania, blaming the hostility of journalists for keeping her away from Slovenia. Vodnik, who befriended Melanja Knavs when she was 17, remembers “a really modest girl” in the late 1980s. Vodnik said in a recent interview she has been in touch with the first lady’s staffers, and, “She really wants to come.” Vodnik says she is proud that the Slovene language is spoken at the White House. “Her son speaks Slovene with his grandparents in the White House,” she said. “The language is very important.” News reports about the U.S. President’s alleged cheating on his wife sounded disturbing but were not the point, Vodnik said. “We should not be thinking who they sleep with,” she insisted, meaning the world’s male leaders. “We women should preserve peace and security today, as the world is not in a great position.” Vodnik added that the two most well known names of world leaders today are Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Looking back at Slovenia’s history, Violeta Bulc, European Commissioner for Transport, cannot not think of a single woman leader who has a chance to make a difference. She is calling for women leaders to learn from the past. On one of her visits in Washington, Bulc tried to meet with Melania Trump, but it didn’t happen. “I would tell her: ‘Embrace humanity at its best, help people, give people a chance,’ although I am not sure how much power Melania has. She seems to be strong, but quiet. Never in her wildest dreams did she imagine she’d become the First Lady of the United States.” Trump once said that his years with Melania had been his most successful years.Slovenia’s leading environmentalist, Gaja Brecelj, believes that during the years left of Trump’s presidency Melania could help. “If Trump does not believe in global climate change, it does not matter. It’s time for Melania to become her own person, think with her own head," Brecelj said.“Hello, Melania, do this for Barron, for his children, push your husband: we need to change the world’s energy system, traffic system—what we all do now will show in 100 years.”The last time America’s first lady visited her homeland, in July 2004, was to introduce her future husband to her parents. The Grand Hotel Toplica at Lake Bled still has a picture of Melania and her boyfriend Donald from that last visit. It is tacked on a wall in the hallway between pictures of other significant visitors, including a Russian ballerina, Anna Plisetskaya, and a former Russian parliament member, Alexander Rozenbaum. If Melania Trump comes back now, the atmosphere would be rather different. “We invite Melania to join our movement of women without borders, we’d empower her,” Jerca Legan said at the gathering of Slovene women. “She still has time to make the difference, if she does not want to live in a world of hate, where kids sit terrified on the bare floor of prisons. from Yahoo News - Latest News & Headlines
India's Education Sector - Back to School Structures
India’s US$40b training market is experiencing a surge in funding. Capital, both local and worldwide, and progressive prison systems are converting the face of this once-staid quarter
The liberalization of India’s commercial policy in 1991 turned into the catalyst for a wave of investment in IT and infrastructure tasks. Fast economic increase accompanied, sparking a surge in demand for skilled and educated people. This, blended with the failure of the public training and the developing willingness of the burgeoning center magnificence to invest in education, has converted India’s schooling zone into an appealing and rapid-emerging opportunity for overseas investment.
No matter being fraught with regulatory restrictions, non-public investors are flocking to play a component within the “education revolution”. A current file by using CLSA (Asia-Pacific Markets) envisioned that the private schooling marketplace is worth around US$forty billion. The K-12 phase by myself, which incorporates students from kindergarten to the age of 17, is a concept to be worth greater than US$20 billion. The market for non-public faculties (engineering, scientific, business, and so forth.) is valued at US$7 billion whilst tutoring accounts for a further US$five billion.
Different regions together with test guidance, pre-training, and vocational schooling are really worth US$1-2 billion every. Textbooks and stationery, instructional CD-ROMs, multimedia content, toddler skill enhancement, e-learning, trainer education and finishing faculties for the IT and the BPO sectors are a number of the other huge sectors for foreign funding in education.
opportunity beckons
The Indian authorities allotted approximately US$eight.6 billion to schooling for the modern-day financial yr. However considering the massive divide between the minority of college students who graduate with a very good schooling and the sizeable majority who conflict to get hold of primary training, or are disadvantaged of it altogether, non-public participation is visible because the simplest manner of narrowing the gap. Certainly, it is predicted that the scope for private participation is nearly 5 times the amount spent on schooling by using the government.
CLSA estimates that the full size of India’s private schooling marketplace may want to attain US$70 billion through 2012, with an 11% increase in the volume and penetration of schooling and schooling being presented. The Okay-12 section is the most appealing for non-public buyers. Delhi Public School is the best high schools operated approximately 107 colleges, DAV has round 667, Amity University runs several extra and Educomp Solutions plans to open 150 K-12 establishments over the next 4 years. Training and tutoring Ok-12 students outside of Faculty is likewise massive enterprise with around forty% of urban youngsters in grades 9-12 using outside lessons facilities.
Commencing the doorways
non-public initiatives inside the training quarter commenced within the mid-90s with public-non-public partnerships set up to offer records and communications generation (ICT) in colleges. Below this scheme, diverse country governments outsourced the delivery, set up, and renovation of IT hardware and software, in addition to trainer training and IT training, in authorities or government-aided faculties. The crucial authorities have been funding this initiative, which follows the build-personal-operate-transfer (BOOT) model, Beneath the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan and ICT schools applications. non-public corporations inclusive of Educomp Solutions, Everonn Systems, and NIIT were among the first to enter the ICT market, which is expected to be well worth around US$1 billion by way of 2012.
Currently, the crucial authorities invited personal participation in over 1,000 of its commercial training institutes and supplied educational and financial autonomy to personal games. organizations along with Tata, Larsen & Toubro, Educomp and Wipro have proven the keen hobby in participating in this initiative.
Regulatory roadblocks
training in India is regulated at each vital and state authorities ranges. As a result, rules often range from kingdom to country. Ok-12 education is ruled in India by using the respective nation best high schools education Act and the relevant Board of Secondary education (CBSE) Rules and rules concerning affiliation and/or the Policies of another affiliating frame. Beneath current rules, most effective no longer-for-income trusts and societies registered Beneath Societies Registration Act, 1860, and companies registered Under segment 25 of the corporations Act, 1956, qualify to be affiliated with the CBSE and to operate personal faculties.
at the same time as the Ok-12 section accounts for the lion’s percentage of India’s instructional marketplace, weaving through the complicated regulatory roadmap to qualify for affiliation poses severe problems for buyers. The CBSE requires privately-funded faculties to be non-proprietary entities with none vested control held with the aid of an individual or members of an own family. In addition, a School in search of association is expected to have a handling committee controlled by means of a consider, which ought to approve budgets, training charges, and annual prices. Any profits amassed cannot be transferred to the belief or best high schools management committee and voluntary donations for gaining College admission are not accepted. schools and better schooling institutions set up by way of the consider are entitled to exemptions from earnings tax, concern to compliance with section 11 of the income Tax Act, 1961. A good way to qualify for tax exemptions, the trust desires to make certain that its predominant pastime is to serve the charitable reason of selling schooling as opposed to the pursuit of profit.
Opportunity paths
Opportunity routes do exist for investors looking for to avoid the net of regulatory obstacles that constrain their involvement. Sectors such as pre-colleges, non-public Education, and tutoring, teacher schooling, the development and provision of multimedia content material, educational software program development, talent enhancement, IT schooling and e-mastering are top sectors wherein traders can allocate their budget. Those regions are attractive because even as they relate carefully to the profitable K-12 phase, they are in large part unregulated. As such, they make appealing propositions for personal investors inquisitive about taking benefit of the burgeoning call for excellent training. organizations together with Educomp Answers, Career Launcher, NIIT, Aptech, and Magic software program, are market leaders in These fields. Educomp Recently acquired a big variety of educational institutes and provider providers across India. It has additionally fashioned joint ventures with main higher education groups, including Raffles education Singapore, for the established order of better schooling establishments and universities in India and China. Moreover, it has entered right into a multi-million dollar collaboration with Ansal Homes and Infrastructure to installation instructional establishments and schools across the united states and closed an US$eight.five million deal to gather Euro kids global, a non-public issuer of pre-Faculty instructional offerings in India. Gaja Capital India, a schooling-centric fund, has finished the investment of 3 education offerings businesses in India. NIIT and Aptech, meanwhile, are engaged in the IT schooling commercial enterprise.
Middle projects and technology is also focusing heavily on India and is possible to bid to take over, improve and run public schools for designated durations on a public-private partnership foundation.
higher hurdles
whilst kingdom governments are largely accountable for providing Okay-12 training in India, the valuable authorities is answerable for main coverage decisions referring to better education. It provides offers to the University grants Commission (UGC) and establishes imperative universities inside u. S . A .. The UGC coordinates decide and hold standards and the discharge of grants. Upon the UGC’s recommendation, the significant government announces the fame of an academic group, which as soon as legal, is entitled to award stages.
country governments are liable for the status quo of country universities and schools and feature the power to approve the status quo of personal universities thru state Acts. All private universities are expected to conform to the UGC guidelines to make sure that positive minimum standards are maintained.
Amity University in Uttar Pradesh is one of the non-public universities to open its doors. It was permitted by means of the Uttar Pradesh country legislature on 12 January 2005 Below section 2(f) of the University grants Commission Act.
not-for-income and anti-commercialization ideas dominate higher schooling rate systems. To save you commercialization and earnings-making, institutions are prohibited from claiming returns on investments. This, but, does not pose a hurdle for universities interested in mobilizing assets to replace and improve their property and services. A fixation of charges is required in accordance with the tips prescribed through the UGC and Different concerned statutory our bodies. For this reason, the UGC may additionally request the applicable information from the non-public College involved, as prescribed in the UGC (Returns of records by Universities) Rules, 1979.
Consistent with the policy on fee Fixation in personal Unaided instructional establishments Presenting higher and Technical schooling, forms of charges are required: lessons prices and development costs. lessons expenses are meant to get better the actual price of Offering education without turning into a source of earnings for the owner of the institution. whilst earning returns on investment could now not be permissible, development prices may additionally provide an element of partial capital cost recovery to the management, serving as an aid for preservation and alternative.
prison precedents
So that it will be provided College reputation by using the UGC, establishments must comply with the targets set forth in the model Constitution of the Memorandum of Association/Rules and ensure that no part of the earnings gathered is transferred as profit to preceding or present members of the institution. Payments to people or carrier companies in going back for any service rendered to the institute are, however, not regulated.
on this context current court docket judgments on personal universities are relevant. The Preferred court, in Unnikrishnan JP v country of Andhra Pradesh, delivered a scheme regulating the admission and levy of charges in private unaided academic establishments, especially those supplying expert training. The ruling becomes later notified of the charge policy.
Ultimately, inside the case of Prof Yashpal and Anr v state of Chattisgarh and Ors in 2005, the Perfect court docket assailed the Chattisgarh authorities’ legislation and amendments which had been abused by means of many personal universities. It became contended that the state government, genuinely by means of issuing notifications in the Gazette, have been setting up universities in an indiscriminate and mechanical manner without contemplating the supply of any infrastructure, teaching centers or monetary resources. further, it turned into observed that the legislation (Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Aur Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 2002) had been enacted in a way which had absolutely abolished any form of UGC manipulate over private universities.
The Supreme court docket concluded that parliament turned into responsible for making sure the renovation and uniformity of higher schooling establishments So that you can uphold the UGC’s authority. Following the judgment, only the one’s personal universities that happy the UGC’s norms were able to retain operating in Chattisgarh.
expert institutions
expert and technical education in India is regulated by using professional councils inclusive of the All India Council for Technical schooling (AICTE). Established Underneath the AICTE Act, 1987, AICTE gives popularity to publications, promotes expert institutions, offers grants to undergraduate applications, and ensures the coordinated and incorporated development of technical schooling and the maintenance of requirements. The AICTE has Lately exerted stress on unrecognized non-public technical and management institutes to are seeking its approval or face closure.
An unmarried bench choice of the Delhi Excessive court in Chartered economic Evaluation Institute and Anr v AICTE illustrates some distance-attaining implications this kind of stress could have on all institutions running independently of the AICTE. The court docket observed that the Chartered monetary Analyst Institute, a US-based totally agency, became engaged in Presenting technical schooling and that its charter, even though now not defined as a diploma or diploma, became, however, descriptive of the candidate attaining an educational fashionable, entitling him to pursue similarly publications, and attain higher possibilities of employment within the funding banking profession. The AICTE argued that the Chartered financial Analyst Institute fell in the ambit of its regulation and changed into therefore obliged to put up to the jurisdiction of the regulatory body. The Delhi Excessive court docket upheld the AICTE’s view that the Chartered economic Analyst Institute did qualify as an organization Presenting technical training.
This judgment may additionally have emboldened the AICTE to proceed against a number of Different establishments which are on its list of unapproved institutions. It holds precise importance given that Notwithstanding no longer granting levels and diplomas, the Chartered economic Analyst Institute turned into nonetheless deemed by the court docket to be blanketed Under the description of a “technical institute”.
Enthusiasm grows for foreign participation
while regulators inclusive of the AICTE hold to exercise have an effect on within the Indian schooling system, the world is anticipated to witness a surge in foreign funding and perhaps a reduction in the variety of regulatory roadblocks due to the primary authorities’ enthusiasm for foreign places investors. overseas direct investment in better training should assist lessen authorities expenditure and there is a popular consensus that training as a whole need to be opened for domestic and foreign personal participation.
The entry of overseas educational institutions into India can be covered via the brand new foreign schooling carriers (law for access and Operation) Bill. The Bill seeks to regulate the entry and operation of foreign schooling companies, as well as limit the commercialization of better schooling. foreign education providers might receive the status of “deemed universities” permitting them to supply admissions and award ranges, diplomas or certificate.
Operationally, the Invoice proposes to deliver overseas schooling companies Underneath the executive umbrella of the UGC, which might sooner or later regulate the admissions process and fee systems. given that Those overseas institutions will have to be incorporated Underneath principal or state legal guidelines, they’ll additionally be the problem to the government’s guidelines of reservations. The Invoice is pending approval from the Indian Parliament However, it’s miles uncertain if it is going to be taken by means of the prevailing government for a vote prior to the general elections in 2009.
innovative structures unencumber profitability
The regulatory restraints on going for walks worthwhile groups within the Okay-12 and higher schooling sectors have driven Indian lawyers to plot revolutionary structures that allow private traders to earn returns on their investments. Those typically involve the establishment of separate corporations to provide a variety of services (operations, era, catering, security, shipping, and many others.) to the educational organization. The carrier businesses input into lengthy-term contracts with the believe operating the organization. Payments made by the accept as true with to the service groups need to be comparative and proportionate to the offerings rendered by using such corporations. Moreover, If you want to qualify for tax exemptions, the fees paid by way of the accept as true with to the service corporations need to no longer exceed what may additionally moderately be paid for such offerings Under arm’s duration relationships. Regardless of the regulatory constraints, the Indian education sector is on a course of exponential growth. A growing number of personal businesses are task creatively structured projects in the training business and the level of investor self-belief is validated by way of the current spate of M&A activity that has taken location.
With domestic players rising, the training zone is in all likelihood to witness consolidation, However, at the equal time, increasing foreign participation will force opposition and lift requirements. Liberalization will retain to heighten because the authorities struggle to remedy its terrible public training gadget and provide fine establishments to train India’s masses.

ok perth u probably didn't see the oneus cb yet but i gotta give u my thoughts please take my thoughts.
black mirror: it feels a little atrocious and cheesy and i actually love it like it's just a catchy song!! they could have gone harder but i'm okay with it. the mv is VERY valkyrie which is cute but also boring. none of the shots really wowed me also rbw tanked their budget for this cb.. and some of their fits suck. for me this is a step up from banbakbulga though
connect with us: letdown letdownnnn i would honestly rather listen to the outro version of this song. there is no movement there is no buildup. but xion has a verse so 🥰🥰 i guess
polarity: THIS IS THE ONE.. catchy as hell mwah
happy birthday: save me. save them. the chorus is nice honestly and i like this producer but the aggressively heterosexual corny english interjections really took me out of the vibe.. it's not my birthday i'm not your girlfriend shut up shut uppppp
valkyrock: mixed feelings bc it really just feels like valkyrie with poorly arranged hard guitar in the bg there were some weird instrumental choices too. it serves its purpose which is to be a cool concert remix. there are some cool moments tho especially with the main guitar which i can only assume is kanghyun just shredding it good for him. could have gone harder with the rock concept
so overall this cb... just okay. i'm okay with it! it's def not a come back home or a tbontb (i actually LOVED tbontb era sfsgdfdgdg even the acoustic guitar in the chorus) but frankly it wasn't trying to be that. still feels pretty oneus. anywayyy this is long! i just wanted to like. open a discussion lol don't feel pressured to respond!! -tt
i can finally start answering this ohohoho
hi tt anon my beloved!!! i am ready to answer to these thoughts (aka compare them to mine hSDGHSDKJGH. also i’ll be writing like, each ThoughtTM after i’ve listened to each song, so while i’m typing that i’ve only heard black mirror)
ok so i’m done typing my thoughts and. it got VERY long. don’t apologise for length i’m also wordy <3
now connect with us. so far i didn’t like the voice editing on keonhee’s voice but the song sounds... alright... not groundbreaking but it’s alright. seoho my beloved <3 WAIT THERES NO DROP IN THE CHORUS???? WHAT THE FUCK? i don’t really like the typical kpop drops always used now but come on?? oh wait there’s a? ugh. that was nothing. well i guess it’s a song and dongju got a verse for sure. i don’t have a lot to say on it i don’t know if i’ll add it to any playlists IS THAT HWANWOONG’S FIRST LINE?????? what the hell is any of this DSKJFHKJHD i may not have noticed him before but huh what. eh. it’s a song. again maybe it’ll grow on me! but right now yeah it’s a letdown i agree.
so for black mirror i agree the mv was... cheaper than what we got with gaja, twilight & etc. like they used all the budget on their first mvs DNSKJFHKJ (and to be or not to be... i guess? i don’t remember much except Guns And Blood Bath). i don’t really mind it in itself bc i don’t watch mvs much anymore and i’ve accepted that sometimes companies will just throw whatever at the audience for the sake of money (see also: ugly dance by onf letting me down in great part bc it acts as a followup to beautiful beautiful but is literally just a performance mv with no storytelling elements whatsoever but eh what can you do right) but for someone who likes cinematography it’s definitely gonna be disappointing if they were expecting something like gaja or come back home. as for the fits i didn’t really look at them, mostly their faces? and ough they are pretty <3 but yeah i wanted to get the more negative criticism out of the way so i can talk about The Song because unexpectedly i actually really like it!! and we can thank the bassline for that LMAOOO honestly this is gonna sound mean for no reason but this is what w*nho (censoring in case it gets in tags... i do NOT need mbbs after me on this fine day) thought he was doing with his debut song (not losing you that one made me cry. the one that i forgot the name of). i really enjoy the vibe of the song even if imo it doesn’t really fit the visual concept very much? but it has strings and i’m not gonna say no to strings. strings and a sexy bassline. and yonghoon’s whistling. SHFSDHKH
no but it’s a really good song imo! it’s not... as good as say, twilight (maybe it’ll grow on me idk we’ll see but twilight really was one of their best so), but it’s still a pretty solid song and while i do like banbakbulga a lot now it feels a lot less oneus than black mirror. oh wait i have something else to say, they really should leave the rapping to ravn bc like we know kpop rappers are not really rappers but i. really don’t wanna hear leedo rap anymore. he has great vocals there’s no reason for that... ravn is genuinely enjoyable to listen to so i don’t mind him but pls rbw give leedo more vocal lessons so he can sing more (and also give dongju vocal lessons at all?? why does he get two lines per song??? they’re a 2 yr old group now there’s no excuse. is he that bad? i don’t buy it he sounded good in the rtk gaja)
black mirror also very vaguely reminded me of run away by got7 during the chorus for some reason feel free to ignore that HFKJSHKFJ
onto polarity! shit i really need wrist braces. well this is like an improved connect with us? it’s definitely catchier sdnfsjkdfh and definitely a oneus song tho that means i don’t really like what their style is headed toward... one of the percussions they keep using, i really don’t like it!! i hear it everywhere and i don’t like it! not bc i hear it everywhere but bc it’s used for anything and everything like u should be more careful with what sounds u use for what songs. but i’m also very picky in the little details when i’m focused on something i guess sndfjskh. keonhee sounds really good in this song thank u mr lisp for my life i love u :) OH WAIT LEEDO IN THE CHORUS??? VERY GOOD LET’S GET MARRIED jk not to a leo man.
then we got happy birthday....... um... i was gonna say this is fine then he said you’re my goddess and. let me out <3 NOOO KEONHEE SOUNDS SO GOOD THIS IS EVIL... WHY DOES HE SOUND SO GOOD ON THIS SONG NANODNONDD LOVE LOSES </////3 i wouldn’t say it’s unlistenable for me like english girl but i’m gonna have to turn off my english speaking brain to listen to it yeah. it’s a good song otherwise what a shame... stop pushing ur heterosexual words onto me i’m just trying to listen to a song!!! do songs have to be gendered!!!!!!!!!
valkyrock here we go. last one. last one boys & not boys. so far it’s nice tbh. HUH? they lost the vibe with ravn’s verse. okay i guess the prechorus is alright i can hear the faintest hint of strings. the chorus... the percussions should not be like that... like idk how to explain it but the rhythm is too regular and not spaced out enough, if they were gonna do it like that it should hit a lot harder. don’t give me just the big boy (idk the english name but u know the one on the drums) and the small cymbal sound... that’s not loud enough bring out the damn gong (ok i may exaggerate but like it sounds more dancey than rock either way). uhhhhh overall though i really like the mix of the heavy guitar & strings i think that’s great and they should do that more. i can only assume onewe took care of the instruments LMAO harin u should’ve gone harder than that king i know u can...
so uhmmm for me this cb is... better than the previous one. which is sad bc it was a full album. i also liked it better than tbontb bc i felt that one didn’t go hard enough and black mirror wasn’t trying to go hard in that way so it doesn’t bother me 😭 yeah it’s not light us raise us fly with us level but it’s really good still. i can’t wait for oneus to finally release something that makes me insane but tbh? tbh? the bassline might get me there anyway. sexy bass makes me deranged and i think that’s at least a little bit relatable. still... when oneus get back to their roots in ways other than valkyrock maybe we’ll ascend to a better plane. much love 💕

woaahh the pearl makeup on yonghoon and kanghyun’s new teasers!! they’re stealing the looks from banbakbulga oneus... literally stealing bc oneus will never have makeup as cool as that again 😔 that reminded me of ur one hwanwoong post too like his eye makeup was SO sexc gaja era and now? crickets. we gotta get the son twins to do weus styling methinks they’re fruity enough to make it work (speaking of son twins.. what do u mean xion just stands there?!! that’s his whole charm!!!) -tt
it wasn't even all of them who had the pearl makeup :((( feel like pure shit just want fun makeup back in kpop... but yeah yonghoon and kanghyun look sooo nice. i love it. and yes that one look from gaja was sooo good icb he didn't blow up bc of this!! we NEED dark eyeshadow to make a comeback!!!
mhmhm yes but also i don't trust dongju with his own styling considering His Hair NDSKJFHJSKFH dongmyeong can fix his hair though. and! i guess it is his charm but like i SAID i like singers and performers 😭 just standing there is only appealing to me if onstage they go insane! so like... nct taeil... one of the only nct members who matter... yknow?
#asks#tt anon#i love mr dongju but... he does not appeal to me specifically 😔😔#now DONGMYEONG on the other hand........
