#delete later#total shutdown this evening. my torso is mostly back online and i can move my feet again#should have the coordination to walk to batgroom snd brush teeth semi soon#i want to sleep but cant so gotta get yp that energy#fucking ridiculous. tmi but i cant sleep bc i need a piss and i cant make mysekf get up to go pee so om just stuck until my legs#get the message that moving is fine#fucking embarrassing#i hate getting like this. its fucking awful. cant do anything for myself and thats so frustrating#i hate not being abke to do things myself. ehich is ironic as i have to ask for help so often. but stuff like this i do myself#i dont need help i can just do it. but i do sometines#i asked for help and they helped and im so grateful. still feels like i shouldbt be bothering anyone and its just bc im lazy#and stupid and weak but ya know#they didnt say that and they said they were happy to help so i have to trust that#im tired#i want to call in sick tomorrow but i have too much to do#ill wfh bc theres no way ik making it theohh my commute#its fine. ill work whilst laid down for most of the day#no need to be so dramatic caleb. you can hang on for one day. youve done it before you'll do it again
