One of my favourites designs in Pretty Cure is Fuwa's "Cure" form, so sad it wasn't really used.

I know right! I wish it was in a movie at least, now it really isn't accessible outside some promotional images.

a little obvious because i always think about janus and your other starpeople, but she's one of my favorite protagonists because she's SO obsessed with space and cryptids and aliens! she also draws her own constellations which reminds me of you :) plus she has a super cute little alien creature of a mascot/pet

Can I have the species bio for mascots? Where do they come from what are they’re instincts and desire, can they reproduce and what biological functions and abilities do they have and what are they diets.

alright then, a quick run down

lesser mascots spawn from undisclosed locations en masse. noone knows where these locations are as they are usually eaten before they can get to them. Apex mascots are more carefully made at self-functioning, AI-controlled laboratory points in high rises across the city.

these laboratory points create special bio fabric and stitch the apexes together over pre-made bodies made from genetically-enhanced animal/human flesh. special requests from high end companies can be acknowledged.

At the beginning of the pandemic, many of the apexes were unhinged, and slowly became sapient as their minds and bodies settled. now that the AI-controlled lab points have improved, apexes come out fully-formed and less feral, though exceptions do occur.

the apex mascots are essentially animals with functionally human brains. many of them have emotions, though plenty of them ignore them in favor of causing carnage. some but not all have functioning genitalia. (ex. Uzu, Usagi, the recent Asian black bear mascot, Hachi, etc.)

they have no need to breed, but some still desire to. this desire may be aimed at other apexes or humans. they cannot reproduce.

their diets are primarily carnivorous, though they're all technically omnivores and can eat almost anything.

the animal a mascot is based on (if they are an animal at all) can potentially have an effect on their behavior, but this is not certain. don't expect a dog to act like a dog, but they might.

though strength levels vary, all mascots are much, much stronger than humans. any one mascot can easily lift or at least tip over a car.
