How to Find Your Future Spouse’s Big 3 Using Your Moon Chart🦋🐇💜🌙

I think I’ve mentioned this personal technique before, but just in case, let me break it down again:

You can find your Future Spouse’s (FS) Big 3 (Rising/Moon/ Sun) by looking at your Moon Chart’s 7th lord and its sign + house placement.

Here’s how to do it:

Pull up your Moon chart (Chandra Lagna = treat your Moon sign as the Ascendant).

Find the 7th house from there.

Note the sign and the planet ruling that sign - that’s your 7th lord in the Moon Chart.

Look at the house and sign it’s placed in.

Example:

Moon in Leo → Aquarius is the 7th house

Aquarius is ruled by Saturn and let's say Saturn is in Aquarius in the 7th house.

That means your 7th lord is Saturn in Aquarius 7H.

Your FS may have Aquarius, Leo, Aries or Libra in their Big 3.

(I also count Aries or Libra because saturn is in 7th house which is ruled by libra and aries is opposite sign of libra)

NOTE:

The 7th lord from the Moon represents your emotional partner - someone your soul craves, who can make you happy😊.

Future Spouse Indicators in a Birth Chart UPDATED

When I first got into astrology, I was obsessed with the idea of fated love, the kind of love that’s written in the stars. I remember pulling up my chart eyes wide, trying to make sense of what Venus and Juno were indicating about my future partner. Years later, I still get goosebumps seeing those patterns unfold in real-time, not just in my own life but in my clients too.

Here’s a little peek into what I mainly look at during a future spouse reading:

1. The 7th house and its ruler This house rules marriage and long-term partnerships. The sign on your 7th house cusp and where its ruling planet is in your chart can reveal a lot about who you’re drawn to. For example, one client had Leo on the cusp, with the Sun *Leo’s ruler* in the 5th house. Their partner turned out to be a performer, literally a theater actor.

2. Juno, the asteroid of commitment Juno’s sign and house placement tells me about your ideal long term partner and what kind of commitment you’re looking for. For example, I have Juno in Taurus which means loyalty, stability and physical affection are non negotiable in love. I used to wonder why fleeting flings never satisfied me and then I saw it, my chart literally screaming for devotion, slow burning romance and someone who makes me feel safe in the quiet moments. Once I started honoring that, my entire relationship landscape changed. I believe that so 😂.

3. Venus-Mars Synastry Venus is about love; Mars is more about desire. When I look at how your chart interacts with someone else’s, this combo is pure fire. One reading revealed a Venus-Mars conjunction between two people who had been dancing around each other for years. After their session, they decided to finally talk about the elephant in the room and now they’re moving in together.

4. The Lot of Marriage (Yes, it’s a real thing and I started using it recently.) This point in your chart calculated using your Ascendant, Mars and Moon can be shockingly accurate.

5. Your Natal Venus and Mars Say a lot about what you need in love. Venus shows your tastes; Mars, how you go after what you want.

6. Timing with Transits Transits to your 7th house, Juno or Venus often bring relationship milestones. Jupiter too 👀.

7. North Node Synastry (Karmic Bonds) When someone’s planets hit your North Node, it can feel like destiny. I’ve seen this happen in charts where people met under unlikely circumstances, but just knew this was someone important. Soulmate energy, truly.

thing is like. it is weird that we know basically nothing about Sakamoto's life prior to joining the war. We get a throwaway line from Gintoki secondhand about how his family were rich merchants from Tosa and. that's it. that's all we got. and it's kind of egregious because basically every other character save for the very minor-est ones have *some* kind of childhood/'youth' flashback (off the top of my head, the other egregious omissions are Bansai, Catherine, Shimaru and Matsudaira) but Sakamoto, despite being one of Gintoki's oldest and closest friends and a relatively key character in some arcs, just never gets any kind of backstory, nor does he ever mention a single thing about who he is, where he came from, or what his family are like.

And it's interesting because observing Sakamoto you realise he just kind of never talks about himself in general. We get his Kaientai backstory from Mutsu. The story behind his injury gets told as a wartime flashback but he's not recounting it to anyone (does anyone even know, besides the people who were there?) For someone as affable and open-hearted as he is, it feels quite strange that he's kind of a closed book insofar as who he is, outside of "guy who laughs a lot and loves ships and drinks probably too much and throws up more than he gets laid".

The internal monologue where he says he couldn't tell the other three how he really feels about them because they wouldn't want him around anymore makes me wonder how much of what you see is only what he's letting people see (in the same way he gets Gintoki's name right in a critical moment - demonstrating that he's been doing it on purpose the entire time) (i think it's also pertinent that he is crazy competent when he chooses to be, and has several times proven to be the vital catalyst in turning the tide of a bad situation, both in terms of tactical intelligence and negotiation skills.) Isn't it a bit weird that the guy who'd fight fiercely to defend Zura's name and recount his entire backstory from memory to assert how wrong his doubters are, would just never mention anything about himself, even in his own defence?

Idk. I know this is Overthinking Central over here and I also know it's probably just that Sorachi didn't bother writing a backstory for him (T.T) but it's also a fairly consistent character trait and I'm gonna need to start a 20 hour mind project minimum to figure out why I think it might be.

Here are a few things to note before we get into it;

The 0° degree bares no significant meaning on its own but it does enhances (draws more attention to) whatever sign it's in or aspects that it makes.
