Just a man, a bench & a couple sets of dumbbells getting in a high quality full body workout on a Caribbean vacation! Used one of my favorite formats of lower body & upper body supersets to keep the overall time of the workout done (got to get back to the beach). Follow along below ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️! . . 3-4 sets × 10-15 reps (pending available weights) × 30-60 secs rest for each superset. . Superset 1: Bulgarian Split Squats Alternating Single-Arm Chest Press *I added some regular chest press immediately after b/c weights didn't go higher than 50lbs . Superset 2: Goblet Squat Single-Arm Bent-Over Row . Superset 3: Lateral Step-Up Shoulder Press . .
