Just wanted to say I have some great news!

Pac-Man (1980, arcade)

Beyond Good & Evil - 20th Anniversary Edition (2024, Nintendo Switch)

I'll be starting off with the oldest game I've yet played on stream, the 1980 Namco arcade release, and perhaps a quintessential representative example of a video game, Pac-Man!

Next, I'll be playing Beyond Good & Evil - 20th Anniversary Edition for Nintendo Switch, an updated re-release of a title I first played on Nintendo GameCube back in 2003!

Even though this is a 20 year old game, even at the time of its release, its narrative presentation and gameplay principles were at least a decade ahead of what many AAA games at the time treated as standard.

I consider this the first truly modern action game I've ever featured on my stream, and this is a title I've been scheming ways to present to you since 2020.

Don't let the colorful graphics and stylized character designs fool you - this is NO kids game!

I made a PNGTuber for when I play racing games on stream! I use Veadotube for such things now, and there's a cool shaking effect I was able to add to it to make it feel though I was in a running racecar with a powerful engine. :3 You can see it in action here.

I'm probably going to need to make a different version at some point for regular driving games where all this gear isn't expected, like American Truck Simulator or Burnout. xp.
