the way the acab crowd is tripping over themselves to suck kamala harris' dick is just *chef's kiss*
not a single conviction between them
They're not there yet, but I have seen a fair number of people trying to explain the difference between a prosecutor and a cop in a attempt to rehabilitate her image.
My brother worked as a public defender for a time as his first gig after passing the bar, from what I gathered talking to him, prosecutors can be way worse than cops because not only do they enable the bad cops by covering for bad arrests and procedural errors, they will also dig round to see if there's anything else they can charge you with if they don't like you.
He still works in the sameish office as public defenders, but doesn't do court much anymore, gotta stay in civil service a little longer and his student loan debt goes poof because student loan forgiveness has always been a thing, you just have to take certain jobs in the public sector for to take advantage of it.
The best argument against kammy is the one gabbard made at the first debate in 2020 when she torpedoed both of their campaigns in under 1minn.
If you want to add on to that we can go visit NYC or Chicago or several other cities and ask them how good of a job they believe the person named "border czar" has done and how they feel about all the money the cities and states are spending as a result of her failure.

Excerpt from this story from Mother Jones:
Americans of a certain age tend to throw around the term “Orwellian” willy-nilly. But the expression really suits in describing the behavior of our felonious, twice-impeached president-elect.
In George Orwell’s classic novel 1984, a dictatorship represented by the all-powerful “Big Brother” dictates the reality its citizens must adhere to, however topsy-turvy. Official slogans include “ignorance is strength,” “freedom is slavery,” and “war is peace.”
In this context, another slogan comes to mind: “Drain the swamp.”
Trump didn’t invent this populist expression, but he made it a centerpiece of his first campaign—a vow to rid DC of the toxic influence of special interest money, lobbyists, etc. Of course, politicians of both parties have long railed, often without much credibility, against special interests in Washington, and the US Supreme Court’s trashing of campaign finance safeguards has indeed created a cesspool of oligarchic influence in DC that crosses party lines.
It’s not the slogan itself that’s Orwellian. The Orwellian part is Trump’s evocation of the Swamp as he appoints foxes to guard the federal henhouse yet again. It’s a trolling of the libs, but a trolling with potentially dire consequences—and a signal that our government is for sale, more openly now than ever.
Exhibit A: Trump’s selection of Chris Wright, the CEO of a Denver fracking services company called Liberty Energy, for the position of energy secretary. Wright has no government experience and certainly no experience related to the nuclear weapons whose oversight is a critical part of DOE’s role.
Meanwhile, as typical of Trump’s cabinet picks to date, Wright’s other qualifications for the job are—to use Orwellian “Newspeak”—doubleplusungood.
It has escaped nobody’s notice that Trump’s top consideration in doling out key positions is loyalty to the boss. For attorney general, he chose Matt Gaetz, an inexperienced lawyer (but fierce loyalist) who has been accused of sexual impropriety—no charges were ever filed—and is notorious for allegedly foisting upon House colleagues videos of women he’s bedded. For his director of national intelligence, Trump picked Tulsi Gabbard, a former congresswoman my colleague Dan Friedman describes as a “uniquely bad choice.” Namely, she lacks intelligence experience and is so in sync with Vladimir Putin’s propaganda machine that her nomination was even celebrated on Russian television. To oversee White House communications, he picked a bomb-thrower who cut his teeth at UFC. For Health, he chose Robert Kennedy Jr., a man with no academic expertise in the areas he would oversee, and whose views and priorities are far from the mainstream, as my colleague David Corn has reported. (In this administration, apparently, ignorance is indeed strength.)
Wright, too, is a loyalist, but this pick feels distinctly transactional—Swamplike. Trump, after all, met multiple times during his campaign with top fossil-fuel CEOs, promising that, if they gave him money and helped him get elected, they would be richly rewarded. Wright, who denies the climate crisis and completely dismisses the US clean energy transition—which is weird, because it is well under way, despite the fossil fuel industry’s attempts to thwart it—is the industry’s reward. As was Trump’s choice for Interior, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgham, who is apparently champing at the bit to expand drilling on federal land.
The New York Times reports that Wright’s wife, Liz, co-hosted a Trump fund-raiser in Montana, and that the couple donated a total of $350,000 to a Trump campaign committee. Most notably, Wright was the preferred choice of oil billionaire Harold Hamm, a major Trump donor and co-host of gatherings where candidate Trump wooed oil executives with what sounded suspiciously like a pay-to-play pitch.

No one asked me about the Mat/Tuon military college Modern AU but I'm going to tell you what I have for it anyway, which is basically just character profiles.
Tuon is the chosen successor of an authoritarian homophobic religious cult, sent to a military college. She has minders among the staff, of course; luckily for her, the ones here are personally loyal to her as much as her cult. She's being groomed for mainstream political power. Like Tulsi Gabbard, can't bring herself to admit a structural or moral problem with authoritarian leaders. Possibly autistic, possibly just not socialized like everyone else, possibly six of one and half a dozen of the other. She's still a horse girl doing dressage and also raises/fosters working dogs (service dogs or police dogs). Bisexual And Not Aware Of It (will change to I'm Repressing That Ruthlessly So It's Irrelevant And Also DO NOT TELL ANYONE over the course of the narrative, thanks Egwene!)
Mat is the last person you'd think would join the military, but if you ask him why he's in OCS he'll tell you he didn't have a choice (the details change every time and are lies, but it's true that he didn't feel he had a choice). Surprisingly, he's kind of thriving in the military and feels real weird about it. Definitely ADHD, has medical trauma from an addiction detox situation that He Will Not Discuss. Volunteers at Big Brothers Big Sisters. Secret history buff, but not a big reader because of the dyslexia- everything he knows is from documentaries/lectures/audiobooks. He gets pocket money by selling random shit he collects on Craigslist (and Ebay/Facebook Marketplace/trade shows) and gambling. His dad is a used car salesman, among other pursuits, and as a result he's a car guy. Bisexual and his first serious relationship was with Rand. It ended messily and He Will Not Discuss It. There are many things Mat Will Not Discuss and they're probably connected.

“The National Security Divisions of the DOJ and FBI are the greatest domestic threats to the American people and the concept of Constitutional rule of law today.” — Scott Ritter
James Howard Kunstler
Nov 22, 2024
Okay, you’ve had enough post-election euphoria. Time to wake TF up. Rats from inside the walls of the Deep State are trying to gnaw their way into the Trump cabinet. Ever hear of an outfit called Cipher Brief? Of course not. Cipher Brief is sort of the McKinsey of blob-world (a.k.a. the “national security” network), a combination Human Relations / Public Relations firm, totally spooked-up with former CIA officers. Quite a few of the spooks who signed the infamous letter in October 2020 that said Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation” are contractors there. They all knew the heinous laptop was genuine, though, and they did it anyway to queer the election for “Joe Biden.” Why? Because. . . Trump.
One Cipher Brief operative is a character named Dan Hoffman, a retired CIA “clandestine service” officer who ran the agency’s Middle East Bureau, among other things. He’s now a sometime talking head on Fox News. Hoffman has scuttled his way to the sidelines of the Trump transition team, trying to punk them on personnel. I received my own intel about Dan Hoffman and his current operations.
“Hoffman talks the talk,” I’m informed. “He was involved in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. He is 100-percent Deep State. They think he is a brother-in-arms. He is not. Hoffman and the people around him are in direct contact with Tulsi Gabbard [DNI-designate] and John Ratcliffe [CIA Director-designate]. Remember, agency ops officers are trained to be all things to all people, to manipulate them, detect their vulnerabilities, and exploit them. Their game vis-a-vis Donald Trump? To kneecap his attempts to lower tensions world-wide, stop efforts to reduce and reform the intel and defense communities, push a generally Globalist policy agenda, keep the American ‘empire game’ running so they can cash out, and keep non-Beltway Americans from having any say in our foreign policy.

Stating the reason on one YouTube channel, and here are her reasons for it, I can no longer remain in today's Democratic Party. It's now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoking anti-white racism, and who actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms enshrined in our Constitution. The 2024 US presidential election may be too close to call, but commentators and pollsters alike seem clear about one thing: Trump vs Harris is a battle of the sexes. Apparently, this is ‘the gender-gap election’. It’s ‘America’s men vs women election’, claims the BBC. ‘The differences between how men and women view the state of the nation, the issues that matter and the candidates is the defining divide in American politics today’, argues USA Today. But just how real are these divisions?
Surveys certainly show a greater proportion of women than men backing Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. One recent poll suggests 53 per cent of women plan to vote Democrat, compared with only 36 per cent who back the Republicans. The same poll has men voting in the exact opposite way, with 53 per cent pledging to back Trump and 37 per cent backing Harris. This cuts across racial groups, too. A poll of black voters reports that 70 per cent of black men will back Harris, compared to 83 per cent of black women. Younger women are also far more likely to come out for Harris than younger men. These gender differences matter, because women cast their ballots in far greater numbers than men.
We should, however, be wary about reading too much into opinion polls. Nearly one in four Americans admits to lying about who they are supporting in the presidential election, with women more likely to say they are ‘not sure’ who they will vote for than men. Gen Z voters are especially happy to mislead pollsters. This is hardly surprising, given that women who backed Trump in 2016 were diagnosed as suffering from internalised misogyny. With Trump supporters being labelled ‘deplorable’, ‘garbage’, far right, fascists and Nazis, it is easy to see why people might give a more socially acceptable response to pollsters.
Whatever the truth behind the polls, the Democrats have not just leant into a gender divide, but also stoked it. Harris has seized on celebrity endorsements from the likes of Charli XCX, Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey and Taylor Swift in the hopes of appealing to women. The stars came out in force to ensure that ‘this time, white women vote for a woman’. In other words, there must be no repeat of 2016, when white women misbehaved and backed Trump. Michelle Obama states it bluntly: ‘A vote for Trump is a vote against women.’ Her husband, meanwhile, has been chastising ‘the brothers’ for not ‘feeling the idea of having a woman as president’.
As part of her attempt to court the female vote, Harris has made reproductive rights central to her campaign. The Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe vs Wade in 2022 means there is genuine worry about continued access to abortion – an issue that, unsurprisingly, resonates more strongly with women than men. According to one survey, both men and women rate the economy as their primary concern when deciding who to vote for, but women rate abortion and women’s rights second. For men, this issue comes in seventh place. At the same time, some have accused Harris of fear-mongering and overstating the threat a Trump victory poses to abortion provision.
Despite what the headlines suggest, the gender gap may be more hype than reality. You might not sense it from reading the New York Times or the Washington Post, but plenty of women do back Trump – from erstwhile foes such as Tulsi Gabbard and Megyn Kelly to the Moms for Liberty crew and even black women who ‘are all-in for MAGA’.
Other women may not be throwing their weight behind Trump, but that doesn’t mean they’re voting for Harris, either. Novelist Lionel Shriver says that, as much as she hates Trump, Harris ‘has never had an original idea nor held a consistent principle’. Similarly, feminist Meghan Murphy believes that, while Trump might not be ‘perfect’, ‘the best option for America, for women, for children and for the working class is a Trump presidency’.
You can see why women are backing Trump. Harris might support abortion rights, but the Republicans are staking a claim to defending other crucial sex-based rights. At his recent Madison Square Garden rally, Trump promised that his team will get ‘transgender insanity the hell out of our schools, and we will keep men out of women’s sports’. He says he will ask Congress to pass a bill stating there are ‘only two genders’ and ban hormonal or surgical intervention for transgender children across the whole country. Harris has shied away from talking about such issues, leading some to argue that ‘the trans issue is losing Kamala the election’. Pitching to women – and defending women’s reproductive rights – while being unable to name women as biological females is surely a difficult act to pull off.
Ultimately though, as the campaign draws to an end, both Harris and Trump have resorted to patronising women. Trump’s promise last week to protect women ‘whether they like it or not’ has sparked outrage, with Harris describing the remark as ‘very offensive to women in terms of not understanding their agency, their authority, their right and their ability to make decisions about their own lives, including their own bodies’. She seems to have missed the point. Trump’s comment wasn’t a reference to abortion, but to illegal migration. And it was delivered as a joke at the expense of his advisers, who apparently warned him not to say it.
Harris’s comments about women’s agency would be more convincing were it not for a pro-Democrat advertisement currently doing the rounds. The video features Julia Roberts reminding women (presumably intimidated by their husbands) that, in the polling booth, ‘you can vote any way you want, and no one will ever know’. Thanks, Julia!
Women might be telling pollsters they back Harris, but they deserve far better than being patronised and insulted in turn. Having stoked a ‘historic gender gap’, it would only be fitting if the Democrats were to lose to a candidate who, if nothing else, knows what a woman is.

Crony Capitalism and Female Soldiers | Tulsi Gabbard | EP 332
Dr Jordan B Peterson and Tulsi Gabbard discuss her time in the armed forces, the concerns over women serving, crony capitalism, the Republican party, and the proxy war the US is waging against Russia.
Tulsi first served in elected office in the Hawaii State House of Representatives when she was 21 years old. Due to the attacks on 9/11, she enlisted in the Army National Guard. In 2004, she gave up an easy re-election campaign and volunteered to deploy to Iraq with the 29th Brigade Combat Team where she served in a medical unit. After returning home in 2006, Tulsi worked in the U.S. Senate as a legislative aide to the late Senator Danny Akaka, who was Chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee. She then volunteered for a second Middle East deployment as a Platoon Leader.
Having experienced firsthand the true cost of war, Tulsi ran for United States Congress at age 31, vowing to honor the lives and sacrifice of her brothers and sisters in uniform. She prevailed in a difficult election and went on to serve in Congress for eight years as a member of the Armed Services, Homeland Security, and Foreign Affairs Committees. Foregoing a run for re-election to Congress, she ran as a Presidential candidate in the Democratic Party in 2020. Tulsi puts country before party and approaches every issue, domestic and foreign, based on ensuring the safety, security, and freedom of the American people.

The Ledge #546: Runners Up
The process of compiling my annual list of the year's best albums rarely varies. It usually begins in mid-November with a combination of notetaking and mental obsessing. Then over Thanksgiving weekend I begin putting ideas into various categories that I couldn't even try to explain. Finally, the first couple of weeks of December sees this list finally coming together.
As you may expect, that initial list is much longer than the official post of the best of the year. There can be anywhere between 60 and 100 records vying for inclusion. This week's show comprises the 31 records that were in consideration before that final cut.
But that's not to say that these records are not as good as my "chart toppers". No, these days there's a fine line between a what makes the top ten and what makes the lower rungs. All of these records are fabulous albums that deserve to be heard by everybody. This is why the first time ever I've put together this "runners up" episode.
I would love it if every listener bought at least one record I played on either of these shows. These great artists deserve to be compensated for their hard work, and every purchase surely helps not only pay their bills but fund their next set of wonderful songs. And if you buy these records directly from the artist or label, please let them know you heard these tunes on The Ledge! Let them know who is giving them promotion! You can find this show at almost any podcast site, including iTunes and Stitcher...or

Song Review -The Gabbard Brothers “Little Mama” from the album The Gabbard Brothers
Song Review -The Gabbard Brothers “Little Mama” from the album The Gabbard Brothers
Hmmm…that is what I thought as I listened through this song for the first time. Having been a fan of Buffalo Killers and also Andrew Gabbard’s solo endeavors (recently reviewed here) I was waiting for this collaboration to come out. This track, an early release from the upcoming album set to drop in July, had me intrigued for sure but uncertain on exactly how I felt about it. Ten repeats…

Best of 2019: Gladgirl Shelly Hulce's Picks and Thoughts
Best of 2019: Gladgirl Shelly Hulce’s Picks and Thoughts
The whole Maganaphone / Reel Love Studio or as I refer to them “Dayton’s own awesome Wrecking Crew” is going to be well-covered in a list for 2019! To be honest there are probably multiple crossover’s on local lists, but I’m going off the grid here with my faves that are IN ADDITION to the amazing music coming out of Reel Love.
Let’s start with the NON LOCAL NOD’S: “Who” by The Who was an…

Tulsi Gabbard Cites Breitbart Scoops in Anti-Google Lawsuit
Tulsi Gabbard Cites Breitbart Scoops in Anti-Google Lawsuit
Presidential candidate and military veteran Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) is suing Google after the tech giant blocked her ads account shortly after the first Democrat presidential debate. The complaint cites Breitbart News’ work in exposing Google’s election meddling.
The lawsuit cited two bombshell Breitbart News scoops about Google, both showing the company’s political bias: the Google Tape, a…

Siddha aka Chris Butler is a guru and armchair Tinkerer in political movements in America. Siddha is old but has a long spidery web of political AMBITIONS.
He put Rick Reed in politics, as he did Tulsi, Votetulsi.com, Gabbard.
She was married to a little filipino man before remarrying.
He calls her and influences her bill cowriting and introducing to influence our America.
Just how deep this goes... He eats 30 dishes of food a day. He lives in a tin can like pigeon house with little nice running around serving him.
He calls his secretary to phone Tulsi for her service. That's why her message is service.
Just what would Tulsi do for her Guru. Firstly she has to obey. The guru prayer goes like this; I will always offer my Guru what he desires and he is the first person not the last.
So before Tulsi acts, she thinks of her Guru, before she speaks, she wants to please her Guru, and before she eats, she pleases him with a picture.
Her service includes lgbtq bashing which can be in subtle ways. Don't buy her fake appearance. This is not funny. Chris said that Lgbtq is a desire not inbred and that if he gets to be guru, they should all change. So tulsi makes amends with democrats. Gay marriage should be in churches hands not state. That is just for show. Because when Lgbtq asks her to endorse, she wears her I am your boss face.
Ok,so how did it begin.
Chris was a haole boy from Aina haina, a suburb of Honolulu. He had good parentage and a brother who also bows down.
He began as a hippy and joined the white indian religion. He has charisma and is cool so he got followers easily.
He is not unfriendly. So he didn't fall into pedophile guru.
He started Down to Earth a natural food store.
Mike and Carol used to run Healthy's, the restaurant part of Down to Earth. Disciples are encouraged to vote and support Mike and Carol.
If you see a rally in Hawaii for Tulsi, you can know it is built on free people's love for their guru.
Next up, why?
