and he's not even hiding them?? its just that no one ever expects him to be a walking armoury, but it makes lot more sense now how arthur will occasionally just hand people whatever sharp thing they need and it's like- "why the fuck does he have a scalpel"

Cedric, after getting restless of being trapped in the house by his Father, finally finds his excuse to leave when a girl named Madeline, mysteriously ends up in The Forest.

Thinking she is his angel he was praying for he finally finds some courage to escape with her. Not knowing that The Forest was just as dangerous as he feared.

His family not too happy about this, chases and tracks him down so they can bring him back 'home'.

Denji is unsure how to feel about this possible revelation. It was like everything suddenly made sense. He wasn't just dumb and illiterate it seems, like everyone else made him out to be. His face seems to lighten up, like a burden or something has been pulled off his shoulders by Yoshida's guess about a possible something. However that doesn't last long, as the word doctor makes his face twist in visible recoil. He looks a bit troubled, but quickly shoves that away, there's other matters to be handled first and foremost.

Denji really was expecting to get laughed at, or mocked for his struggles, however Yoshida offering him the sort of kindness he doesn't receive from anyone else feels odd and comforting. Maybe he had things wrong about this guy? It's not like Aki would send someone who would be purposefully mean to him in order to tutor him, but he really expected to kick up more of a fuss due to his selfish desire to have a girl tutor him instead. Maybe he was unfairly mean to Yoshida.

All he could do in nod to Yoshida's comforting words. A ghost of a smile on his lips as he utters a small, "Thanks, man," before getting awkward and closing the book, as if ending all of that. Hearing that their session was coming to en end early, Denji nods and begins putting his stuff away. He was quiet for a moment, thinking deeply about something before he speaks up. "So, uh, Yoshida... About that dys..dis... dyslexia thing? You said I would need to visit the doctors. Does it... does it hurt," he asks pensively. If so, he'll raise high hell not to get Aki to get him to go; as he knows well his extreme discomfort for any sort of doctor office settings and hospitals in general.

he's not sure how the other will view him now, a part of him feels he said too much. yoshida is fine with playing the character of mysterious transfer student who got enough votes to become vice president in his second year. yet, unknowingly he allowed the drawbridge to his heart with denji. it's only cracked slightly & he doesn't wish to disclose more, to let himself feel more tangible to the other.

❛ dyslexia. it's basically a learning difficulty involved with how accurate and fluently you can read or spell a word. i'm not a medical professional, so you should go to the doctor.❜ he wouldn't ding a point for something that is clearly beyond his control. yoshida would rather suggest someone who could actually help properly diagnose denji, he's just guessing based off some of the symptoms he's been exhibiting. his charcoal gaze remains on the other, as he observes him attempting to read some of the text. it was an a for effort. yoshida knows he has to take aki this development & he knows he'd help denji get the proper care.

there's a shake of his head in protest as his student. ❛ no, i wouldn't laugh at someone who needs help. it's not your fault. ❜ he gives a brief pause before telling him, ❛ don't be too hard on yourself. the fact that you're here and in high school, still says a lot. ❜ the embers of a smile continue to grace his lips as he tries to reassure the blonde. yoshida does mean it when he said he would offer his aid.

❛ i know it's ten minutes too early for my timer to be off, but i think with everything we should give it a rest. i'll still treat you out. ❜

You’ve heard this many a time at this point but it still bears repeating that you are an amazing artist and there is so much to love about your LMK Bio Parents AU. The progression, the pacing, the humor, the beautiful art, you’ve got it all. And I cannot commend you enough. You deserve all the love you get and more for this feast you’ve given the Shadowpeach fandom.

I’m very excited to see more of the slow burn between these disaster gays, as well as the budding Spicy Noodles romance. Imagine the courtship conversations for that. Red Son has four whole dads to contend with for his crush, and both Shadowpeach and MK gotta deal with the awkwardness of discussing things with IronBull.

I wonder how Spicy Noodles would go about courtship traditions? And if Shadowpeach would consider doing some of their own again having been inspired by helping the two youngsters out? If that’s the order in how things happen, anyway, I’m just spitballing here. I’m honestly rambling at this point.
