I don't think Sylvanas is giving Lor'themar enough credit. Even if he wouldn't help the Forsaken out of the goodness of his heart or as a favor to Sylvanas, he'd help the Forsaken because the sin'dorei as a whole would want to. They canonically really like the Forsaken, because they owe them their lives and they understand how being the victim of the Scourge can turn you into a monster.

Sylvanas is deeply traumatized, and trauma does come with huge, huge trust issues just intrinsically, plus the fact that most of Sylvanas's traumas are around betrayals so like. yeah. of course she's not the most accurate here.

Sylvanas did open that can of worms. she did ensure that any following treaty/ceasefire with the Horde would require Horde collateral to be sure they would keep it. she did put the sin'dorei in danger as part of a long term plan that she has not bothered to explain to anyone.

Lor'themar is friendly to her, and loyal, but not past the point of reason, and he is incredibly pragmatic (...as is Sylvanas). it's fair that Sylvanas is uncertain whether he would put himself/the sin'dorei at risk to help the Forsaken

Vlog 11 : Study tips for Classes, and FutureTrips

Hello everyone good morning in the United States from Australia and Good evening from Australia to the U.S. How are you guys doing? Happy good Friday to everyone. 

Happy April and you know the saying that April flowers bring May flowers. It was a pretty rainy day here in Bundoora today for the most part. So today's blog is going to be more of a chill blog today.

One of the interesting things about studying at La Trobe is how the classes are formatted. So if you come to La Trobe to study, you will go to your classes once a week which are called tutorials here in Australia. Even those you have in-person class once a week there still some work to do for the upcoming tutorial that you have that week too. With me I have a lecture video or 2 to watch to take down vitals notes and to watch before a specific class that week. I would recommend you do this 2 days after the previous class since you may want a break a day or 2 after that class. Even if you took notes a few days before class the following week I suggested that you review the lectures videos and reading so you would be prepared for class the next day since you would be discussing it with the professors and other students for class that day. 

Since I only go to my tutorial once a week, some days I don’t have classes which are the best days to catch up on work for class that week and upcoming assignments that are due in the weeks ahead. For my classes I have a bunch of essays. Is it a great idea to go to office hours just to check on what is good and what should you improve on and is it a great way to develop relationships with your professor for the short time that you're there. Also if you're writing a paper in a different country/continent where citations are different than in the United State, I feel I should state this since each place has their own citing style. 

As I stated before, next week is not just Easter but also Fall Break here in Australia. So I plan on staying in the city of Melbourne for a few days, which is exciting since it is my first ever solo trip by myself. Even though I've been in the city of Melbourne twice during my trip, I get to explore more of the city and culture and visit some points of interest in Melbourne which makes the city super diverse and unique in its own way. I am also planning a birthday trip to Queensland to visit some of my other friends who are studying at Griffith University from Susquehanna this semester and possibly a trip to one of Melbourne beaches before the Queensland trip. That's for the blog today and I'm going to enjoy my fall break and I will talk to you guys next week where I tell you more about my adventures in Melbourne.

The excitement for me as an artist and filmmaker is around the figure of the human immersed in nature, where the human performance is taking place in actions at many scales of the biosphere, from extremely fine views under the microscope, to the ocean horizon. My work is not conceptually framed within science, yet near to it in spirit. To release actions from one interpretive register into another field is to mark a "poetics of relation", as the Caribbean poet-philosopher Edouard Glissant describes it. The beauty of this action is compelling to me.

In the winter, waterfalls at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan freeze into amazing formations of natural art. Water seeping out of the porous sandstone cliffs can also freeze into curtains and columns of blue, white or yellow ice. The ice generally begins to form by mid-December and can remain until early April. Some skilled climbers travel to the park to ascend these formations using ice axes and crampons.
