Throwback to this amazing dessert I had at @tappamumbai with @chatorinikki last week. We had an amazing girls date and loads of gossip and advice to share. That's how you become friends ,right? This was a crisp sweet cracker /cookie Flavored with saunf and black cardamom seeds, kind of like a meethi mathi ,topped with caramalised apricots, a scoop of ice cream and this gorgeous sugar caramel squiggle. Chocolate Rava Payasam
Today I made a very simple but a delicious payasam ( kheer) with rava ( semolina/ suji). To make it more appealing and interesting, I added some cocoa powder and made it as chocolate rava kheer:)
Ingredients
