A Fuggles & Warlock Destiny IPA é uma American IPA produzida no Canadá, que leva 7 variedades de lúpulos na receita: Galaxy, Amarillo, Ella, Wakatu, Topaz, Cascade é Citra. Essa mistura resulta em intensas notas de frutas tropicais e cítricas. De coloração dourada turva, espuma espessa de média formação e baixa persistência. No aroma notas de laranja, toranja e maracujá. O sabor repete as notas frutadas, toranja mais evidente, o amargor elevado e equilibra com a base de maltes. Tunbridge Wells is Local & Live!

Once a year, Tunbridge Wells comes together to appreciate great lice music... But that’s not strictly true is it? This place appreciates great live music all year round at many unique and spectacular venues. And of course Local & Live is far more than just a local music festival. There’s also great good and drink available as well - so this is obviously where I spent a great deal of my Bank Holiday Weekend.

The entirety of Calverley Grounds (the park at the centre of town) was filled with great culinary offerings from paella to halloomi burgers and everything in between. But of course the big draw for me was the not one, but TWO massive real ale bars.

The Fuggles (www.fugglesbeercafe.co.uk) tent did what Fuggles does best: bring a huge selection of pallet expanding beers from both the local area and around the UK (and around the world, really). There were loads of tremendous offering from Dark Star Brewing (www.darkstarbrewing.co.uk) based in East Sussex - enough to spend the entire day on, should you have desired. The staff, knowledgeable as ever, were also on hand to make any suggestions and to help the uncertain. 

The other bar was brought to us by The George (www.thegeorgepubtunbridgewells.co.uk), a great local pub, which did what The George does best: a few local ales and fan favourites at very reasonable prices. The winners here were definitely Long Man Brewery (www.longmanbrewery.com) who were represented very powerfully, and deservingly so. Personally though, I was won over by an IPA from Gun Brewery (www.gunbrewery.co.uk), which while pricier than it’s tap-fellows was flavoursome, hoppy and light - down right ideal for a sunny day in a park listening to live music.

The long and the short of it was that we in Tunny Woo were once again spoiled for choice. And long may it be thus!
