SHA256ハッシュアルゴリズムのC実装。

sha256.h: 以下の各実装に共通のAPI仕様

sha256.c: forループによるベタなアルゴリズム(C11、ビッグエンディアン/リトルエンディアン環境両対応)

sha256extracted.c: sha256.cのupdate部分をマニュアルで全ループ展開したもの

sha256gen.c: sha256.cの定数をコード埋め込みではなく、初回に生成するもの

sha256main.c: 上記のコードをライブラリとしてを使い、coreutilsのsha256sumと同じフォーマットで出力しチェックする��マンドライン用コード

CMakeLists.txt: cmake対応(実行コマンド生成だけじゃなく、ライブラリ化とインストールも入れてある)

sha256.cにループ展開のpragmaを埋め込んだり、CMakeLists.txtにあるようにgccの-funroll-loopsオプションを入れたりもしたが、 実行速度はマニュアル全展開コードにはかなわなかった。実行速度はこんな感じ。
