Today I got to go to 5Below, but I couldn’t find any Rainbow Brite minis, and the only SSC minis they had were glitter chases! I left them behind for a Strawberry Shortcake collector, and got half of my search list for MLP goodies. No sign of the stickers or the G1 mini styling head, but I did find a cute My Little Pony coloring book, a notebook, and a new set of fakies - and my sister found an alternate color way that I would have missed! 🥰 And I finally got one of the Breyer Paddock Pals, this one is Amethyst!

01/12/2021:Pony Acquisition Post #459: HUGE G1 Brag from my Wantlist!!

A great collector who I’ve bought from before had a TON of ponies from my wantlist!

Can we first talk about this really cute SSC doll? Her name is Crepe Suzette and I’ve had the pet poodle for years, but never the doll that she came with!!! I love her colors and sweet beret.

From the Summer Wing Ponies line, we have Lady Flitter! WOW! She’s a Lady, with a royal title. Wonder how that will fit into my headcanon...

We also have Baby Clipper! He is a special mail order pony from 1986. He’s been on my wantlist for a long time, I love his coloring and yes, he is supposed to have that cute mohawk.

We also have three So-Softs: Shady, Cherries Jubilee, and Gusty! These ladies have exceptionally good flocking too, I’m quite picky with my so softs and love ones with really good flocking. Who is your favorite?

2017 HIGHLIGHTS

ㅡ  2017 was a roller coaster ride, i smiled and cried. 

1. I survived SSC!! - I was in the Special Science Class program for 4 years, it was hard yet fun. Four years of endless projects, performances, homeworks, exams and research; i didn’t know that i would miss these. The hardships that we faced made the bond between our class stronger, shoutout to 10-electron hehe. I love you all kahit ang papanget niyo, let’s meet soon.

2. I entered Senior High School - I’m now a grade 11 STEM student!! Sadly, I’m still at PHS haha. My classmates are mixed of new people from different sections in junior high and electron people. I’m really glad that i’m still with the remaining ele people, moira from sta.ana.

3. I saw seventeen live, again!! - Honestly, it is one of the best moments in my life. Diamond edge in manila was their last stop and i’m glad i became a past of that crowd. Let’s meet again!! 171006

4. I was able to finally buy a graphic tablet - Since 2015 I was planning to buy a graphic tablet but i always end up spending my money. Last october, i finally bought a wacom intuos comic. I used my savings and birthday money hehe. My art style has improved!! I still have a long way to go but i’m enjoying painting and drawing.

5. I learned how to edit videos - I learned how to use premiere and after effects!! I even became the video editor of the tv broadcasting team in our school and competed for RSPC (it was my first time). Editing is so fun!!

6. I learned to take good care of my skin - I now spend some money for skincare products hehe

7. I now have almost 100 books!! - I’ve been reading novels for almost 4 years now ._.

8. Watched lots of anime films  - I really love ghibli films and makoto shinkai’s films. They inspire me so much :’)

9. Watched 19 kdramas - my kdrama game keeps on getting strong. My top kdramas for 2018 are:

Long-term clinical safety of high-dose proton radiotherapy delivered with pencil beam scanning technique for extracranial chordomas and chondrosarcomas in adult patients: Clinical evidence of spinal cord tolerance

Weber Purpose/ObjectivesTo assess the radiation dose tolerance of the spinal cord, we reviewed our institutional experience regarding the incidence of radiation-induced spinal cord toxicity following high dose, pencil beam scanning proton therapy (PBSPT).Materials/MethodsSeventy-six patients (median age, 53 years; range: 23–79), treated for spinal chordoma (n=55) or chondrosarcoma (n=21) met the following criteria and were retrospectively analyzed: PBSPT only, no re-irradiation or concomitant chemotherapy, maximum dose (Dmax) to the spinal cord of ≥45 Gy(RBE), ≥18 years of age, and follow-up of ≥12 months. The delivered dose was 59.4–75.2 Gy(RBE) (median, 73.9) delivered with conventional fractionation between 2000–2014. The Dmax, D2%, V40–V60 of the surface (sSC) and center (cSC) of the spinal cord were recorded. Toxicity was scored according to the Common Toxicity Criteria of Adverse Events (CTCAE v4.03).ResultsMedian follow-up was 65.5 months (range, 13–173). Patients received a mean Dmax and D2% to the sSC of 59.0 (median 58.7, range: 48.3 – 75.9), and 55.3 Gy(RBE) (median, 52.7, range: 43.1 – 73.8), respectively. The corresponding values for the cSC were 52.3 (median, 52.7, range: 32.3 – 73.3) and 51.1 Gy(RBE) (median, 52.0, range: 25.3 – 73.1), respectively. Four patients (5%) developed acute radiation-induced neurotoxicity (G1, n=1; G2, n=3). Twelve patients (16%) experienced late neurologic toxicities (G1, n=7; G2, n=4; G4, n=1). One patient with a history of pre-PBSPT symptomatic spinal cord compression redeveloped tetraplegia (G4) after receiving a Dmax of 57.8 Gy(RBE) to the sSC and 54.1 Gy(RBE) to the cSC. No significant correlation was found between sSC Dmax and D2%, cSC Dmax and D2%, or the length of CTV and toxicity.ConclusionsHigh-dose conformal PBSPT may be delivered safely in close proximity to the spinal cord with minimal neurotoxicity. Dose constraints of 64 Gy(RBE) as D2% for the sSC and 54 Gy(RBE) for the cSC appear appropriate for clinical use.

Limited clinical data to define the radiotherapy tolerance of the spinal cord are available to clinicians.
