8- A LOT... I haven confidence in my art now so it's hard to say one thing specifically lol
I think the thing I like the most about my art, traditional or digital, is probably my linework? Even when it's not super clean (according to me) it still looks pretty good imo
12- HEE HEE... I don't have a lot from this year yet but cupid destreza... was really fun to draw...
13- OK I still have a lot of favourites from late last year... this is another one because I love my little elf guy... I treat him so poorly because I never draw him anymore :'( sorry willow
19- SORRY EDIT I FORGOR THIS ONE I love drawing my tieflings and I love drawing your tieflings and I love making them kiss. You know this.
I also love drawing my wild weast ocs even though I haven't drawn them seriously in forever... missing my cowbows
21- lmao... I have no idea... back in 2017 or so I was really into guro as documented on this art blog and I think my stuff from back then is super weird and a little cringe but I have no idea if it could be called the weirdest thing I've ever drawn! Second weirdest might be my food fantasy fanart phase, but I don't think drawing gacha game fanart is that weird either
#i like that willow because hes pink and hes smiling :)#ask#detect-thoughts#artist ask#also no thank YOU!!!!

When I say participating in this shit is literally just reinventing homophobia and transphobia against our communities, this is what I'm talking about.
The genshin artwork in question is so incredibly mild guro (the man underneath the woman has some blood on his face, implied violence and sexual content in their positioning, that's it) and it's an anime style which often gets conflated with "loli and shota" even though both characters depicted are of-age adults (you can go drinking with them, which means they are AT MINIMUM 18 as required in China, the country that made the gacha game, the country known for being very strict on its laws regarding underage sex and drinking in media), and suddenly something that's maybe a little tmi for a politician is a huge deal because it's "violence and pedophilia".
This is what policing fictional horny artwork and consensual horny acts gets you. You hurt the very people you claim you want to protect.
When you say that "your community" or "the government" should have a say about what goes on in your bedroom, this is what you let in the door. Don't do this.
This is what I'm talking about when I say the moral panic around kink and fantasy is a right wing position:
The idea that someone's fantasies or what art they like is an indicator they are a dangerous predator is fearmongering and it specifically targets queer people. The "exposing" of people for their sexuality is a tool of the right to smear someone's name as a sexual deviant, and therefore, someone worthy of punishment and exile. There is nothing leftist about this behavior. If you participate in this kind of "exposing" of "pedophiles" you need to reexamine who you're benefiting and what kind of mentality you're falling into.

Fantasy
Summary: It has been the greatest honor to be selected as the official cosplayer at your favorite gacha game’s fan festival event.
But what pleasure could compare to having your fellow cosplay colleagues have their way with you? [Cosplayer AU]
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Makoto/F!Reader/Sousuke/Natsuya
THE LEVELS OF ON BRAND™ THIS ONE-SHOT IS I S2G
I’VE BEEN SITTING ON THIS PIECE FOR A WHILE NOW AND NOW I OFFER IT TO U ALL
ANYWAY MAKE US FREE NA SPLASH-- ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_
-----------------
Another year meant another summer of pinning your hair beneath a blonde bob wig and twirling around in a pink dress that required countless hours to recreate.
But it was because of your efforts of investing your all into faithfully bringing to life the character design of Djeeta that the organizers of Granblue Fantasy Festival reached out to have you as the official cosplayer to work the event. Appearing on mainstage to enthrall awaiting fans, assisting with the presentation of prizes during the various games planned for the attending seiyuu, walking the floor to pose for pictures by enthusiastic players--you were honored by this opportunity, one that you looked forward to year after year with each invitation.
The trek across Japan to attend GBF Fes during its tour also meant reunions with the other official cosplayers, some of whom you have bonded and befriended even beyond the event itself.
Such was the case with the three who portrayed Lobelia, Aglovale and Belial: Natsuya Kirishima, Makoto Tachibana, and Sousuke Yamazaki.
Besides being profound cosplayers who found their claim to fame from their GBF cosplays, the trio were known to even sound practically identical to their respective characters.
Though spirited and ever eager, Natsuya certainly wasn’t a shameless guro-addict like the twisted Lobelia. By contrast, Makoto was far too much of a big precious teddy bear to be arrogant like the regal Aglovale. Last of all, the aloof Sousuke only shared the common trait of being tall, dark, and handsome with the lasciviously depraved Belial.
It was always a wonderful time with the three, from your reunions just days before the event, spending the weekend indulging in your favorite mobile game, to hanging out for carefree fun before the eventual but dreaded goodbye.
But by Makoto’s suggestion for you all to hit up the newly opened Super Nintendo World after the Osaka run of GBF Fes, you expected for your parting to end on a higher note this time around at least.
Especially since, upon the conclusion of the second day of GBF Fes, it was Natsuya insisting you all hop into a taxi and celebrate with dinner at a karaoke joint along Dotonbori’s canal upon the return to your hotel located by the massive INTEX Osaka convention center space.
However, what you didn’t expect was for the evening to go about as it did.
Hues of soft pink, blue, and purple mood lighting that contrasted the sharp gleams within hazy irises of red, green, and teal.
Moody synths of 80s city pop accompanying lyrics yearning love and desire were muffled to your ears, the breathy huffs of sweet whines and low groans a much more distinct sound.
A blushing heat coursed through the entirety of your body, stoked even further by lips chilled by ice cold beer kissing your skin.
The hotly murmured question of “Say Captain, which one of us do you like most?” from Natsuya had yet to receive a verbal answer, of which you conveyed through a different, more physical kind of reciprocation to all three.
You had inklings of how this weekend was going to turn out, but surely not like this.
While setting out for Osaka, you ran into Natsuya while settling in for your bullet train ride from Tokyo. It was a delight to already see his handsome grin once again, making you all the more excited to reunite with the others. As it had been a long morning, you found yourself dozing off while you both caught up with one another. With your mind drifted to a weekend of cosplay fun and amusement park thrills, you weren’t aware that he snapped a photo of him beaming at his phone camera with a peace sign while proudly displaying your head resting on his shoulder during the train ride over, texting the picture over to Makoto and Sousuke.
A frazzled kaomoji from Makoto while Sousuke left the response on read.
Then, during the afternoon for the first day of GBF Fes, you had some issues with zipping up the back of your idol Djeeta cosplay. Thankfully, Makoto was in the next stall over in the private dressing room for official cosplayers and was prompt to help you out once he finished buttoning up his coat for Aglovale’s House of Wales attire.
You were about to head out to the mainstage when you heard Makoto’s flustered squawk of your name upon his realization that your skirt was lifted after having gotten bunched up somehow while you were trying to fix your zipper on your own. Given that time demanded your immediate presence to the stage, you weren’t as alarmed by the sudden presence of Natsuya and Sousuke upon their return from making their rounds through the main event floor in their cosplays.
But they were rather taken by the sight of your skirt’s hem being hastily tugged by Makoto’s fingers.
Though, you could see why things came to a head earlier today when you--now in Djeeta’s iconic skyfarer dress--and Sousuke joined each other on stage. As “Parade’s Lust” blared from the speakers, the audience watched as he knocked away your sword before embracing you from behind, his grinning lips planting onto your cheek while his large hands caressed your waist.
”Oi, oi, when did you have the time to practice that?!” Natsuya jeered with a raised brow and a smirk as the two of you made your way backstage.
Makoto was rendered too speechless to say anything.
Sousuke, whose hand still held yours from when he helped you step down from the main stage, merely shrugged with nonchalance, of which was betrayed by the hint of a smug grin sliding onto his lips. “We just did what felt natural.”
And surely, while the effects of liquor of the sweetest and hardest varieties were well underway, this moment shared with these three--unexpected as it was--felt seamless in its transition from a night of merriment to an evening of withheld desire spilling forth.
As clothes were either tugged away just enough for a bit of freedom or exposure, or discarded entirely, you found yourself at the center of Natsuya’s, Makoto’s, and Sousuke’s affections, easily caught beneath the loom of their towering physiques
Natsuya was no sadist compared to his cosplay counterpart, but he didn’t refrain from affectionately nipping at your neck while enjoying the cute yelps you let out whenever his hand freely spanked your ass. He was no brute, but when he had his fingers tightly weaved in your hair, he didn’t hold back from fucking your mouth, all while he slurred out praises of how much of a good girl you were.
While he came from a humble upbringing back in the sleepy town of Iwatobi, Makoto made you feel like royalty while he happily knelt before where you sat as his tongue lapped against your core, dragging along your folds and twirling around your clit. When he had you sit on his lap--a proper throne for you, as he gasped desperately upon his dick entering you fully--, he cradled and massaged your breasts from behind as he had you ride him
And while every messy kiss shared with Sousuke felt like love--which it did, inebriation and all--, the way he spoke to and handled you was absolute and utter filth. His big and muscular arms hooked beneath your thighs, keeping them raised up while his hands stayed clasped behind your head, the sight of his thick cock ramming up into your ass to be seen fully by Makoto and Natsuya.
“Is this what you enjoy? Having other guys watch you get fucked in the ass like the cockslut that you are?” Sousuke grunted huskily, a harsh flush of red spread across his cheeks.
You squealed your desire for more as he continued to not relent in the slightest with the vicious rate he was thrusting into you.
Sousuke eyed Natsuya and Makoto, the look in his eyes as urgent as it was arrogant. “Captain’s needy.”
”Then leave it to me to satisfy Captain’s le désir,” Natsuya hummed proudly with a pound at his chest as he approached, eager to stuff your sopping core with his cock.
”Ahh that won’t do at all,” Makoto tsked with a sweet smile, ready to soothe your whines by giving you a mouthful of his dick.
You couldn’t have imagined that a night straight out of your fantasies would come to light as it did.
But as this game had come to show you, luck had a hell of a way of revealing itself to you.

The Good Game Critics TM (a giant post o’ links)
yesterday i was complaining:
damn, how come the only people who are writing The Good Video Game Criticism TM are exclusively relegated to… abandoned Blogspots and Tumblrs that haven’t been updated in five years…?
and someone asked:
addadashofpepper: can you like, post links to some of these? cause the thing about these is that they are really hard to find!
oh boy, tumblr user @addadashofpepper, i would be DELIGHTED to share. i dug through my RSS reader / bookmarks, and here’s what leapt out at me:
[under a cut because this got LONG and i got EXCITED]
ella guro: indie dev and creator of Problem Attic, which made a splash back in the day (a somewhat Braid-inspired platformer iirc). she’s mostly removed herself from the game scene these days, but she still blogs about artsy-culture issues from time to time, and if you dig through the archives, some of her old posts on games (probably circa 2012-2015?) are so so good
prophet goddess / blood church: i discovered them literally two days ago, but i’m digging what i see (their ladykiller in a bind review was the first post i stumbled on)
dead genre chronicles: a group of three friends did a monthly JRPG podcast, where they’d play a JRPG in its entirety and talk about it. see, they found mainstream discussions around JRPGs annoyingly stilted, including the term JRPG itself—like, we’re still using the term “JRPG” to mean “turn-based combat with funky anime aesthetics,” but that airbrushes over so many weird and fun and distinctive mechanics that developers inside-and-outside of Japan have been experimenting with, right?
they had a blog attached to the podcast, and the blog was ALSO excellent
unfortunately, they took their main website down a while back :( however:
you can get some of the old blog posts by fiddling with the wayback machine
becky backed up a bunch of her contributions to the site (i particularly liked her ffxv post & this sort-of ffxiii post that punched me in the face in a good way)
leeroy, one of the other contributors, blags here, though i don’t think he backed up his stuff from the original site
the entirety of the podcast is archived on libsyn and is very good if you’re into podcasts!
no don’t die: okay, this blog/interview series is AMAZING. and still active!!! ahh!!!
the whole concept is, this dude finds people who work in games. or used to work in games. or who ran a weird fansite for video games back in the early 00′s. or curate some video-game-shaped things as part of a museum exhibit. and so on, and so forth.
the dude has a knack for finding really interesting people with all kinds of windows/perspectives on games, and manages to get them to talk about really interesting things. two of my fave interviews: rebecca heinman, who ported Doom to 3DO in ten weeks on her own in utterly batshit conditions, and mustin, because i’ve got that overclocked remix nostalgia
my friend pokey: so, they’re on tumblr, they write in all lowercase, and their writing style tends to be on the dense and referential side, which ordinarily has all the warning signs of “all pretentiousness, no substance,” right? (i am not exempt from this, by the way; look at me typing in all lowercase like a scrub.) but, i’ve reliably gotten interesting insights out of their posts & have been surprised how often i mention their blog to a Friend Whose Aesthetic Tastes I Respect and they’re like “ah! i LOVE that blog!” also i liked their notes on chrono cross at the end of this post because i literally want to talk about chrono cross every waking moment of my life, come talk to me about chrono cross friends, etc
em reed’s blog is excellent. i really liked this post about what the phone/gacha game experience is like
auntie pixelante: anna anthropy’s old blog; still not sure why she didn’t archive it somewhere? but whatever, the wayback machine has your back. this early review of Gone Home is reasonably representative
tim rogers: i have kind of mixed opinions on him, but i do find something in his work compelling enough that i keep coming back to him, so.
the dude made his initial splash with his extremely long mgs2 review back in the day; there’s a slightly more recent archive too; he also does a lot of sadposting on medium that ranges from “guy in my MFA” to “fuck i can’t believe this dude’s making me feel feelings” in quality, ymmv. (he also apparently does video reviews now? that are like many hours long? and i am just not the youtube generation so i tapped out on that one bud)
tevis thompson: another critic i have mixed feelings about, but if you’re the kind of dork that enjoys reading stuff that Made A Splash At The Time, and like, nerd subculture histories, you'll have to read his “on videogame reviews” for that reason alone. i also really dug his 100-word video game reviews series
ludus novus: i haven’t read this dude’s blog in ages, but i liked it a lot when i read it in 2012ish and there’s TONS in the archives
emily short: an IF writer who goes way back. i haven’t read her blog lately, but the archives / older posts definiely have cool thoughts on the structure of interactive fiction
jonas kyratzes: indie game dev, creator of The Sea Will Claim Everything. he tends to blog about lefty politics and general arts stuff more frequently than he blogs about games, but he does blog games from time to time. i liked [1] and [2], for starters.
adam cadre: this guy goes waaay back in the IF scene and has made a bunch of Inform stuff. i’ve never actually played his games! but i like his blog a lot (convenient tumblr mirror here). he almost exclusively blags about books and movies and such these days, but if you dig you can find him talking about games sometimes. (also, Masterchef Australia, which he loved so much he wrote over fifteen thousand words about it and it’s one of my favorite bizarre blog posts on the internet)
the fool reversed: this blog is focused on LARP game design & issues around that, but i’d say it’s relevant to anyone interested in game-y topics. as a mostly-outsider to that scene, i thought this was a fun find!
annnd a few last ones:
i haven’t kept up with critical distance in ages, but it used to be a great way to find new game writers, and quite possibly still is, i dunno
while i’ve personally bounced off timber owls a few times, i know some folks who like their writing a lot
hope this helps!!! happy digging through internet archives and such

A history of Robot Girls Z
2009-2013
Initially, Toei back in 2009 started a project called Robot Girls, aiming at turning their original 70s anime robots into cute little girls. They created a site, posted a few 4 koma about them on it, animated a short, but nothing major. After all, we’re speaking of Gaiking, Gackeen, Danguard and Baratack, mecha anime that don’t have the name Go Nagai attached to them (Except for Gaiking or originally, but that’s another story of rights that I don’t want to get into). Suffice to say, the project went nowhere given the properties involved.
2014
Then of course in 2014, they relaunched it as Robot Girls Z, with brand new anime shorts but now the main focus is on Nagai’s Mazinger trio consisting of Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger and Grendizer, as well as other Go Nagai / Dynamic Pro properties like Getter Robo and Koutetsu Jeeg. An online niconico gacha video game called Robot Girls Z Online was also launched about a month later. The game consisted of Robot Girls Z from the Mazinger series that wasn’t initially included in the anime like Tauros D7. The manga also had new girls like Count Brocken etc. In addition, Toei seeked out Japanese mascots and memes like Imaichi Moe, Miyari, Pixiv-tan to be included in 3 Bluray exclusive shorts.
2015-2016
The success of Robot Girls Z shorts and its online game caused Toei to create additional shorts under the title of Robot Girls Z Plus, but with Gaiking LOD and even more Go Nagai / Dynamic Pro characters like Getter Robo G, Getter Robo Go, Emperor of Darkness, Boss Borot etc. The list of robot girls kept growing as Toei decided to branch out and seek out robots that weren’t only created by them, but also robots that were co-produced with Sunrise, such as Combattler V, Voltes V, Daimos. There were also new Dynamic Pro characters like Dino Getter. Anyway, the game was still including plenty of girls regularly. At this point, I stopped playing it entirely due to its repetitiveness, being a gacha game and all.
2017
This year, they announced they included robots in their game they had no part in like Ginguiser, Machine Blaster, Blocker Gundan, and Dai Apolon (Nippon Animation mecha). At least with Dino Getter, even if they didn’t create the manga, it was still a Dynamic Pro product and they have mended their ties with Go Nagai. And finally, we are now getting 3 new Go Nagai properties to come with a new bonus short exclusive to this new Bluray. What’s different? Well, for once, Govarian (Govari-san), Groizer X (Guro-chan) and X-Bomber (Big Dai as X-san) weren’t created by Toei. Basically, Nagai parted ways with Toei after the Gaiking rights fiasco, and went on to collaborate with Knack (Chargeman Ken’s infamous studio), with the exception of Bomber X, a puppet animation show which was by Cosmo Productions and Jin Productions and God Mazinger by TMS, which still doesn’t have a robot girl YET so I’m hoping Toei gets to them as well.
Okay, so why am I excited?
Well, I stopped playing Robot Girls Z Online for a long time, BUT I’m really confident that the Robot Girls Z project is way more than just for dirty otaku money. It’s a celebration of an era of robot anime from the 70s to the 80s. They could have stuck to properties they owned, but Toei went out of their way to revive the early days of giant robot anime.
And there’s a point I forgot to mention, also this year, Robot Girls Z actually made it to Super Robot Wars. So why couldn’t Govarian and Groizer be part of it as well? Maybe they were too obscure? Perhaps, but it seems that the issue of rights shouldn’t be much of a problem now.
So what does this all mean?
This means that we’re now open to new Dynamic Pro robots like Mazinkaiser and Shin Getter Robo being included in Toei’s growing list of robot girls.
What I ultimately want is a new Robot Girls Z anime, but this time as a TV series, rather than just a bunch of shorts.
That’s all I can say about Robot Girls Z. Initially, I called this post “A brief history of Robot Girls Z”, but obviously, “brief” couldn’t be part of it.
Now that I have updated you on what Robot Girls Z is, and where it’s heading, next time I post something about it, you might just understand.

i tried out that ip tracker thing on an old acc of guros- i dont exactly remember which one, but i got ta completely different result that isn't europe if that's why you posted the europe police link..?? like it was mexico or smth
i was gonna try and find an america link too because those were the two locations she was speculated to be in, but that certainly changes things. mexico…that makes sense. i’ll assume that’s their place of residence.
off topic, but would it be crossing a line for us to try and contact her so called friends on gacha youtube? if they really are friends, they a) deserve to know and b) may provide more information for us.
