Meeting @zookeeperrick that day changed Dylan's life in a way that I can't even begin to describe. Rick's words of encouragement set Dylan on the path he is on today. Dylan tells everyone that will listen about wildlife conservation, is finishing his 3rd session with @sandiegozoo Zoo Corps and applied for another, has volunteered his time at @americasteachingzoo working with @creations4wildlife to raise money for tigers, gave a tour of the @sdzsafaripark in ASL for his final project, and has a goal of working with @wildlife_conservancy after attending college and the #EATM program at Moorpark. Rick, thank you for being an amazing friend, mentor and wildlife advocate that Dylan can look up to. (And for helping me get through those pre-teen years #tuckandroll) 😅 I know Dylan will not only meet his goals, but surpass them and make a real difference for wildlife and future generations.
