no but actually I love messing with the disaster lineage. like. yeah, what if Dooku was Obi-Wan's master? What if Qui-Gon was Anakin's master? what if Obi-Wan did end up being Ahsoka's master? let's add on to it. Dooku as Asajj's Master. Asajj as Ahsoka's master. Rael as Obi-Wan's master. Anakin as Rael's padawan. Ky Narec as Dooku's padawan. Sabine as Anakin's padawan. Luke as Qui-Gon's padawan. Yoda as Obi-Wan's master. Ahsoka as Yoda's padawan. feel free to keep adding on to it the possibilities are almost endless

Notes: Starkiller drowns her sorrows. Only content warning here is sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Usual Neo Necropolis stuff.
Pings:
Tumblr media
It’s 3:00 in the morning. That’s what the display on Starkiller’s visor says anyway, when she lets her gaze drift to the left to acknowledge the readout. She’s been here for 5 hours, give or take.
Usually she’d be rocking out with Star Eater, her bestie and absolute favouritest boy in the entire universe, or throwing back colourful drinks with a stranger, but tonight she’s sitting on a stool overlooking the Neo Necropolis skyline and feeling sorry for herself.
She slipped away from the group about an hour ago. She can see in her mind’s eye how it went down after she left: Saint and Daiquiri probably wanted to go after her for more hot gossip but Seven told them to leave her alone, give her space.
Or maybe they thought her hot gossip was too sad to be interesting. If that’s the case she’s even more glad they’re not here. She definitely couldn’t handle Daiquiri’s well meaning pity or Saint’s straight up rudeness right now.
Anyway, the point is that she’s been using that space to wallow in her own misery and make her way down a big ‘ol bottle of coconut vodka.
A few people have come by to try to chat her up but all quickly lost interest. It’s no surprise that there’s someone else who hovers over her shoulder. She just waits for whatever corny or gross thing they’re going to slur out.
“I thought that was you,” says a voice that genuinely surprises her, “You got a seat going?”
It’s Kingslayer who sits down next to her.
His iridescent bracers shimmer as he does so, the neon of his digitised palm tree tattoos flickering.
“Hey,” he says, “Real nice night out, right?”
She looks him up and down, ignoring the readouts from her visor since she’s not here to size him up. She’s just curious; he’s not here to party, that’s for sure.
He’s still wearing his usual high collared jacket and the guns (plural) on his belt are prominent.
“Yeah,” she says, without much inflection.
She tries to rouse herself, there’s no need to worry him, everything’s fine! But that’s harder than it looks to pull off. It’s a painful thing to try to remove the permanent scowl of sadness that’s now basically just what her face looks like.
“You here with Gat?” she asks, hoping to distract him from the pretty depressing state of the table they’re, littered with shot glasses and salted peanuts as it is.
Speaking of peanuts, she grabs a handful and shoves it into her mouth.
“Mhm,” he confirms, with a quirk of his lips, “He’s downstairs, wanted me to leave him for a bit. Guess I’m cramping his style.”
“I guess having the big scary bodyguard looming over you does hurt the prospects of getting dicked the fuck down,” she says, with a snort.
Kingslayer makes a face at that, shaking his head as he wrinkles his face as if he’s sucked on a lemon. He punctates that by slamming his hands down palm open on the table.
“God, do not say that ever again! I’ll pay you for your silence,” he groans, still shaking his head before he tilts it to the side and through his sour expression, adds, “He doesn’t do any of that whilst we’re on the clock.”
He points at the shot glasses, some of them full, and she nods. He grabs the closest one and drinks.
Woof, it’s strong. Good stuff, though. Makes sense, considering she doesn’t have to pay to drink here.
“Nah, just a surprisingly squeaky clean and flighty contact,” he explains.
At that her visor scrolls an incredulous ‘ヽ(°〇°)ノ’.
“In BLISS?” she asks, with a snort, “A squeaky clean dude who wants to buy guns, in the biggest club in the city?”
“I know, I know,” Kingslayer laughs, bumping her knee with his, “Insane, I know. But he was looking at me like he thought I’d kill him for looking at me funny!”
“You?” she says, grabbing another shot and throwing it back, pausing to choke on it before she adds, “You wouldn’t hurt a fly!”
He puts his hands on the bar stool to turn it in her direction.
“Oh, I mean, elite ex-exaltee force soldier who’s now a merc working for an arms company?” he chuckles, not unkindly, “I’m like the epitome of a dude doing the worst possible thing with his skillset. Can’t blame anyone for being skittish.”
“Well I still think you’re a pacifist on the inside,” Starkiller says, smacking her lips as the alcohol burns its way through her.
“It’s Neo Necropolis, no one is a pacifist,” he counters, amused by the very thought.
She just shrugs, so the two of them sit in amicable silence, listening to the ambience of the very drunk patrons around them and the clink of glasses.
The amicable silence slowly turns tense, though.
“So,” he ventures, drawing the word out, “Elephant in the room.”
“Nope,” she says immediately, filling up another shot and throwing it back with gusto, “No elephants here, buddy.”
Her shoulders are tensed as she taps her foot against the bar stool, now staring dead ahead at the skyline instead of in his direction.
“Sorry SK,” he replies apologetically, “I gotta ask why you’re not cutting some absolutely insane shapes on the dancefloor like I hear you enjoy doing.”
She shakes her head without replying, pouring the entire line of shots once again with a surprisingly steady hand.
“I gotta know why you’re in, uh-”
He gestures at her entire deal, from the way she’s surrounded by the wreckage of a bender and crushed peanuts, to the shocking neon of her outfit seeming drab and sad.
“In this whole sitch,” he says, with a frown.
She groans, looking up at the sky despairingly. Maybe she’s hoping the Stormcatcher will strike her with a bolt before Kingslayer can continue his line of questioning.
“Look,” she says, “I don’t wanna talk about it. I’m really happy to see you, but don’t push it, okay?”
He lets out a quiet sigh as she takes another shot. She sure can hold her liquor, he notes, considering she’s still understandable despite most of her blood being straight up lighter fluid at this point, he assumes.
“No can do cap’n,” he presses on with a solemn nod, “What’s up?”
“It’s nothing,” she protests, her tone annoyed, “Drop it already, King.”
For a moment he does, and the two of them sit in further awkward silence.
Until it’s too much, anyway.
“I’m not gunna drop it-”
“For fuck’s sake!” she yells.
It gets the attention of the people around them as she pants angrily. Kingslayer holds up his hands and waves for everyone to carry on, which they do.
“Okay, okay, fine, fine fine fine! It’s about Star Eater, okay?!” she hisses, leaning up into his personal space with the energy of a feral cat.
She grabs another shot and downs it, savouring the burn as more of her inhibitions flit away, the misery still there but fought by the simmer in her stomach.
“Uh huh,” Kingslayer says slowly, nodding as he does and she sits back down where she was, “Yeah, okay, cool.”
His throat bobs as he swallows, knowing damn well he’s just pouring salt into this very obvious wound.
“What about him?” he asks tentatively.
Her chest heaves in a mighty sigh as the alcohol swirls around her brain, both making things better and a lot worse.
“You know,” she slurs out, after a couple of moments of trying to fight the words in her brain into making sense.
Kingslayer rests his chin on his fist, clucking his tongue.
“Mm, guessing game, okay,” he says, “I know that you guys are super tight, like twisted up in a pretzel tight.”
She hums in agreement. Her visor scrolls a ‘o(>ω<)o’ in addition, as if he needed further clarification.
So they didn’t have a fight. Which is good!
“I saw he was with Zion,” he adds, thoughtfully, “They’re getting close, I guess?”
He couldn’t see much, except that Star Eater and Zion were in a booth together seemingly having a very private conversation.
She fills up another shot glass without looking at him.
“Uh huh,” he notes, brow furrowing, “Okay, then…”
He trails off, squinting at her face- what of it is exposed, anyway- as her expression twists and her visor reads a ‘(⇀‸↼‶)’.
What else could it be? She’s not an argumentative person, and Zion is a dick but he didn’t seem to be acting cruelly to Star Eater in the moment-
“Oh,” he says, “Wait. You.”
Oh dear.
He rubs the back of his neck, the unfortunate reality of the situation now settling in his mind.
“You have feelings for him,” he says slowly, at which she viciously knocks back her next shot.
They’re tight as they come, soul mates for sure, perfect for each other. There’s just one problem.
Star Eater is about as gay as they come.
Oh, and since they’re inseparable, Starkiller will never have the space to get over her feelings.
“How long?” he asks, watching as the lights reflect off the shot glasses.
“Doesn’t matter,” she mumbles, though her teeth catch her bottom lip.
“I mean, I feel like it does,” he begins, but her head snaps up as she shoots him a nasty glare from behind the visor. He can feel it, making the hair on the back of his neck stand up.
She throws her hands up in the air in frustration, coming dangerously close to slamming her visor into the table before she leans almost all the way back on the bar stool.
“What do you want me to say?” she yells before her shoulders slump in defeat, hand snaking out to grab another glass and throw the rest of it back.
She lets out a deep, deep sigh that seems to come from the seat of his soul.
“What, hey, I know it’s not my fuckin’ biz but when I see you with other guys I feel like I want to eat glass,” she rants, visor glowing as she does, “And now you’re going through so much because of Zion and it makes me feel like my heart’s being turned inside out?”
She licks her lips, eyeballing the empty shot glass and dragging the next one closer as Kingslayer shifts his weight from left to right, his lips a thin, concerned line.
“That I don’t know if there’s a combination of drugs that’ll numb the way I feel anymore?” she continues, her anger and sadness simmering in her voice, “That if he asked me for the moon because it’d make a sick disco ball I’d grab handholds of stars to get the damn thing myself?”
Kingslayer hums softly, leaning his elbows on the table.
“I don’t know,” he says, lightly, “I feel like that kind of spontaneous declaration of love would get you a penthouse invite straight to my heart.”
He pauses for a moment, turning it around in his head.
“If I was Star Eater,” he clarifies, “And you weren’t my sister.”
Her visor scrolls ‘(μ_μ)’, which he acknowledges with a snort. His attempts at humour haven’t hit home just yet, it seems, but he’ll keep trying.
They sit in silence as Starkiller dejectedly runs a finger along the rim of her shot glass.
“Did… this help?” Kingslayer ventures quietly, “You look like you feel worse.”
She shrugs at that, entire body limp and radiating fatalistic self loathing so strong it’s coming off her in waves.
“I don’t know,” she says, simply.
Kingslayer cringes at that, pouring himself a small shot and throwing it back. It burns in the back of his throat pleasantly, unlike the measure of guilt he feels about poking this topic.
“Sorry,” he says lamely.
“Nah,” she slurs, before throwing back the shot and shaking her head as she does so. If it’s because she’s trying to make him feel better or because the alcohol is catching up to her, he can’t say.
She sways slightly on the bar stool, the neon lights of the signs plastered on the buildings nearby reflecting in her visor.
Maybe it is catching up to her.
“It was nice to talk to you about it,” she says, rolling her head to the side to look at him with a placid if sad look, “We should talk more.”
He smiles, putting a friendly hand on her shoulder and giving it a soft squeeze.
“Agreed,” he says, before lifting both hands in an open shrug, “I guess we’re both still realising that’s an option, eh?”
She snorts in amusement, continuing to sway in a rhythm of her own choosing.
“Right?” she chuckles, lips curling into a smile, “Prank of the century to pull that shit on your own kids.”
Kingslayer pounds a closed fist to his chest and juts his chin up, taking a deep breath.
“Oh, if only I could go back in time to those bullies who beat me up for being an only child,” he proclaims, “I could show them- nay nay, school-hood cretins, I have a kickass older sister who I didn’t even know existed!”
He looks at her with a sharp grin, mods in his eyes shining in the moonlight.
“And then you’d come in and they’d all go ‘ooooo’, and you’d kick their asses, or something,” he says, his tail flicking.
“Sick,” she says with a faux-sage nod, “I genuinely can’t tell if you’re joking about the bullies, though.”
His grin widens and widens.
“I’ll never tell,” he says, sticking his tongue between his teeth, “I’ll take it to my grave, in fact. Then you’ll have to come dig me up and jack into my corpse to read my mind in cyberspace, and you’ll be like, son of a bitch, he was telling the truth!”
He pours himself another shot and takes it quickly.
“Or, you’ll be like, awh hell no, he was lying, I dug up his rotting corpse for a stupid joke and now I’m booboo the fool.”
She smiles at that. They smile at each other.
He’s glad that his stupid jokes can at least make her smile. They’re certainly not as close as either of them would like to be, but they’re getting there.
After a while she looks past him and nods forward, towards the bar.
“Your boss is here,” she says, giving him a slight kick in the shin.
Kingslayer looks over his shoulder to see Gat at the bar.
He doesn’t actually stick out, because he’s wearing the clothes Coyote gave him, but the way he stands with such delicate professionalism still gives him away even at a distance.
Hopefully it only gives him away to Kingslayer, though. Would really suck if anyone else clocked who he is.
“Ah,” he says, “Guess I better go do my job so I don’t get fired. Or get Gat killed.”
“Yeah,” she mumbles, taking the bottle and pouring herself another round of shots.
He doesn’t love that, but he’s in no position to chasiste or stop her. He’s pretty damn sure he’d do the same thing in her shoes.
Hopefully he did some good, at least.
“Take care, sis,” he says, holding out a fist prime for bumping.
She stares at him for a moment before she raises her own and they share an excellent sibling fist bump.
He turns around to leave but pauses as she brings the shot glass to her lips and downs it.
“Just so you know,” he says, as casually as he can, “You’ll find someone who’ll pull down the moon for you too. You’re just way too cool not to.”
She turns her head in acknowledgement. He can see the ghost of a sad smile on her lips.
“Thanks,” she says, quietly. It’s almost lost in the noise of the crowd that’s forming.
She watches him make his way through the noisy mess of inebriated patrons back to his employer, who greets him with a smile and a pleasant nod.
Alone with her thoughts yet again, she regards the horizon through the blurred lens of Stormcatcher knows just how many shots.
It’s gorgeous, isn’t it? Nothing but buildings for miles, dreamy neon and plumes of pollution floating into the night sky.
Right now she wishes she could turn her body into neon and float across the city, leave behind all these stupid pointless feelings that have refused to leave her no matter how obvious it’s become that they are, in fact, stupid and pointless.
But she can’t do that. She downs all the shots in order to grab the bottle and fill up another row. Enough of them and either she’ll do something to distract herself, or she’ll pass out and both are functionally the same thing. No more thinking.
No more thinking.

"Better Dig Two" by: The Band Perry
"So if the ties that bind ever do come loose, tie them in a knot like a hangman's noose. Cause I'll go to heaven or I'll go to hell before I'll see you with someone else."

"Baby I'm yours, & I'll be yours until the stars fall from the sky. Until the rivers all run dry. In other words, until the day I die."
"If I Can't Have You" by: Yvonne Ellman
"Don't know why I'm surviving every lonely day. When there's got to be no chance for me. My life would end... Am I strong enough to see it through? Go crazy is what I will do. If I can't have you, I don't want nobody baby."
"Tear You Apart" by: She Wants Revenge
"I want to hold you close, skin pressed against me tight. Lay still, close your eyes girl. So lovely, it feels so right. I want to hold you close, soft breath, beating heart. As I whisper in your ear I wanna fucking tear you apart."
"Ava Adore" by: The Smashing Pumpkins
"It's you that I adore. You'll always be my whore. You'll be a mother to my child, & a child to my heart. We must never be apart. We must never be apart."
"The Phantom Of The Opera" by: Andrew Lloyd Weber, Gerard Butler, & Emmy Rossum
"In sleep he sang to me. In dreams he came. That voice which calls to me, & speaks my name. Do I dream again? For now I find, the phantom of the opera is there. Inside my mind."
"Sing once again with me our strange duet. My power over you grows stronger yet."
"#1 Crush" by: Garbage
"I would die for you. I would die for you. I've been dying just to feel your by my side. To know that you're mine."
"Violate all the love that I'm missing. Throw away all the pain that I'm living. You will believe in me, & I can never be ignored.
"Black Magic" by: Jonasu
"Staring into dark eyes, you're controlling my mind. The way you're touching my skin. The way you're making me sin. I'm praying down on my knees, so the devil doesn't take me. I'm tangled up in emotion, we're going down in slow motion."

my demise, my downfall [kylux, rated M]
Tumblr media
Summary: Hux had no idea that Ren, his bedmate and partner in crime, was actually Ben Organa-Solo, the sole heir of First Order's biggest rival in the industry.
He didn't know Ben had a girlfriend, either.
Fandom: Star Wars Sequel Trilogy

Hux wakes up to gentle caresses, a feather-light finger drawing unrecognisable shapes over his shoulders, down his back.
His eyes ache behind his eyelids, that didn’t-sleep-enough taste in his mouth. Torn between giving in to his body’s demands for rest and enjoying the soft touch while it lasts, he drifts on the edge of sleep and wakefulness, basking in the pleasant warmth.
Something rattles far behind him, jerking him fully awake. The touch withdraws.
Pushing his disappointment down, Hux takes a deep breath and rolls onto his back. Ren is sitting up in the middle of the bed with his legs stretched out, tapping away at his phone.
“Go back to sleep,” Ren says without looking, his tone sleep-gruff. “’s not morning yet.”
“Why are you awake, then?” Hux mumbles, though he doesn’t particularly care about the answer. A short night wasn’t enough to make up for six weeks of absence; Hux won’t be settled without at least a few more hours of sleep, another round and brunch.
Thank fuck it’s Sunday.
Ren doesn’t respond, focused on whatever he’s doing on his phone. Stretching languidly on the bed, “Come back here, Ren,” Hux purrs, kicking the covers away in the process. Ren’s eyes latch onto the bared skin.
“Can’t,” Ren says, shaking his head. The phone buzzes again, as if reminding them of itself—as if it gave Ren a chance to forget it. “Got plans.”
Hux’s mood sours. Plans. Ren has barely returned to the Core Worlds and he’s already making plans with others.
“What plans?” Hux asks, keeping his tone mild. It can’t be work; they don’t hide Snoke’s various demands from each other, if only so Snoke won’t be able to blindside them later. Ren doesn’t have any friends in this sector, either—none that Hux knows of, at least. Is it that girl? Is Ren running out of Hux’s bed straight into her arms?
Hux has never woken up in Ren’s bed, but he now knows how it would feel to be kicked out of it.
Ren is still typing, not even acknowledging the question. What the hell is he writing, a novel?
“Let me guess, then,” Hux says, poison-sweet. “Early breakfast with your sunshine?”
Ren freezes.
A vicious delight fills Hux. “Unless you two had urgent business to take care of at the Resistance HQ,” he continues evenly, ignoring the tension that thickens in the air between them. “First Order’s latest requisitions have put them in quite the bind; your mother is right to want you on-site, now that you’re—”
—pinned on the bed with Ren’s overly warm body covering his, Ren’s forearm across his throat and knees on Hux’s shins. Ren’s other hand presses Hux’s wrists into the mattress; so close to the knife Hux keeps between the mattress and the headboard, but at the entirely wrong angle to grab it.
“Bastard,” Hux hisses in Ren’s face, the bed groaning as he feebly tries to shake Ren off. Ren presses his knobbly knees harder into Hux’s legs in answer, as if trying to dig grooves into Hux’s bones. The pressure on his neck remains steady, only hard enough to make it uncomfortable to swallow. A half-hearted threat at best.
What a bloody embarrassment.
“You’re not supposed to know any of that,” Ren snarls, his nostrils flaring as he glares down at Hux. Hux stares back, keeping his gaze steady and his breathing even. He’s never been afraid of Snoke’s hound; that won’t change now. “I know Snoke forbid you from investigating me. Have you been fucking—fucking digging anyway?”
Hux scoffs. As if he’s got the time to dig into Ren’s life. “I was having a business dinner at the Starkiller last month, when you walked in with your lovely girlfriend.” It’s quite telling that Ren didn’t even notice Hux there, so captivated by her. “Have you ever noticed how her voice carries, Ben?”
Ren growls low in his throat like the beast he is, his shoulders and neck tensing. Inhaling deeply, Hux waits for the moment Ren will put his crushing weight on Hux’s windpipe, visualising his hands clenching and unclenching as his body struggles to draw air into his burning lungs, unable to even scrabble at Ren’s forearm. The spots in his darkening vision until he can’t see Ren’s face anymore. Waking up with bruises on his tender neck—or not waking up at all.
Ren can’t kill him, though. He isn’t allowed to, not until Hux outlives his usefulness for Snoke. Killing Hux now would mean Ren signing his own death warrant.
“That name,” Ren says lowly, his breath warm on Hux’s face, “isn’t for you to use. Nobody—nobody—can find out that you know it, or there will be consequences.” He gives Hux a long look, anxiety shining through the ebbing fury in his eyes. What happens if word of Ren’s real name gets out? What’s so important about it? “Hux. Do you understand?”
Hux scoffs. “Yes, damn you. I won’t tell anyone.” He wasn’t planning to anyway; this sort of personal information is more valuable as a bargaining chip. When the time comes, he’ll benefit from having leverage over Snoke’s protégé. It just might turn the tide in Hux’s favour.
Satisfied, Ren rolls off and away from Hux. For a moment, Hux can only breathe as his blood rushes back into his feet and hands with that pins-and-needles sensation. Something dark and ugly gathers in the pit of his stomach, a need to sink his teeth into Ren’s throat until he tastes blood rising in him.
Later. His chance will come later.
Ren’s found his trousers on the floor, putting them on. Hux feels oddly naked, vulnerable in only soft trousers while Ren dons his armour again.
Well, Hux is clearly not going back to sleep. Might as well start his day.
“I hope you realise that this cannot continue,” he says conversationally, stepping into his slippers. No point of pulling the sheets up; he’s going to throw them all in the wash as soon as Ren leaves anyway. “This double life of yours, I mean—it’s too much of a risk to allow.”
“It’s not a double life,” Ren grumbles, trying to shake the wrinkles out of his shirt. The spiteful part of Hux hopes that Ren won’t have time to change out of the mussed state Hux put him in before his plans.
“Well, what would you call it?” Hux asks, raising a brow. “Polished, charming Organa-Solo heir on one side, Snoke’s brooding enforcer on the other? Unless I’m wrong and you’re mixing business and pleasure, in which case Ben’s dry cleaner had better be very discreet.”
“I’m not—” Ren cuts himself off with a huff, his unbuttoned shirt hanging off his shoulders. His glare isn’t quite effective with the entire bed between them. “Look, Snoke knows. Okay? He encourages me to keep Ben Organa-Solo alive—to have past connections we can use. I’m doing his bidding.”
“Sunshine—or whatever her name is—she’s one of your honeypot assignments, then?”
Ren runs his teeth over his bottom lip. “I didn’t say that.”
The space behind Hux’s eyes is throbbing, the beginnings of a headache making itself known. Kriffing Ren and his kriffing inability to say one thing straight.
His robe hangs off the hook behind the door—a strategic mistake. “What, then?” Hux asks as he strides over to it, the luxurious fabric his lifeline to feeling a little more put-together. A little more like himself. “Care to explain how she fits into the picture?”
“None of your fucking business,” Ren mutters—suspiciously like around something. Hux is unsurprised to turn and find one of those death-sticks between Ren’s lips and a lighter in his hand, though annoyance is another matter entirely. “I’m doing my damn job; what more do you care?”
Hux fishes out an ashtray from his vanity with a pointed sigh, throwing it vaguely Ren’s way on the bed. Ren picks it up before dropping himself on the edge of the mattress, balancing the ashtray on a thick thigh.
“You wouldn’t be so cagey if you were only following orders,” Hux points out, ignoring the light tickle at the back of his throat. If Ren drops a smatter of ash on his carpets, there will be hell to pay. “What is it? Does she know something she shouldn’t?” Hux can make it go away, if she does.
“No, of course not. She knows nothing.”
Right. Very convincing.
Crossing his arms over his chest, “Is that so?” Hux asks, leaning a hip against the vanity. Ren barely glances at him before turning to the closed window, blowing the smoke out of a corner of his mouth. “Say, Ren, what does she think that you’re doing for a living? Snoke’s bodyguard works only so well when the man is bedbound. How do you explain your long trips abroad? Or the nights you return smelling of sex?”
Ren releases a long breath, loud in the otherwise quiet room. He ashes his cigarra and takes another drag, cool as you please, while irritation crawls underneath Hux’s skin.
It’s like Hux isn’t even kriffing there.
An odd desperation tugging at his chest, “Or maybe she already knows that you’re fucking someone on the side,” Hux throws, spitefully hoping for it to land.
Ren’s jaw works, his lips pressing into a line.
There.
It’s all of ten steps from his spot to Ren’s. “You’re loyal as a dog; I don’t imagine I’m your dirty secret,” Hux adds as he takes them slowly, satisfaction buzzing through him. Ren’s shoulders grow more rigid with each word, the ashtray moving as his legs tense. “Maybe it’s a thingbetween you two. Is that why you never shower here—because she likes smelling another man on you, feeling how open you still are from—”
“Rey’s my cousin, you jackass,” Ren snarls, a vein pulsing on his forehead. A knot unravels in Hux’s stomach. “What the fuck is it to you anyway? I know you don’t get lonely without me.”
The anger Hux was aiming for—the unmissable undercurrent of hurtin Ren’s tone gives him a pause. Hux hasn’t taken a lover since he and Ren started their… arrangement. He could have—and perhaps should have, instead of relying on his hand alone to get him through Ren’s weeks-long disappearances—but he didn’t even want to.
It worries him, sometimes.
“It’s a matter of security,” Hux says, waving it off. “Secrets have a way of leaking during pillow talk, you know that better than anyone.”
Ren laughs, bitter and hollow. Something in Hux twists at the sound. “Security,” Ren spits out, putting out the cigarra like it offended him personally. “Do you wanna do background checks on everybody I slept with while I was gone, then?”
Sharp hurt jolts through Hux.
Ren is staring at him with an intensity that borders on uncomfortable, waiting. Hux unclenches his jaw, breathing through his nose. “You’re an old hand at this; I’ll trust your judgment,” he responds, turning away. What is he doing, reacting to Ren? What the hell is wrong with him?
Ren grabs him by the wrist, jerking him to a stop.
Irritation rises in Hux again. “Ren,” he bites out in warning.
“No really, I think you should,” Ren says, a dark look shining in his eyes. “I don’t remember every name, but I can give you some other details. I’m sure your network of stalkers—sorry, slicers can find out enough.”
“My slicers have more important intel to chase after,” Hux bites out, looking pointedly at Ren’s hand around his wrist. The grip is loose enough that he might break himself free, but suffering the indignity of struggling doesn’t quite appeal to him. Once was enough. “Will you let me go?”
“Only if you admit it.”
Hux scoffs. “Admit what, exactly?”
“Admit that you’re jealous.” Hux goes ice-cold all over. “You hated thinking about me with Rey, didn’t you?”
Of course not. What a ridiculous claim. Hux holds a certain dislike for missing out on critical intel—understandable given his line of work—and finding out that he’s been left entirely in the dark about Ren, Snoke’s other right-hand man and the only person Hux remotely trusts in the First Order, was a bit of a hit. That’s all there is to it. He’s got no reason to be jealous of some girl who calls Ren by his given name, who can laugh and joke with Ren, be seen in public with Ren, who can loop an arm around Ren as they leave—
The dismissal gets stuck in his throat.
“Because I hated it,” Ren murmurs, looking into his eyes. Hux wants with his whole being to escape the depth of feeling in Ren’s earnest gaze—can’t look away. “Thinking about others warming your bed while I was fucked off on some bullshit mission that barely needed me—it killed me, Hux. Tell me you hated it, too. Tell me you want me to be only yours.”
Only Hux’s. As if Ren, with his constant need for attention and validation, wouldn’t chafe under Hux’s negligence.
Hux shakes his head, wishing he could shake off this spell just as easily. Ren must be similarly addled if he’s talking of fancies of flight like exclusivity. “You don’t know what you’re saying. This isn’t what we agreed on, Ren.”
The light in Ren’s eyes dims. Hux hates himself.
“You’re right,” Ren says, his tone just above a whisper. A glance downwards—he starts buttoning up his shirt like he’s being timed on it, only barely getting the order right. “Sorry I ruined it, I thought—never mind what I thought, I’ll just see myself out. You won’t see me again unless Snoke summons both of us, promise.”
Ren rushes past Hux and out of the bedroom, pulling the door closed behind himself. It hits Hux in the next moment that perhaps he should’ve stopped Ren.
Stars, what a kriffing mess. Hux intended only to stop Ren from jumping off a cliff in the hopes that Hux would follow, not to end what they had. Leave it to Ren to take it as an absolute rejection.
He takes a deep breath, running his hands through his hair. All right. All right. First step: He can’t let Ren storm off. Ren will be damn near impossible to get a hold of if he leaves like this; Hux’s network truly has more important matters to take care of. Hux needs to make him stay long enough to listen.
As for what Hux will say to fix this, well. He supposes he can tell Ren what Ren wants to hear. He can set his pride aside for a moment. It should be good, shouldn’t it? It should be enough.
It had better be enough.
Inside, Ren is nowhere to be found, his jacket and trainers gone. Hux hasn’t heard the Silencer’s roar, though. Hoping he’s not too late, he grabs his keys off the hook and dashes down the front stairs, catching up with Ren just as Ren reaches his bike.
“Ren,” he says, embarrassingly breathless.
Ren turns to him with wariness etched on his guarded face. He’s waiting for beratement, Hux suspects, or the tongue-lashing that Hux is famous for.
“I was lonely without you,” Hux confesses in a rush, words tumbling out of his mouth in his haste to get them out before they clog up his throat. “When you were away, I—I missed you. I did.” Do whatever you want with it.
A series of emotions cross Ren’s face, too fast to parse. A part of Hux—a part that will always remain Armitage no matter how hard Hux tries to purge it—wants to curl into a ball and hide from the moment Ren will laugh in his face for falling for such a blatant prank.
“Hux,” Ren breathes, breaking into a wide grin. It’s the goofiest, stupidest expression Hux has ever seen on his face—and entirely devoid of any mockery. “You missed me?”
“I won’t repeat it,” Hux says, ignoring the growing heat of his cheeks. Least of all in the middle of the street, where all his neighbours would overhear them if it weren’t shit-early on a Sunday—wearing nothing but his robe and slippers.
Stars. What a disgrace.
Ren’s phone buzzes loudly in his pocket. He fishes it out only far enough to silence it, letting it go to voicemail. “I really have to go,” he says with a touch of regret in his tone, running the backs of his fingers down Hux’s cheek. “But I’ll come back right after, okay? I’ll come back to you.”
Such coddling. Hux wants to roll his eyes, but the look on Ren’s face, the same one as when he said tell me you want me to be only yours, stops him.
“You had better,” he mutters instead. It’s a new sort of thrill, getting a genuine grin out of Ren.
Cupping Hux’s face, Ren presses a hard kiss on his lips before getting on his bike. Hux watches him leave with an inexplicably heavy heart.
He misses Ren already.

Chapter 1: Do As He Says
A dread filled morning takes you by suspense when your boss, General Hux, riddles you with nothing but fear for your first encounter with the menacing, Commander Kylo Ren.
A/N: Hello to readers here on tumblr. I’m a little new to posting original work (especially writing) on here so bear with me as I figure it all out! I hope you enjoy my first ever Kylo Ren X Reader story (I dont use y/n cause I don’t like it, my deepest apologies)
Why’d you leave us?
A faint voice called out to you in the distance, so soft and silky, daintily whispering to you. Despite the initial faintness, it slowly began to get closer and closer, its volume ever increasing.
Your eyes fluttered open, but the bright sun blinded them, causing you to seal them shut once more. Eventually, they adjusted to the light, and you opened them to see so many large, and bare trees stretching towards the sky above you. White speckles, snow, were falling all around you, some flakes even landing on your nose.
It felt oddly peaceful, the soft moss around you feeling more comfortable than your own bed. It encased around you, smothering you with warmth and comfort. You kept your eyes shut, and felt yourself seconds from falling asleep on the slightly snow-covered ground. For just a moment, your reopened your eyes, getting one more view of your surrounding before drifting off. But then, to your horror, you saw that the ground next to you was completely covered in blood.
Your eyes widened in fear as you jolted away from your spot on the ground, and pushed yourself up against a nearby tree. The voice in the distance was coming closer towards you, and kept roaring louder and louder. The blood on the ground began to expand, seeping through the moss at an alarming rate. It surrounded the entire area around you, except directly where you were sitting.
As you glanced back up at the sky, the snow, which had now transformed into an icy hail, had begun to take on an even stranger form. In its image, flashes of their faces blew past you, and with it, followed the sound of their screams and cries. Pleading for help, for you to save them. The smell of burning wood wafted into your nostrils, and that voice in the distance was still growing louder. You knew that soon, it would be upon you.
"Wake up, wake up. Please fucking wake up!"
In a jolt of cold sweats, you gasped back to reality, frantically scanning the area around you to make sure it was safe.
"Just a dream, it was just a dream."
Your breath was sporadic, leaving you a panting and anxious mess as you pulled yourself out of bed. Even the smallest movement caused a massive amount of pain surge to through your head.
"I can't take another one of those nightmares." You thought, grabbing the glass of water from your nightstand. You looked over at your clock groggily, and your heart sank upon seeing that you had overslept, giving you little to no time to prepare for the day.
The shower water was freezing when you initially turned it on, per usual. It always felt embarrassing to have to stand outside the door, completely nude, occasionally dangling your finger under the water to see if it had heated up yet.
Over 3 years ago you began working as a secretary to General Hux, and though there was a monstrous amount of glitz and glam thought to come with such a job, it couldn't have been more painfully annoying.
Sure, Hux was somewhat kind and caring towards you, but every other person you pitifully encountered treated you like shit. They'd throw their fits when you wouldn't deliver their papers, shine their boots, tasks they very easily could've done themselves, but simply refused. It wasn't the most difficult job in the world, despite the constant hazing. However, their was a shocking increase in secretaries amongst the First Order. It was most definitely due to the jobs incredible bore-ability, and the fact whoever was placed in such a position would be treated like garbage by everyone they encountered.
You rushed through your shower, only using the time to wash your hair and then yourself. The steam from the hot water had fogged your mirror, which made it hard for you to see your hair when putting it up into two long french braids. You pulled a few strands out in the front, trying to look somewhat nice since your uniform sure didn't help. It was a shapeless, olive green suit, with baggy pants, and thick, heavy boots. The hat that came along with it also wasn't very flattering, but it wasn't like anyone saw you other than your crewmates, and General Hux.
You took another swig from your cup of water as you stared out your glass window and into the infinite galaxy. Your brain decided to alert you of how Hux would be ridiculously pissed off if you were late, as today was one of the days you dreaded most of all since you began working on the Finalizer. The ship would be making its way back to Starkiller base, and you were anything but excited for that.
Several technicians raced by you, heading off to fix some malfunction in the interior of the ship. You always looked at them and wondered if they enjoyed their jobs here, or if, just like you, it was a love-hate relationship.
You entered the control room, staring the other programmers and pilots plugging away at their stations. Though they didn't technically fly the Finalizer, their work was incredibly important. You liked to think yours was important as well, but in reality, it was pointless. Technically, you were Huxs' right hand. As a result, he told you practically anything and everything. So it was more like you were a glorified therapist that followed him around like a lost pet.
"Cadet," a voice said behind you. General Hux was standing at the entrance to the control room, looking a lot more frazzled than usual. "Will you walk with me for a moment?"
You nodded, following closely behind him. Unlike usual, you decided to keep your mouth shut, hoping he would start to explain why he looked so disheveled and unnerved, but he didn't say a word. It was becoming harder to not acknowledge how his body trembled intensely with ever step he took.
"General, if I may ask, is everything alright?" You questioned sweetly, trying not to sound disrespectfully intrusive.
Hux let out a heavy sigh, stopping for a moment to rest against a nearby wall. "I am, not alright," he panted, his voice shaking more than his body was. "When we arrive at Starkiller base, you're going to have to meet The Commander, and I already know you two will not get along."
Your face recoiled as you began to dig into the back of your mind. "Did he mean Commander Ren? That stubborn brute?" You laughed to yourself, while Hux was seconds from engaging in a panic attack.
"This is no laughing matter cadet!" He hollered, his voice nearly cracking at every syllable.
You let out a long sigh. "Hux, I can deal with Kylo Ren. He doesn't scare me at all."
"He should scare you," Hux stated plainly. "My last secretary, before you. He made one simple mistake, and Ren saw to it that the poor boy was eradicated."
Your eyes grew wide with fear, darting away from his gaze so he couldn't see the horror on your face. Hux said it plain as day, if you made so much as one, small mistake, Commander Ren would personally see to it that you were eradicated as well.
Hux groaned. "We both work for the same Supreme Leader, which means I have to work with him." His breathing patterns began to grow more heavy and frantic, and his face flushed with a vibrant red.
You tried to calm him down, as you knew the ship couldn't make the entire flight back without his orders. The two of you had gotten rather close, and you had a lot of respect for him. He'd come in some days looking like he'd seen a ghost, and you wouldn't have been shocked if he had. If the Commander managed to make Hux, your boss, that anxious, you knew this couldn't be good.
After what seemed like seconds, you had arrived at your destination. Just the sight of Starkiller base sent shivers down your spine.
Sure, you'd been their plenty of times, but you never had to willingly interact with the Commander before. In fact, you'd never so much as seen the smallest fragment of his figure. Which would make his reveal all the more terrifying.
As you approached the landing bay, the large metal doors began to open to allow your entrance in. Hux came up behind you, his posture had been perfected, and all expression on his face had been wiped. He looked like a whole new man, and you weren't sure that if you wanted to get on the Commander's good side, you'd have to become a whole new woman.
"The Commander would like us both to meet with him in his quarters before he joins us onboard." Hux said, his voice shaking. You nodded as you took one more look at the hull of the control room, not sure if it was your last.
The pair of you made your way from the control room, to the landing bay. A small craft would take you from the Finalizer to the bay on Starkiller, but you wanted nothing more than just to stay put. There were ways where you could completely avoid the Commander for the entire duration he was here, you hoped. You would just have to hide in a waste bucket every time he came near Hux, and that didn't seem so bad. You groaned, glancing over at Hux as the cruiser landed rather dramatically at the center of the bay.
“Hux, he’s going to hate me, isn’t he?”
He sighed, placing an awkward arm on your shoulder, his attempt at comfort. "Let's hope it doesn't come to that."
As the pair of you walked down the long hallways of the Starkiller base, it felt as if you were walking to your doom. Which, in reality you probably were. Two stormtroopers had been sent to escort you from the ship to Commander Rens' quarters. They didn't say a word the entire trip to said quarters, despite Hux's several attempts.
Eventually, the four of you arrived at what you presumed to be the Commander's meeting room. The two troopers walked up to the door, placing a loud knock on it to signal their arrival, and then stationed themselves on either side of it. Hux took in a deep breath as he began typing into a small keypad attached to the entrance, and then, the door was open.
"Commander, my apologies on us being later than normal." Hux said, walking through the doorway to the meeting room.
"Oh Gods."
Commander Ren looked like nothing you had expected, though you couldn't really see all of him. He was tall, absolutely massive, his muscles practicality protruding from his sleeves. But his face, you couldn't see so much as an outline of that. Covering it was a thick, solid metal mask, breathing canal and all. He was a true Vader knock off.
He slowly turned around, a feeling of pure rage wafting off of him. For a brief moment, you were certain he was seconds from smashing Huxs' head in, but then he stopped dead in his tracks. His head titled from Huxs' body to your own. Though you couldn't see his facial expression underneath that mask, you new it was one of disgust.
"Who are you?" He asked, gesturing in your direction. You arched your eyebrows in confusion, could he not tell just by simply looking at your uniform?
"No answer?" Commander Ren scoffed.
"I'm his secretary, Commander," you stated, gesturing in Huxs' direction, "didn't you request my presence here? "
He shook his head, placing a hand on the front of that intimidating facial shield. The movement made it look as if he was gaining a headache from your small amount of talking. "This is who you had replace the old one?" Commander Ren hissed, "have you no shame, Hux?"
"Ren, she is very talented in her work and a fantastic secretary," Hux responded, glancing over in your direction. "She has made a fantastic replacement." You smiled, happy to know Hux would still show you some form of kindness around the Commander.
"Hux," Commander Ren stated, "I'll trust your judgment here." He approached Hux slowly, giving him ample time to make your poor General tremble in fear. The Commander stopped inches from his face, his mask nearly touching the tip of Huxs' nose.
"If she makes so much as one mistake, she's gone."
Your face recoiled in disgust. "Well, what the fuck?" You thought to yourself. Did he actually doubt your abilities that much? Or was this all some sort of twisted test of your competence?
The Commander darted his head around, glaring at you in rage. Your body went completely stiff as his masked gaze penetrated your mind. A trill of pain surged through your temples, like something was digging around in your brain for any scrap of information. "That language of hers will not be tolerated either." He spat, looking back at Hux.
"My what? The hell is he talking about? I have yet to swear!" Your brain was spiraling out of control, and that trill of energy still surged throughout your brain.
His ego was disgustingly immense, not to mention he was a delusional idiot. The fool was making up down right lies about you, and to wait gain? He was already addressing Hux in such a disrespectful manner, he didn't need to take it out on you as well. But what even gave him the right to talk down to Hux in such a manner? He wasn't in any better of a position to lead than the General was, not to mention the fact that Hux was a lot easier to deal with, and a lot less moronic.
Commander Ren stood in place, his body shaking violently with rage. Huxs' body was also shaking, but his was out of fear. This was the first time you'd ever seen Hux so threatened by anyone. Usually, he presented such a mass amount of authority and dictation. But here, he was nothing more than a coward.
The Commander gave you an over-the-shoulder glance, and in that moment, you felt time stop. The world around you faded into black. Now, only you and him were in that room, and fear and panic began to rapidly set in. Your body had turned chillingly cold, and air escaped you.
A flash of light hit your eyes, his leather glove reflecting off the overhead chandelier. Before you could get a warning out, he slammed his fist into the wall next to Huxs' head. His curled hand punctured the metal frame, sending hundreds of small electrical sparks flying, leaving bare and broken wires in its wake.
"You teach her to show me some respect, or I will" Commander Ren hissed, his clenched fist now inches from Huxs' face.
Hux folded onto the metal floor, panting uncontrollably as the Commander hovered menacingly above him. You stood gazing at the pair of them, completely motionless, gulping down the fear that was now lodged in your throat. Your pupils shook in horror at what you had just seen, how absolutely horrid your new ship companion was.
Commander Ren glared at you, watching as every inch of your body trembled at his presence. He scoffed, storming out of the room with a prompt slam of the door, the sheer force alone causing you to jump. You looked back at Hux, whose forehead was drenched in sweat, and a slight tremor was visible on his hands. Carefully, as not to frighten him more, you reached down for his hand, an effort to help guide him up off of the floor.
"General..." You pleaded, wrapping your hand around his own as you began to lift. Hux shook you away, pulling himself off of the ground, trying not to show weakness. It was obvious that he was embarrassed of your viewing of his encounter with Commander Ren, but he shouldn't have been. All that quarrel showed was the fact Commander Ren was a prissy little bitch, and tyrant.
Hux dusted off his long coat, and smoothed back his red hair to its original, kept manner. He bit his lip, holding himself back from lashing out against anything the Commander had just done. You hoped he would do it anyway, give you some sort of hint that he too hated Commander Rens guts. But instead, he stared intensely at the door, his eyes becoming bloodshot with rage.
"If you want to make it out of here alive," Hux gulped, "you must to do as he says."
You scoffed in disbelief. "Hux you cannot possibly believe that," you cried. "He isn't as high and mighty as he claims to b-"
Hux slammed his hand over your mouth, his bare fingers tracing over the lining of your lips. His eyes stared painfully into your own, showing so much fear and uncertainty. "I told you to do as he says!" He hollered, the veins in his neck protruding from his already rose colored flesh. Hux removed his hand from over your mouth, and with another brush of his cape, he was gone out the doorway too, much less dramatically than the Commander.
You turned around, looking at the meeting room remorsefully. Your life had just flipped completely upside down, and you know now that you had no say in anything that would happen to it. Hux obviously wasn't going to be any help in standing up against Commander Rens' tyranny, so it looked like you were on your own.
And you hated being on your own.
You walked back to the ship with shane covering your entire body. Every person who passed by you, whether it was a technician or a stormtrooper, seemed to be mocking you. While that wasn't at all the case, Commander Rens' doubt of your capabilities made it seem like everyone else doubted them as well.
As you turned a corner, so flustered and furious you didn't even know what planet you were on, another secretary slammed into you, spilling an incredibly hot and sticky liquid all over your uniform. "Oh my Gods, I am so sorry!" The girl whimpered, reaching for a cloth towel at her side to try and help dry you off.
You clenched your jaw tightly, worried all your rage might come flying out at her. She looked to be so incredibly overworked and stressed, just like you were about to be. You wondered if she had ever dealt with Commander Ren, or maybe her own General was just as terrible as he was, though you doubted that was humanly possible. You hated to admit it as much as the next person, but the treatment of secretaries, especially those that were female, could not have been more horrendous. Every one you had encountered had a horror story, or was currently living through one. Thankfully, your first job was with someone like Hux, a lot more patient and caring than any other. Thoughts crossed your mind of how awful your life would've been if your first job was to Commander Ren. Just the idea alone sent shivers down your spine.
The girl finally finished drying off the excess with a little help from you, but your clothes were soaked with whatever fluid she dumped onto you. Her eyes slowly began to swell up with tears as she stared at your ruined uniform.
"Hey," you said, taking her hand in your own. “There’s no need to cry. I'll go clean it myself, and it'll be good as new, don't worry."
She sniffled, reaching her other hand up to wipe the tears off of her face. Never could you have managed to snap at that girl, because you knew exactly what kind of suffering she was going through, as you had just dealt with the worst of it all. The girl hugged you in gratitude before scurrying back to wherever she came from, getting a replacement for the drink she had dropped. You took in a deep breath as you dreadfully looked down at your tarnished gown. Starkiller base was not somewhere you were familiar with, so finding a washroom was going to be far greater task than it should have been.
For what seemed like hours, you scanned each and every room across the vastness of the ship, hoping to finally find an area for you to clean off your soiled uniform. Out of the corner of your eye, you watched a stormtrooper exit a room with a fully washed, black undergarment, and you knew you had finally found your sought for destination. Rushing into the room, you hoped no one else would be inside, so you could quickly rip off your uniform and wash it without anyone seeing you in nothing but a bra and underwear.
Thankfully, no one was inside the washroom, giving you ample time to strip practically nude, and lock the door behind you as to not allow anyone to barge in.
Staring blankly at the machine that scrubbed and cleansed your attire, the chill of the empty room you sat in was beginning to sting your bare skin, your hair sticking up and goosebumps forming across every inch of it.
The process could not have taken any longer, but finally, it was washed, and ready to be moved to the next machine for drying. Minutes passed by as you sat in the cold and ever darkening room, rubbing up against the warm drying machine periodically as to not die of hypothermia.
"For God's sake, can you just hurry up!" You cried, slamming your foot against the machine, hoping that would throw it into a faster gear.
It did no good, the machine kept carrying on at its slow pace, causing nothing but agony and frustration on your part. You groaned, flopping back into the chair you had been sitting in, only for it to crumble into a hundred tiny pieces as you flopped yourself onto it.
"Mother fucker!" You groaned, lifting yourself off of the cold, metal floor. A bruise was clearly about to form upon your ass after that downfall.
"Language, cadet. That mouth will get you nowhere."
You spun around quickly, leaving your bra-covered breasts completely exposed to the eyes of Commander Ren, who now stood perfectly centered at the entrance of the washroom, the door closed behind him. Your eyes jolted to the lock that was now unfastened on the doorway, yet upon making eye contact, it clicked back into a locked position. Looking down, you noticed Commander Rens' finger was out of place from the rest of his clenched fist, and though at first you had no idea how he managed to weasel his way in here, now you did.
"The force?" You questioned in the back of your mind, watching the pointer finger retreat back to its clenched position.
His head tilted down, obviously showing his gaze had shifted from your eyes, to your almost fully naked body. You covered as much of yourself as you could, feeling completely flustered that so much of you was exposed to his eyes.
"What?" You asked. "Planning on insulting me again? Just get out."
"You're hung up on that?" He questioned, letting a small chuckle escape his throat. "I could have said so much worse."
You rolled your eyes at him, now hoping to make him so angry he would storm out like he did before. "Good for you, Commander. I'm sure you could've."
Silence reigned in the room longer than you would've preferred it to. You had hoped he would make some ridiculous, insulting statement so you could fire back at it, but he was silent.
"Do you mind?" You questioned, tilting your head towards the doorway so he could take the hint to leave.
"The ship was supposed to depart exactly 17 seconds ago," he remarked, keeping his gaze on your chest area, "Hux was going to be sent after you, if I didn't choose to."
You curled your lip sarcastically, letting out a small laugh along with it. "Well thank you so much for that, sir," you said sarcastically, again, gesturing towards the door in hopes that he would leave.
There was a long pause, giving you time to reflect on what he had just said. He would've had no knowledge your uniform had been soiled, tarnished by that poor girls dropped beverage.
So how the fuck did he know you were here?
He stood motionless. The only noise he exuded was the almost asthmatic breathing sounds from his mask. "Finish whatever task this is." Commander Ren instructed, finally moving his gaze away from your body.
He turned to the doorway, giving you a final glance before opening the door, and exiting the room. You stared at the metal frame in disbelief, the fact the Commander had just seen you in arguably your most venerable state was horrifying and embarrassing.
A slight movement on the door caught your attention, as the knob shifted back to its locked position. "Jeez, how kind of him," you scolded, turning back to the dryer that had finally finished its job, of course, right after the Commander had left.
After unlocking the door to the washroom, adorning your freshly cleaned uniform, you sprinted down the halls towards the bay. Thankfully, there wasn't a line of people standing outside the washroom waiting to use it themselves. For if they had seen the Commander in there with you, things would have just gotten so much more complicated.
You marched down the halls, now thinking about how ridiculously awkward your next several months of encounters with the Commander would be, now that your second meeting with him was when you were practically naked.
“Gods. This day cannot get any worse."

Bruises - Kylo Ren x Fem!Reader (Star Wars)
A/N: the way i had the opening of this in my drafts for ages and then at the big time of 2am i decided i wanted to rewrite the whole thing and get it published ;) i’m so much more motivated to write than usual when i should be doing uni work but oh well more kylo content for you guys <33 inbox is always open for requests while im actually writing so feel free to send and i hope you enjoy <33
Word count: 1900+
Warnings: mentions of minor injuries.
You walked out of the casino, wincing as the harsh evening winds hit your bare arms. The dress you wore did little to nothing to protect you from the weather, but the last thing you expected to be doing was leaving the venue in search of your date.
Canto Bight was never your favourite place. In your opinion, it was filled with sleazes, who only came to the city for three things: money, booze and sex. However, you were the daughter of a noble family and despite your wishes, your family often sent you along to the gatherings they were expected to attend, assuming that you would fit in with the crowd more than they would. They thought you’d enjoy the party, enjoy the alcohol, even the attention you often seemed to draw to yourself. How wrong they were.
However, there was always one saving grace to evenings like these: Commander Kylo Ren, of the First Order.
The two of you weren’t official, as much as you would like to be. You understood that he had work to do, with his grandfather leaving big boots to fill, he barely had time to sleep, let alone date. But for some strange reason, you were different. You caught his attention, and he made sure to make time for you, whether that meant attending parties and events with you, or simply going out of his way to visit you, if only for an hour.
Truthfully, you had spent many nights lying awake, tears in your eyes as you thought about your future, which you hoped would be with Kylo. Would he eventually ask you to be his girlfriend? Would he want to marry? To him, those questions would seem trivial, of no importance. He loved you, and would find ways to show you. But to you they meant a lot, and you were hoping for some kind of answers sometime soon.
You shook your head as you made your way over to the short wall which surrounded the casino, leaning on it, using your elbows to keep yourself propped up as your head rested in your hand. Your gaze flitted between the city and the body of water beyond, which seemed strangely calm despite the mean winds. For a moment, you forgot about the cold, forgot about why you had even come outside in the first place as you watched the waves slowly made their way towards the shore.
Your peace was soon interrupted.
A pair of hands snaked around your waist from behind and you let out a yelp, turning around quickly to face whoever had touched you, ready to defend yourself as much as you possibly could. Until you heard that familiar, smug chuckle come from behind a mask. You knew exactly who it was before you.
You rolled your eyes, “Way to make an entrance, Commander.” Despite your annoyance, you truly were happy to see him. Immediately you pulled him towards you and wrapped your arms around him, smiling into his chest as you felt him return the gesture.
Eventually, you pulled away and narrowed your eyes at the man. “Don’t think you’ve gotten away with it. I still have a bone to pick with you.”
Despite how hard he tried to hide it, you heard him sigh lightly underneath the mask and mumble a disgruntled, “Go on.”
“First of all you’re late.”
“(Y/N), I had bus-”
“I’m not finished.” If anyone else spoke to him that way, they would surely be punished. But not you. He allowed you to put him in his place, mainly because he couldn’t ever bring himself to snap at you, but also because he found you too cute when you were pissed off with him.
You took his silence as a go ahead to continue with your rant. “You’re late. Your clothes are ruined. Your helmet still has smoke coming from it. Do I need to continue? How did you even get here? Where have you been?”
“Like I said-”
“Take it off.” You demanded. You were sick of hearing the robotic voice coming from the mask already. You wanted to speak with Kylo, not Commander Ren.
An almost stunned silence washed over him and he replied to your demand with a quiet, “T-take it off?”
“The helmet, genius. Take it off.”
The two of you stared at each other for a moment, but eventually he reached his hands up and pulled the helmet from his head, revealing a mop of dark, curly hair, which had grown longer since the last time you saw one another, and just as you had expected, new cuts adorned his face, almost nicking the gauze of the scar he had attained during the destruction of Starkiller. But what really caught your attention was the black eye.
He simply stared at you, waiting patiently for you to react, prepared to accept anything you threw his way. But for a moment you said nothing, all you could do was sigh.
After a minute, you moved closer to him and reached up, your fingers tracing the scar on his cheek, offering him a small, sympathetic smile, “If I remember correctly, the invitation said black tie, not black eye, Ren.”
Kylo couldn’t help but smile at your comment, and you were glad to hear his deep voice, which you had missed so dearly, reply with, “I must have read it wrong.”
“You wanna tell me how Kylo Ren, Commander of the First Order, has ended up with a black eye?”
His smile dropped at your inquiry to know more about his injuries, and your smile followed suit as you realised exactly what had happened. “It was them, wasn’t it?” You asked.
“Who?”
“Don’t play dumb with me, Kylo. It was the Scavenger and her Resistance friends, wasn’t it?”
His silence said everything. He pushed his tongue into his cheek and looked away from you, almost embarrassed. And truthfully, it was quite embarrassing. He was Commander Ren. He was feared. Respected. Yet he couldn’t even manage to capture and kill a scavenger girl.
You turned away from him, moving your attention back to the sea, crossing your arms. He knew you were pissed and he’d have to talk his way out of this one somehow. His silence simply wasn’t enough.
“(Y/N). I’m sorry that I turned up so late.” You didn’t even move, let alone reply, so he continued. “And I’m sorry about the state of my attire.” No reply. “And.... I would also like to apologise for the state of my face.” He wasn’t usually one to apologise to anyone, but a genuine apology from him was the only way for him to bounce back from his fuck up’s.
You tried your hardest to keep your composure, but one of the most powerful men in the galaxy apologising for his face was enough to bring a smile to anyone’s lips. “I guess she got you good, huh?”
He came to your side after hearing your joking retort, “You could say that.” He found himself thinking this too often, but if anyone else had mocked him this way he most likely would have destroyed a wall or two. He knew you would never think of him as a failure, or an embarrassment, as many probably did. Your light-hearted jabs at him were mainly for your own comfort. To make light of any bad situation he often found himself in.
You sighed, leaning your head onto his shoulder. You hated how quickly you could melt back into him again, but you couldn’t waste any more precious time you had together being angry or upset, “I just worry about you,”
“I know. But you shouldn’t,” He mumbled. “I can be reckless. I throw myself into danger. But I also come back fine.” He knew to you those words would probably mean nothing, but he was trying his best to comfort you.
“You make it so hard not to worry. I mean, this war you’ve got going on... It’s so much bigger than you, or me, or the Scavenger girl. And truthfully, I’m scared. Terrified, actually. For you, for me. For my family. For everyone, really.” That was the first time you had ever admitted your fears to him. There was no way he’d give up his title, give up the First Order, but you hoped he’d provide you with a little reassurance that things would be okay.
His grip on you tightened, not so much that it would hurt you, but enough to know that he felt every word you spoke. “You know I wouldn’t ever let anything happen to you, or anyone you care about. I care about you too much to hurt you like that.” He stepped in front of you and knelt down, taking both of your hands. “As for everything else, I can’t make any promises. No one, not even the Supreme Leader knows what’s coming next. All I can ask is that you trust me enough to make the right choices.”
His words, for some reason you couldn’t quite decipher, felt like they held some hidden meaning. Like he was planning something drastic, or he knew something drastic would happen in the future. But you took these thoughts with a grain of salt, choosing not to press him any further, and instead choosing to trust him, as he asked of you. Squeezing his hand lightly, you offered him a small smile, “Of course I trust you. I’d trust you with my life. Just... Do what’s right. And if it doesn’t feel or seem right then... Don’t.”
He nodded and stood up slowly, “Of course.” After a few moments of peaceful silence shared between the two of you, as you processed each other’s words, he broke it. “You’re going to have my head the next time I see you, I know, but I have to go.”
Your eyebrows furrowed, “You have to go? As in you’re not staying?”
“I can’t tell you how sorry I am, and I know I said I’d join you for the night but given how today went, I’m not even supposed to be here.”
“Oh, and where exactly are you supposed to be?” You knew the answer already, and you knew he’d probably be in some deep trouble, you just wanted him to say it himself.
Once again, he pushed his tongue into his cheek before replying with, “The Supremacy.”
Bingo, you thought to yourself. The Supremacy. The Supreme Leader’s ship. And Kylo chose to go out of his way to see you first, prioritising you over his master. You couldn’t help but feel flattered, even though your plans for the night had been ruined. You gave him a small smile, “I suppose because you came to me first, and because I’m almost certain the Supreme Leader is gonna give you a harder time than I ever could, I’ll let this one go,”
“I appreciate that.” He leant down and pressed his lips to yours gently, and when he pulled away, he left another on your forehead. “I’ll see you soon, I promise.”
As you watched him walk away, towards the steps, you wished you could go with him. Be by his side, be able to see him everyday. Even though you knew that wasn’t exactly possible at the moment, you couldn’t help but ask. Before you could stop yourself, you had called his name, and he, already a few metres away, had turned to look back at you.
He knew what you were going to ask, and this time his answer was more hopeful than it had been before. He couldn’t tell you what was to come, but he hoped it would work for the both of you.
“Kylo I-.... One day, will you take me with you?”
He nodded his head slowly, and spoke only one word, “Soon.”

wip/rip meme: sw poe panic attacks
(Send me an ask with the title that most intrigues you and I’ll post a little snippet of it or tell you something about it!) In which Poe is FINE, he’s JUST FINE, GUYS, NO PROBLEMS HERE.
Two weeks after the Battle of Starkiller Base, Poe wakes up without a headache for the first time since Jakku. Sitting up doesn’t make him feel sick, and the lights don’t set off stabs of pain behind his eyes. There’s no wave of dizziness when he gets to his feet.
Sweet, he thinks before making his way to the refresher.
--
BB-8 is running preflight diagnostics when Poe gets to the hangar. The others are already there. Bastian is walking around his ship, checking the underside of the hull. Jessika waves at Poe from where she’s talking to one of the ground technicians, her helmet tucked under her other arm. Poe waves back.
“Morning, sunshine,” Iolo says, slapping Poe on the shoulder as Karé says, “All right, boss?”
“Yeah,” Poe says, and he means it. He feels good, well rested in a way he hasn’t felt since, well.
The feeling lasts until they’re about to take off.
One moment he’s fine. The next the canopy is coming down, closing in around him, and he panics.
The feeling doesn’t register as panic right away. It’s—it’s something primal, a sudden visceral overwhelming sense of wrong, something is wrong, he needs to get out of here—
“Stop,” he says, “BB-8, stop, abort,” and BB-8 overrides the control system, beeps inquisitively. Poe can’t answer the question, because he’s breathing too fast and too loud—heart beating wildly in his chest, throat, ears—and he’s already strapped in but he needs to get out, he’s stuck and the cockpit is way too small, there’s not enough room, not enough air, he can’t think, can’t breathe.
That’s when he realizes, I’m panicking.
It’s like his consciousness has split in two. He’s right here, gasping for air and ineffectually tugging at the buckles of his harness, but another part of him is divorced from all this, hovering somewhere in the back of his own mind thinking What. The. Hell.
What the hell are you doing, Dameron. Calm the fuck down. Get your shit together. You’re being irrational.
And yes, he knows, he knows that, knows it doesn’t make sense, but he needs to get out.
The buckles finally give way, and he’s moving, scrambling out of the cockpit, down the ladder that hasn’t been retracted yet. His foot slips on the last rung. He stumbles backward until his back is pressed up against something.
He still can’t breathe, still feels trapped—he reaches for his helmet, it takes him three tries to undo the chin strap, he manages to wrench the helmet off his head and lets it drop to the floor.
He’s sweating. His chest is heaving under his flak vest. It feels like he’s being punched in the diaphragm over and over again, like he’s going to be coughing up blood any second from now. Like Kylo Ren—
The vest needs to come off, too, but his hands keep slipping on it.
People are standing around him. He can see the scuffed toes of their boots, the dirty orange and olive green legs of their flight suits. “Take it off,” he hears himself say, between gasps, “take it off, take it off,” and they help him out of the vest, pull open the collar of his flight suit.
The part of Poe’s mind that is hanging back notes that this is embarrassing. A deeply humiliating experience. The part of Poe’s mind that’s panicking is unable to register it as such. The observation emerges behind an impenetrable transparisteel panel. It’s right there, he can see it, but he can’t reach it and it can’t reach him.
Someone—Jess?—says, sharply, “Step back, guys, give him some fucking space,” and someone else says, “No, I think—” and Poe closes his eyes, thinks, Yes, space, I need space, give me space and then two arms are winding tight around him. No, let go, he thinks, eyes still closed, Let me go I need and then Finn? but it can’t be Finn, Finn is still in the med bay, still in a coma, Finn is—
He struggles, half-heartedly. It’s a relief to have something physical to struggle against, instead of just the awful sense of terror ballooning in his chest, clawing at his windpipe. It gives him something to focus on. His panicking self and his observing self merge. The transparisteel panel between them drops away, and shame comes rushing in.
He takes a gulping breath and goes limp.
It’s Bastian who’s holding him. He’s trapped again, trapped between the wall and Bastian’s body, but Bastian’s body is warm and familiar and hiding him from view so it’s not too bad, really, to be trapped here. When he looks straight ahead, he can see the vast expanse of the hangar. The rectangle of sunlight at the end is a comforting sight.
This whole thing can’t have lasted longer than, what, five minutes? ten minutes? but Poe is fucking exhausted. He’s shaking, he realizes.
“Hey,” Jess says. “Poe.”
It’s just her and Bastian now. The others are gone.
Another hot, nauseating rush of shame washes over him.
“Poe. Look at me.” Jess is dabbing Poe’s face with her sleeve. It comes away soaked, he sees. Her other hand brushes against his cheek. “You with us?”
Poe nods. He’s still catching his breath. He doesn’t think he can speak. He thinks that if Bastian let go of him, he’d crumble to his knees.
Bastian doesn’t let go. He takes a small step back, but keeps his hands on Poe’s shoulders.
We’re late, Poe thinks. We need to leave. He wants to say it out loud, but the thought of getting back into his ship makes his throat close up again and a fresh layer of sweat break out on his forehead.
Jess wipes it away. She and Bastian are talking with their eyes. Poe appreciates the fact that neither of them is asking him what the hell just happened. He also appreciates the fact that neither of them is asking him if he’s okay.
The moment stretches on.
They’re late. They need to leave.
He can’t fucking get it past his teeth.
“You guys should go,” Poe says eventually, the words scraping at the dry inside of his throat. His voice sounds raw, wrecked.
Jess lets out a sigh of relief. “Oh, good,” she says. “I was hoping you’d say that.”
It’s the only right thing to say. He’d be putting all of them in danger if he tried to fly, let alone lead a mission, in this condition. He takes a breath. Still that pressure in his chest, like there’s a wet cloth lodged between his lungs and his ribcage. It’s like trying to breathe in deeply on a hot and humid planet. Like trying to breathe when Ren—
Poe swallows, shakes his head, says, “We have to...”
“Snap’s on his way down here,” Jess says. “We’ll be all right. I’ll take it from here. The only thing you have to do is go see Dr. Kalonia.”
“I’ll walk with you,” Bastian offers, and Poe wants to say no, wants to tell them to get out of here, it’s fine, he’ll be fine, but then he realizes one of his hands is fisted into Bastian’s flight suit, clenched so tight his fingers have gone numb. It hurts to let go.
One of Bastian’s hands stays on Poe’s lower back, barely there, as they walk. Poe doesn’t stop at the med bay. Bastian wordlessly keeps up with him.
“Thanks, buddy,” Poe says when they get to his quarters.
“Anytime,” Bastian says, with a small, soft smile that makes Poe want to sink through the floor.
He lies back on his bed with his arms folded over his face. They’re trembling. His whole body is trembling. He closes his eyes and tries to block out his thoughts.
He doesn’t move until the doors slide open.
“Poe,” Dr. Kalonia’s voice says.
Poe says, “Doctor.”
His head doesn’t swim when he pushes himself up on his hands. It doesn’t quite feel like the victory it did this morning. The familiar sour taste at the back of his throat is back, but he guesses it has little to do with a lingering concussion and more to do with what happened in the hangar just now.
Kalonia doesn’t start off by asking him questions, which—again—Poe appreciates. She sits down next to him on the bed. Her fingertips are light on his cheek when she checks his pupil response. She listens to his heart and lungs, takes his pulse.
“Headaches been bothering you?” she asks.
Poe shakes his head.
“Dizzy spells?”
“Not anymore.”
“When did your symptoms go away?” After a pause, during which she puts her flashlight back into her pocket and loops her stethoscope around her neck again, she adds, “I’m assuming they went away, because you never did come back for a final check-up.”
“Um,” Poe says, scratching the back of his neck. Dr. Kalonia reminds him of his grandmother sometimes; there are very few people in the galaxy who can inspire this amount of guilt in him this quickly. “I felt pretty good this morning?” He can’t help but add, “And in my defense, we’ve all been pretty busy.”
“From what my droids tell me, it seems you are perfectly capable of finding the time to stop by the med center for other reasons.”
Finn.
“Well, I mean, all’s fair in love and war, right?” Poe says. And then, “I am sorry, Doc.”
She smiles. “Don’t worry about it. Trust me, I would’ve known where to find you if I needed to.”
“That sounds vaguely threatening, Doc.”
“Good.” She sits back. “Look, Poe, I could run some more tests, but as far as I can tell there’s nothing physically wrong with you right now.”
“Clean bill of health, then,” Poe jokes.
“Not quite, I’m afraid.”
The doors slide open again.
“Oh,” Rey says, looking at Dr. Kalonia. “I’ll go.” She doesn’t move.
“It’s fine,” Poe says.
“I can wait.”
“It’s fine.”
Rey shrugs, then crosses the room and perches on the windowsill with her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands. There’s dirt under her fingernails. She smiles at Poe.
He smiles back at her.
“I don’t think there’s anything physically wrong with you,” Dr. Kalonia says. “I think you had a panic attack. A severe one.”
(MORE TALKING)
(KALONIA LEAVES)
Poe throws one arm over his eyes again. “Come over here?” he says, flinging out his other arm in Rey’s direction, palm upward.
It’s a suggestion, not a request. He and Rey have been thrust together through their mutual connection with Finn. They’ve been spending a lot of time at his bedside together. Poe still hasn’t figured Rey out, not entirely, and he’s pretty sure Rey still hasn’t figured him out, either. Rey is still figuring herself out, life on the Resistance base seeming both exciting and overwhelming to her.
The mattress dips under Rey’s weight. She leaves some space between their bodies, but she puts her hand on his stomach, pillows her head on his arm. He can hear her breathe, soft and calm.
“Are you okay?” she says eventually, cautiously. There’s something about the way she asks the question that briefly makes Poe’s chest feel like it’s caving in.
He clears his throat, says, “Yeah.”
He doesn’t sound very convincing. She doesn’t call him out on it.
“Wanna go outside?” she says. “It’s sunny. There’s fresh air, and trees.”
“Really,” Poe says.
She shoves him.
“Careful,” he says reflexively. “Don’t damage the goods.”
Rey says, unimpressed, “Seriously?”
Poe’s chest still hurts. He lets his arm slide off his face, presses the heel of his palm against his ribs. It doesn’t help.
“You know what, fresh air sounds pretty good,” he says, sitting up.
“Good call,” Rey says.

HAHAHA yes. perfect. im sure we can all guess who this is about
KYLO SUPREME LEADER BBY
-----
No one knows that you were fucking him.
They wouldn’t believe you if you told them...
No one has seen his face, especially when he became the Supreme Leader once he killed Snoke for some girl.
Kylo and you had met a few years ago, when he was a commander. Bumping into one another a few times, not on purpose... the first few times. Then you noticed Kylo was moving towards you when you were out in public together. Making a point to be near wherever you are, ‘sorry’ he would mumble. The mask ruining his deep voice, which you would be well acquainted with later on. He would brush up against you, running his leather clad digits against your long sleeve dress. Tugging on the black hem of it, he pulled you into a closet one day.
You were terrified, this man... the jedi killer, was wanting to be alone with you, probably to kill you.
He had you pushed up against the durasteel, running his hands against your figure. Groaning through the vocoder, “You’ve been in my way far too many times...”
You whimpered when he wrapped a hand around your jaw. Staring blankly into the muzzle of his mask, wondering what he was like underneath...
“I apologize Commander Ren,” you whispered, cursing your voice for wavering like a frightened child. You squeezed your eyes shut, feeling his mask stare into your soul.
Kylo had fucked you then, stuffing a glove into your mouth to quiet you as he did. Sinking his fat cock inside you right in the closet, workers traveling by who were oblivious to the destruction of you cunt. He kept the helmet on-for the months he fucked you.
But one day you were summoned by a red guard, stating that Commander Ren had requested your presence. You hadn’t seen him in some time, figuring that he had gotten over his little obsession with you.
It was fine, you weren’t sad to see him go. He was dangerous and cruel to you most times, but he made sure to clean you up and send you on your way with a smile. Making your heart clench every time he patted your bum before striding away from you.
Later you would regret it, wanting to know more about him and be around him. Throwing up for hours after, hating yourself for even considering him to be something special. You weren’t to him, so why were you feeling that way?
But now you were dragged to him, standing before a guarded doorway on the opposite side of the ship. Trembling when the slit slid open and were pushed inside by a stormtrooper. This was it, he was going to kill you. After the destruction of Starkiller Base, you were to blame as a distraction to the Sith Lord.
“Come here,” a deep voice rasped. You flinched at it, squinting in the dark for its owner. Walking carefully into the apartment. It was sparsely decorated, everything black and red. Sleek and clean, a few blankets but nothing special.
Another door slid open and you nearly fainted.
There was the commander, what was left of him.
Bloodied and bruised, stitches across his chest and face. His chest rising and falling in sharp breaths as he stared at you. Showing you his face for the first time, and it was horrific.
“Come,” he commanded again, his right had waving as he beckoned you. His deep eyes searching your face as you drew closer, watching tears slide down your cheeks. He looked confused, and so were you.
Why would you cry over this man?
“I-You-um,” you cleared your throat, “You summoned me, Commander Ren?”
“Mm,” he hummed, “I did.”
You trembled next to him, looking everywhere but his face.
“Look at me.”
You did, meeting his sad eyes.
“Are you scared of me? Isn’t this what you wanted, to see my face?”
“No Commamder-I’m not afraid...”
“Don’t lie.”
You swallowed back your tears, mouth opening and shutting as you tried to control yourself. Kylo hummed once more, his right hand slipping between your wringing ones. Tugging you closer, you obeyed again. Watching his cautiously, “I’m not going to kill you,” he sighed. Rubbing his large thumb over the back of your hand, “Or do you want me to?”
“No Commander, I don’t.”
“Good.”
The two of you said nothing more, letting him pull you onto his bed. Tugging your clothes off so he could feel your bare skin against his broken form. You tried not to cry, holding him tight as you imagined if he was to die. If he never saw you again, even if you would be relieved in the beginning. Your heart would break, over this horrible man.
Both of you cried as you fucked, the tenderness that was shared between you both new and strange. He didn’t degrade you, or slap you, or scar you. He held you tight, crying into your neck and hair while you scratched his back. Your own tears pooling on his chest while you rode him.
Choking on each others sorrow-unsure of what it all meant.
But when he kissed you, it felt right. This was where you belonged, where he needed you to be. And you would never leave, never regret it.
He could be big, evil and mean.
Murder everyone around him that brought harm your way.
But he was yours.

Luke Skywalker vs Rey... Nobody
I hate the argument that a lot of sequel trilogy stans use whenever anyone criticized Rey or labels her a Mary Sue. It’s probably the weakest argument a sequel stan can ever possibly say to me. (Besides the people hate Rey because she’s a women argument).
Lets compare them shall we?
Luke Skywalker in A New Hope is whiny, inexperienced, and very naive. There is multiple moments in a new hope that proves this. When he was whining about not wanting to stay on the moisture farm and wanting to join the Academy like his friend, Biggs. He constantly was slightly annoying throughout the film, especially to Han. When Han named his price and Luke was like “We can buy our own ship with that!” or when Han was flying the Milennium Falcon and Luke was practically yelling in his ear to go into hyperspace. Han and Luke did not get along at first because of Luke’s behavior. Luke went against Obi-Wan’s orders and saved Princess Leia, not thinking of the consequences. How he could possibly be killed or put in a cell with the Princess. He doesn’t think of a plan to get out AFTERWARDS only the spur of the moment. He was constantly shown to be inexperienced and needed his friends help or HE WOULD HAVE DIED THE FIRST MOVIE. While on the millennium falcon, Obi-Wan taught him things about the force. Maybe not a lot but he knew how to use the simple basics of it. Like sensing the force and letting it guide your actions (as Obi-Wan was trying to teach him before). For once Luke listened and trusted Obi-Wan and destroyed the death star.
Lets do Rey now WHOOP. So far the only personality flaw she seems to have is that she’s also naive? She had the same wide-eyed innocence as Luke had but it’s different and here’s why. Rey never suffers for any of her so-called almost non-existent flaws. Rey is experienced enough to hold her own in a fight against men WAY stronger then her (that’s realistic though but that’s one tool in her belt). She’s bilingual. She can fly the millennium falcon better then Han Solo even though she never flew one before. She is constantly saving people by herself, never the one being saved. (Before y’all bust my balls, Rey escaped that damn starkiller base by her damn self. Luke didn’t and couldn’t). She uses powers that takes years to learn and the excuse is the force dyad. So she downloads Kylo’s skills and training. Great. Magnificent. Rey is on a amazing start. And this is the first movie! She can only get stronger from here.
Luke is more mature and responsible in ESB. He’s a respected hero of the rebellion. Luke still struggles using the force. Even with the training Luke goes through with Obi-Wan he had to truly focus to pull the lightsaber to him. Plus as a common occurrence, he still needed help from his friends. He’s not invincible. He actually gets severely hurt (makes sense). He goes to Dagobah to get trained (because unlike Rey he doesn’t have the “learn force jedi shit that takes years to learn” cheatcode). And then he’s impatient. He wants to learn how to use the force so he can help his friends. Luke is again reckless, impatient, and he’s also insecure in his own belief. Him not believing he can lift the X-wing was why he couldn’t. Against his master’s and Obi-Wan’s orders he decides to save his friends. It’s a noble reason to but it still got him fucked up. He got his hand cut off, he was beaten and humiliated, and then he was told a horrifying revalation that twisted around everything he knew and believed. He was scared of Vader, you can see it on his face, but he did not succumb to fear.
Rey goes to the island to convince Luke to go help them fight the war. Why doesn’t Leia go instead? Who knows. Why does Luke act the way he does? Who knows. Luke dismissed her and was quite rude to her. Rey was having cute little talks with Kylie Renner in their little force dyad BS. She called him a monster and a murderous snake. I like the insults. It fills me with joy! But then she finds out the truth. Rey did do something reckless and stupid but as usual she doesn’t suffer the consequences to her actions. Technically she’s morally superior to Luke because she saw the good in him and felt like she could turn him to the light (after slicing his face open. Ok). Rey decides to give herself up to the First Order thinking Kylo would save her. And he does. So she wasn’t even wrong... Rey fight the very elite guards of the (bootleg emperor palpatine) Supreme Leader Snoke. Reminder, TFA and TLJ are like 3-4 days apart. She had zero training within these days. Luke refused to train her so don’t start that bullshit. Luke trained her for like 5 minutes and none of that training had anything to do with lightsaber dueling. Rey is then told she was a nobody. Now why did Rey cry about this? I truly don’t know. How the hell would Kylo accurately know that Rey’s parents were nobody? Didnt Rey been know this from the force awakens? Eh whatever. She tries to force pull the lightsaber from Kylo Ren and do a dumbass tug a war instead of walking up and grabbing it. It reminds me of JJ and Rian fighting over where the star wars sequels). Anakin must be screaming and yelling from above... or below... idk. The lightsaber then breaks. Rey then saves her friends by showing her once again superior piloting skills that rival or is possibly better then Anakin Skywalker himself. Hitting 3 in one shot? You go girl! She then uses the force to effortlessly move the big ass boulders out of the entrance to save the resistance. Last I remember... Luke struggled to do that with a few way smaller rocks and was also focusing hard to do.
Luke is finally at jedi status! Woohoo! Now Luke first saves Han from Jabba. It shows his very dark side tendencies by choking the guards (like father like son). Luke thinks of a actual plan before going in (CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT). Luke “Chanel Boots” Skywalker goes to Yoda on his death bed. All he wants is answers but Yoda wants to be cryptic as fuck. Luke has been lied to for years by his mentors and his family. Luke’s father isn’t hero Anakin Skywalker but actually a big, asthmatic, merciless, murderous asshole who has a choking kink. Luke then says he cannot kill his own father and Obi-Wan, who believes Vader isn’t a human but a machine, has no faith in Luke. He believes that Luke will fail and the Empire would win. Luke feels the conflict and good in him that nobody else does. He knows that Vader is unloyal to the emperor and he actually cares about his own son. When he is with Han and Leia he realizes he made a mistake and has a bad feeling about it. (*gasp* Luke is not being super reckless). He’s not arrogant (not in anyway) but he’s completely confident that Vader would turn. (He isn’t flawless there is still obvious problem with this plan he has. He fails, the empire wins. He dies, the emperor wins. Vader doesn’t turn, Luke fails. Luke almost succumbs to the dark side and it’s actually plausible he might fully turn. He wants to desperately save his friends and his father has done horrible things to Luke. Luke had every reason to kill Vader. But he doesn’t. He throws the lightsaber away and foolishly puts his life in Vader’s hand. Luke doesn’t save the galaxy because he can make things levitate with the force. He wins because he had the strength to resist the dark side and has so much love and pure good in his heart he saw the good in his father.
Rey starts off with a training session (no idc it’s too fucking late now. 3 movies in? Is she doing reverse character development?) and basically Poe gets mad at Rey for not accompanying them on missions. I still don’t know why she needs training, when she is at a decent strength to fight elite guards, fight kylo ren, and a variety of other things that typically takes a long time to learn. After finding out Palpatine returned, Rey goes on a mission to find the way finder almost like a shitty videogame. I don’t even want to talk about the force dyad anymore because it’s fucking dumb. Rey gets chased by the force order and hear this out, FORCE HEALS (i forgot what the animal was but idrc). Which means Rey had the power to stop the painful truth of death themself. Why am I not surprised? Rey did something that no other jedi nor sith or jedi have ever done this. Anakin went to the dark side to save the ones he love. This movie was just a slap in the face to Anakin. Rey then fights Kylo Ren and lost??? again it seems a little too late and it also didn’t make sense. Rey defeated those guards all by herself with Kylo needed help from her. She’s obviously the better lightsaber duelist but hey, at least JJ was trying to mellow her out a bit. Rey stabs him while our beloved Princess died. She then regrets her decision and as always, doesn’t have any consequence to her actions. By the force I forgot, the whole scene where she is revealed as a Palpatine? Completely invalidates the first two movies but eh whatever. She uses a power that only the elite sith does... something Kylo Ren himself could not do (and he’s on the dark side). Rey “killed” Chewie but actually no she didn’t because Chewie is perfectly fine. Rey is supposed to be all dark and edgy now, “you don’t know me” BS. Yeah I’m sorry I won’t tolerate this because my only allergy is the fish smelling coochie bullshit called the sequel trilogy. Rey got scared of her dark self. Well at least JJ tried? Rey then almost gives up but Luke was like “nah fam you cant”. Rey dies trying to fight Palpatine but then as usual, she gets zero consequence cuz Benny Simp saved her using the force. Then she kissed him... no. No. No. This made my eyes burn like they just threw bleach in my eyes. It made no sense. “A Kiss of Gratitude”? What the shit was that? GIRLS DO NOT INSPIRE TO BE REY.

Hiya. More Poe Dameron smut and fluff for everyone to enjoy. You and Poe both live on the rebellion base on D'qar.
I've always imagined that Poe would be excited about becoming a father, regardless of the circumstances, and be a loving and supportive partner.
For some reason the idea of fertile Poe is sexy to me. Lol. Having a bunch of cute, curly haired space babies.
You are a member of the black squadron and a respected X wing pilot in your own right. You've made some stupid decisions in your lifetime but never any like this one.
After a few too many drinks you ended up enjoying a steamy, completely unprotected one night stand with Poe Dameron.
And now you're pregnant with his child. How will you cope raising a baby with a man you barely know?
Warnings, unprotected sex, some angst, breeding kink, not for anyone under 18.
Tumblr media
You're not afraid to admit it. You are a different woman altogether when you've been drinking.
But even for you, the mess you're in is something even you couldn't have predicted.
Now all you have are memories, regret, and a positive pregnancy test. You stare at that little stick with the two lines on it and the memories flood back, you can't help but smile a little.
Six weeks earlier.....
It's your best friend Yasmela's birthday. You and the rest of the black squadron are celebrating with adult beverages abound in a cantina located on the rebellion base D'qar.
The leader of the black squadron, Poe Dameron, who's also a bit tipsy, has been eyeing you all night.
Okay, the two of you have been exchanging mutual flirty glances. You haven't been entirely innocent, it's hard to ignore anyone, but especially someone as gorgeous as him, when it's obvious that he's checking you out.
"Well do you like what you see?" Poe asks, laughing a little, attempting to break the ice.
"What would make you think that?" You reply, giggling a little.
Poe notices the flushing of your cheeks, brought on by a combination of drinking too much and the situation currently at hand.
"Ohhhhh I'm making you nervous". Poe continues, slurring his words a little. "You're normally such a quiet girl, y/n, I barely know you because you won't talk to hardly anyone".
"I'm a simple woman devoted to defeating the first order". You reply, smiling a little.
"So am I, but I believe in letting loose every once in awhile". Poe teases as he brushes back his dark, curly hair from his face.
"So you're also a simple woman?" You reply, bursting into laughter.
Soon both of you are laughing uncontrollably. So much so that you have tears in your eyes.
"No, I wasn't the last time I checked". Poe continued, his laughter calming a little. "What I meant was that I'm also devoted to bringing down the first order but I like to have fun from time to time".
"Come on, dance with me". Poe asks, a devilish smile appearing on his face. "Let's have some fun".
You soon find yourself stumbling along to a latin cha cha cha dance that he's way better at, even intoxicated, than you.
You fall down laughing at one point and he scoops you up immediately. Even when you are sober you have two left feet and your dance moves are less than elegant.
The room is spinning, you feel like you're going to puke, but you're having a blast with your handsome companion.
"I think I need to sit down". You tell him, struggling to stop yourself from throwing up.
Poe helps you get safely to a nearby chair and table, once you are seated he fetches you a glass of water.
"Thank you". You reply, smiling gratefully and slowly sipping the cool water. "I know it's still a little early but I think I need to get home and sleep this off".
"That's okay, but let me walk you home". Poe tells you, helping you stand up again.
On the way back to your quarters the two of you realize that he lives much closer so it would be in your best interest to crash on his couch for the night.
Once at his place Poe gets you another glass of water, you are sobering up and no longer feel sick.
"Why are you being so nice to me?" You ask, quickly downing the refreshing beverage.
"I might not know you that well, on a personal level".
He explains, removing his boots. "But you're a brave pilot, you were there when the starkiller was destroyed, I take care of people I respect".
His words of praise shock you a little. They mean so much, especially coming from someone like him. Your face immediately turns bright red, Poe leans over, kisses you on the lips and says,
"And one of the most beautiful women I've seen".
Without another word exchanged you continue kissing, you gaze into his beautiful dark eyes and silently beg him to continue, to go beyond those delicious kisses.
Poe picks up on your silent cues and hungrily unbuttons your shirt. He manages to quickly unsnap your bra, revealing your breasts and erect nipples.
You can see an impressive looking bulge forming in his pants as he buries his face between them, you sigh in delight as you lose yourself to pleasure and take in the scent of his soft, curly hair.
Your panties are practically drenched by the time Poe starts to tenderly kiss and nibble on your neck, his hands wander between your legs and you gasp in anticipation.
He unzips your pants and helps you out of them, you are indeed soaking wet, his hand slides between your legs again and teasingly strokes you over your underwear.
You haven't trimmed in quite awhile so you have a decent bush growing. He doesn't seem to mind, though, Poe actually seems to enjoy the look and feel of it.
"Take your clothes off now". You demand, laughing a little. "I feel weird being the only naked one".
Poe obliges and strips down for you. Revealing a tan, trim and athletic body. Strong without being over the top. He's hung, and thick, with a nice patch of dark hair.
The two of you decide to move things into the bedroom. He immediately spreads your legs wide and starts to massage your clit as he inserts two fingers inside of you.
As Poe keeps his fingers inside of you he begins to suck and gently nibble on your throbbing clit, with a low whimper you cum for him, squirting in the process.
With your legs still spread Poe enters you, you easily accommodate him because you are still extremely wet.
"Oh creator you are so wet, and so tight". Poe moans as he penetrates you. "You feel amazing".
Both of you were still tipsy and had neglected to ask about birth control. Even though you weren't on anything you assumed he was.
He's a gentle lover, he teases you by sliding his entire length in, and then all the way out again.
As you are impaled on his body you squirm and cum with Poe deep inside of you. Your own orgasms trigger his own release, but you are gripped onto him too tight and he can't pull out in time.
He cums inside of you, the warm sensation is unfamiliar because you have never let anyone inside of your body unprotected.
"That felt amazing". Poe confesses as he passionately kisses you and pulls his soft cock out of your body. "I'm sorry about the mess, I really tried to pull out".
"Don't worry about it". You tell him with a nervous laugh.
He gets you a towel and helps you clean up, soon after he rolls over and falls asleep.
Well, you thought he was asleep.....
"Can I put my arm around you?" Poe whispers softly.
"Sure, go ahead". You reply, smiling a little.
The two of you fall asleep spooning, he's the little spoon with his arm wrapped around you, with his face resting on your back.
The entire experience feels very warm, intimate and tender. You're a little surprised by how soft and affectionate Poe is.
The next morning both of you wake up with horrible hangovers. Poe gets up and cooks a simple breakfast of waffles and toast, not only is he the best pilot in the resistance but he's also an excellent cook.
You are enjoying your meal despite the awkward silence that has suddenly developed between the two of you.
You've crawled back into that shell that adult beverages had liberated you from temporarily.
Despite the fact that you enjoyed yourself the previous night you still feel ashamed and somewhat dirty from the encounter.
You've never done anything like that before with anyone, let alone the leader of the squadron.
What was everyone else going to say if they found out?
"Your secret is safe with me". Poe assures you, leaning over and kissing you on the forehead. "I won't kiss and tell".
"I've just never done anything like that before". You tell him, smiling weakly. "When I'm drunk I'm a different woman".
"If you feel like I took advantage of you I'm truly sorry". Poe continues, his smile fading. "I just got carried away in the moment".
"Oh no, I wanted it to happen". You reply quickly, your weak smile coming back. "And it was magical, you were very respectful and it felt great".
With those parting words you get dressed and walk home. You bump into your friend, birthday girl Yasmela, in the hangar later that afternoon when you are doing routine maintenance on your X wing.
"Everyone saw you leave the party with Poe". Yasmela teases, a bright smile appearing on her face. "Tell me every raunchy detail".
"Poe walked me home, I passed out on my sofa, the end". You lie, your face getting slightly flushed from anger.
"Salemm saw you doing the walk of shame this morning". Yasmela continues, a mischievous glint appearing in her eyes.
"Just fucking stop it! Okay!" You snap, displaying a rare flash of anger. "Absolutely nothing happened between us! End of story".
Yasmela looks slightly taken aback by your outburst. But she soon smiles and says,
"Okaaaay, y/n, I get it, I'll be leaving now".
Your friend slinks off into the crowded, noisy hangar. You know for a fact that she doesn't believe you, and that she will do her best to find out what truly happened.
Flash forward back to six weeks after your encounter with Poe. After experiencing sore breasts, morning sickness and terrible mood swings you reluctantly take a home pregnancy test and discover that it's indeed positive.
You're terrified, and you have no idea how your secret can be kept now.
End of part 1

The Jedi are not pacifists
I hate the claim that Luke on Crait in TLJ was the most “Jedi like” in The Last Jedi and I resent the claim that the Jedi are pacifists.
Pacifism is defined by the belief that any violence, including war, is unjustifiable under any circumstances, and that all disputes should be settled by peaceful means.
The Jedi believe in diplomacy. But will defend themselves and the innocent by any means necessary.
Jedi aren’t pacifists. Anyone who thinks they are is deluded. They are like Samurai/Hospitaller Knights. They don’t want to fight but they will and will do what must be done to protect the innocent from evil and tyranny.
The Jedi prefer to be pacifistic. Mace Windu says in Clones, "We are keepers of the peace, not soldiers," and as others have pointed out, the Jedi at the beginning of Phantom are on a diplomatic mission, and Yoda advises in Empire that a Jedi uses his abilities for defense, not for attack, which is a lesson Luke takes to heart in RotJ when he abandons his weapon to save his father's soul. The movies seem to be saying that violence in the name of good is defensible (and certainly it makes for exciting action) and sometimes the best move, but peaceful acts are the ideal.
A lot of fans seem to think the Jedi were wrong for fighting in the Clone Wars. The problem isn’t that the Jedi fought in The Clone Wars. The problem is that they willingly became tools of the Republic and by extension, Palpatine.
It was more because they became TOO violent and allowed themselves to be weaponized for military operations in war, which Bariss felt distracted the Jedi from the Light. It was not because they practiced violence, PERIOD. She saw how the Jedi's transition from keepers of the peace to soldiers (No matter how much they claimed they weren't) was corrupting their ideology and contributing to the Republic's deterioration. Ahsoka admitted in Rebels that she agreed with this despite not condoning Bariss' methods to address the issue.
People often misunderstand Yoda's quote to Luke that "a Jedi uses the Force for knowledge or defense, NEVER attack". I've seen "NEVER attack" interpreted as meaning a true Jedi NEVER engages in combat at all unless attacked first. This is an overly literal interpretation, however, which grossly oversimplifies Jedi philosophy and leaves out crucial nuance that was present even back in 1977.
"Defense" does not apply solely to Jedi defending themselves. A Jedi's duty is to "defend" others as well, such as those who are suffering at the hands of those who use the Dark Side to oppress the weak. Sometimes, the best defense IS offense, and Jedi must be willing to embrace that paradox so long as they can maintain balance in doing so. The lightsaber is identified by Obi-Wan himself in the first film as "a weapon", and a weapon's purpose (Whatever pretty philosophies we give it) is to do violence. There is no denying that the lightsaber is made to kill. That in itself is established fact.
By definition, it is NOT something a pacifist would have any use for. Remember when Obi-Wan protected Luke from Cornelius Evazan & Baba by slicing off the latter's arm? THAT is a Jedi's meaning of "defense". Obi-Wan tried diplomacy first, only igniting his weapon when he recognized that there was no viable alternative. Had he not fought back (as a devout pacifist would refuse to), Luke could have been killed.
Also. Obi-Wan guided Luke into destroying the Death Star. Luke fought to save Han and his friends from Jabba. The Jedi fought against Sith, pirates, gangs and warmonger Empires to protect the Republic and the innocent.
Also in all films Evil has been defeated with violence from the Death Stars to the Emperor himself. Starkiller base is destroyed in the same way. Holdo saves the Rebels by ramming the FO and killing thousands.
Luke throwing away his lightsaber in RotJ also wasn‘t an act of pacifism. It was him refusing to kill an unarmed, broken old man and thus not turning to the dark side.
The movies portray them as heroic acts and we are meant to cheer. And the fans do cheer and love that stuff. Even the ones I mentioned in the beginning. But then the same fans say the Jedi shouldn't fight. Why? Are we meant to celebrate the violence of every other good guy except the Jedi?
George Lucas inspiration for the Jedi are Medieval Knights, Samurai, as well as Religion such as Buddhism and Taoism. So while Religion does not condone violence, they are warriors by having influence from Samurai and Knights. I mean, the Jedi are LITERALLY called Knights in fucking Star Wars. They are called Jedi Knights, not Jedi Hippies.
It's almost like they are called Jedi 'Knights' for a reason. Keepers of peace. Of course they would like to resolve things as peaceful as possible, but at the end of the day, They will do what they must to protect the innocent.
And I don't what to hear the “Grey Jedi” argument. The force in balance isn’t having both light and dark like yin and yang. Light Side IS the balance. The Dark Side was a perversion of the natural world, an attempt by others to twist it for their own reasons. This is pretty important. What the Jedi Order call “balance” is not the middle point between dark and light side, its the absence of Dark Side use. Traditional Jedi were keen to keep the Force “in balance”. They attempted to achieve this by destroying the Sith and denying the dark side—essentially “keeping balance” by restoring the Force to its natural state, as they viewed the dark side as “corruption”. The idea of balance of the Force, a central tenet of the Jedi Order, refers to the ideal state in which the Force exists in nature, i.e. as the light side. The presence of the dark side corrupts and destroys this natural balance, and the Jedi viewed it as their duty to restore it. Finally As from Georges Lucas’s intention Many fans incorrectly assume that balance refers to an equal mix of both light and dark side users. However, as George Lucas explains in the introductory documentary for the VHS version A New Hope, Special Edition, this is not the case:“[…] Which brings us up to the films 4, 5, and 6, in which Anakin’s offspring redeem him and allow him to fulfill the prophecy where he brings balance to the Force by doing away with the Sith and getting rid of evil in the universe…"In an interview, Lucas compared the difference between the light and dark sides as being like the difference between a symbiotic relationship and a cancer. A symbiotic relationship is one which benefits both parties and in which neither is harmed, whereas a cancer takes without giving back, eventually causing the death of both parties
According to The Last Jedi, you must let evil flourish and never fight them. But you can only confront evil if you are a distraction and just stall, never fight to defend the innocent.
To be more specific, it is what they say about Luke on Crait, that he did the "most Jedi thing ever" by not killing people.
But it wasn't. The most Jedi thing would be diplomacy and negotiations to end the conflict for good without bloodshed. What he did merely postponed the conflict to a few days later.
What Luke did was just stall for 5 minutes, allow his allies to escape and then KILL the First Order later. His intentions weren't pacifistic. He just left the hard and dirty work to others. Killing bad guys would be equally and more "Jedi" since he at least contributed something and did some damage.
Hot take. Luke Skywalker physically being there to confront Kylo Ren would’ve been the most “Jedi thing” he would essentially be doing his job. Defending the innocent, stopping a tyrannical neo-fascist empire and stopping the rise of darkness.

True he would not kill his nephew. But showing Luke as a powerful Jedi Master is what the movie needed. Show him sending the blaster bolts right back at the AT-M6s, show him bring down  the TIES, transports and properly facing Kylo Ren in a duel. They say the same speeches as in the movie. and when they are finished talking, Kylo makes for his dramatic slut lunge and Luke chops his hand off.
Then Luke would disappear and tell his nephew “see you around kid”
This would accomplice three things
The First Order’s army is in shambles and would take them a long time to recover, thus allowing the heroes to escape. Their new Supreme Leader is defeated, thus giving hope to the galaxy. And Luke will actually be able to pass on what he learned to Rey and Finn.
Honestly....why are fans so against showing Luke Skywalker as a powerful Jedi Grandmaster? Why was Han Solo allowed to look badass and take names as a seasoned smuggler and general and why is Leia able to look like a somewhat mentor like figure, but Luke suddenly cannot pick himself up, appear in person to Leia, confront Kylo in person and properly train Rey?
The logic of the fans who want to view the Jedi as pacifist is that they want the Sith and all sorts of criminals and warlords to go unchecked and never confront evil. Good people can come and rise up to face this evil, but apparently the Jedi must be pacifists in their eyes.
The ideal Jedi is like Martial Monks. Like Japanese Soheis.
They should meditate and be peaceful and always try negotiation to resolve conflict. But once conflict is inevitable, they should be able to act and enforce their judgement, violently, if necessary.
You may be asking how is that different from Sith? The difference is that Sith enforce their will upon others, without and indeed unwilling to negotiate first. Also, they need acne medication.
The Jedi have never been pacifists. They are Knights Of The Old Republic for a reason. Stopping the Sith at every turn. I don’t remember them ever being referred to as pacifists. They were “Guardians of the Peace”, that doesn’t mean they were always peaceful. To maintain peace, sometimes you have to fight those that threaten it.

Note
would you ever write for General Hux from Star Wars? if you decide to, could you write a fic based loosely on Illicit Affairs by Taylor Swift? like them having a secret friends with benefits relationship that they don’t want anyone to know bc of Hux’s rank. and then they both secretly catch feelings, and they’re getting worse at pretending they don’t love each other in public and eventually they have to face their problems. but with a happy ending bc i cant deal with cliffhangers or angst 😂😂
i love this song so tysm for the request!!
request: general hux x reader based loosely on illicit affairs by taylor swift
pairings: general hux x reader
warnings: swearing, mentions of sex
***
“I’m just saying, Y/N, it’s always the quiet ones who are the best in the bedroom.” Reyna wiggles her green eyebrows at you and you roll your eyes, sneering at her jokingly as you finish your lunch.
“General Hux is not quiet… he screams at everyone. Also, why are we talking about his sex life? If anyone hears us we’ll be put on cleaning duty for a month.”
“You know what I mean, compared to Ren he’s quiet. Less temper tantrums. I don’t know, something about him makes me wonder what he’s hiding under those slacks…”
“Reyna!” You squeal, throwing a chunk of bread at her as you decide to get up and leave. This conversation is going nowhere good and you don’t want to risk Ren hearing you whilst he skulks around base.
You walk down the halls, determined to have a quick nap in your quarters before clocking in for your afternoon shift on starkiller. You’re shocked when your datapad beeps suddenly, a knowing smile spreading across your face when you see the name flash on your screen. You click on the message and read it quickly, deleting it immediately after, leaving no trace behind.
General A. Hux:
My quarters. Now. Troopers have been sent away for lunch. Don’t let a soul see you enter.
You wonder what Reyla would say if she knew about this. Actually, she’d probably just ask you if he really is a freak in bed like she thinks he is. And, oh boy, the answer is yes.
You keep your head down, eyes on the floor as you walk towards Hux’s quarters, taking the quiet corridors that you know are less traveled. Your eyes widen and you halt as you hear the distance sound of boots thumping against the floor. You hurry the rest of the way, only relaxing once you’re right outside of his quarters. You send him a message, letting him know you’re outside and the door opens instantly.
Now, you and Hux have an agreement. A sort of friends with benefits situation, if you will. You’re not really sure how it came about, you were both working late one night in the command centre and the air was thick with sexual tension. It was only when you leaned over Hux to grab something that you noticed how close your faces were. He initiated the kiss, unwilling at first to let it go any further due to his rank within the First Order. It was an awkward few days after that, to say the least, but it soon got to the point where he could no longer help himself and the two of you hooked up in a small room near the command centre.
You’re not one who believes in love at first sight, because when you first met Hux you thought he was a snarky ginger brat. It’s funny how things work out, because somehow you’ve ended up head over heels in love with him. It’s hard, because you know feelings can’t be involved, but how many times can you have sex with someone before you start catching feelings, honestly?
You know he doesn’t feel the same. You can tell by the way his lips are on yours the second the door opens, no greeting or anything. He grabs the sides of your face harshly, not giving you a chance to breath as he kisses you. His hands move to the back of your thighs and he lifts you off of your feet, you squeal as you wrap your legs around his waist. He discards your datapad somewhere in the room and walks you over to the bed. He may not look it in those fitted black uniforms, but he is strong.
Two hours later, when you’re getting dressed again, you realise that you’re seriously late for your shift.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck,” You wince as you try to stand up, Hux smirking at you from where he lies in the bed, sheets barely covering his lower stomach, “Shut it, you. I’m so late.” You whine, hopping slightly to get into your tight pants.
Hux gazes at you quizzically for a moment before he hums, running a hand through his hair, “Don’t go. I’ll tell them I saw you throw up in the canteen.”
“Isn’t that a bit…”
“A bit what?”
“I dunno, suspicious?”
“I’m the General, baby, they won’t question me.” You bite your lip as the pet name slips out of his mouth, probably by accident. Your cheeks are flush and you take a chance by leaning in and giving him one more long kiss, resting your hand delicately on his bare chest.
You walk out of his quarters with a spring in your step, not noticing his longing gaze following you.
***
“You smell nice, new perfume?” Reyla asks.
“It’s my special one, I don’t wear it often.” You comment casually as you take a sip of your caf, not wanting to admit that you only wear it on the days that you know you’ll see the general.
“What’s the special occasion today, then?”
“Oh, um, I just felt like wearing it…” You trail off as your eyes catch Ren and Hux walking into the hall, unable to tear your gaze away from him. He seems to be able to sense your gaze on him, because his head turns in your direction and his dark eyes meet yours. You bite your lip as your gaze connects and you notice that his lip quirks up ever so slightly at the side. He masks it by coughing into his black glove, turning his gaze back in front of him as he strides across base.
You always did like a powerful man in uniform.
You pull your eyes away once he exits the room, your cheeks flushing when you notice Reyla’s suspicious glance towards you. Her eyes dart back and forth between you and Hux’s retreating form before widening astronomically.
“No … way …”
“What?” You try to act innocent as she leans across the table, grabbing your arm and shaking it a little.
“You and Hux?!” She whisper-shouts, and you shake your head rapidly.
“No… what? No!” You deny quickly.
“Don’t you dare lie to me, Y/N Y/L/N, I know you too damn well.” You sigh, Reyla’s accusatory tone making you feel guilty.
“Okay, fine. Yes, but you can’t say a word. Okay?”
“Oh, Maker! How did it even start?”
You and Reyla retreat to your room with refilled cups of caf and you start explaining the story to her. Her face lights up as you explain and she umm’s and ahh’s throughout the story.
“So yeah, that’s where we are now.”
“You really think he’s not in love with you?”
“Well, yeah. Of course he’s not.”
“Listen, I am not a smart person by any means, but I do know a lovestruck face when I see one. His face in the canteen was all I needed to see to know there was something going on with you two.”
“Really?” You smile, trying not to get your hopes up. She’s probably wrong, right?
***
“You need to stop looking at me in public.”
You frown, shifting from where you’re lying on Hux’s chest to look at him properly.
“What?”
“You almost cracked me today, when you looked at me in the canteen. Ren was suspicious.”
“You want me to stop looking at you?” Your voice is incredulous and you sit up, clutching the black sheets against your bare chest, “Are you fucking kidding me?”
“Watch the way to speak to me, I’m still your superior.”
“Not like this you aren’t,” You spit at him, throwing off the covers and beginning to pull your clothes on. He groans, rubbing his eyes in annoyance as he watches you fume, asking where you’re going, “I can’t do this anymore.”
He freezes, eyes narrowing as he takes in your serious expression, “What? Why?”
“It’s not fair. I can’t talk to you in public, I can’t be near you in public, I can’t even look at you in public - but you can just have your way with me whenever you want? No. I’m done, General.” Your voice is shaky as you take one last look at him, still under the covers with wide eyes as he watches you storm out.
***
You ruined yourself for him, he turned you into an idiotic fool.
You sigh as you tap your foot lightly, waiting to be excused from the command room. One of the officers called you in to help with some problems he was having with his data pad. You’ve been waiting for him to be happy with the results for a good twenty minutes, your mind only able to focus on the fact that Hux is standing a few feet away from you.
You glance towards him discreetly, blushing when you notice he is doing the same. You look away again as quick as he does, awkwardly twiddling your thumbs before you’re finally excused.
Walking down the empty corridors, you can finally breathe again. You curse yourself because the only thing you can think about is the way Hux kept glancing at you out of the corner of his eye. A small scream leaves your mouth as someone grabs you from behind, a black glove covering your eyes as you’re dragged into the small room that saw the start of yours and Hux’s relationship.
You calm down slightly when you turn to see that it is indeed only Hux. He locks the door and leans against it, looking at you as the atmosphere quickly turns awkward.
“Look… um…” You’re surprised as Hux starts stuttering over his words, he’s usually so put together, “I’m sorry.”
That is a first. You don’t think you’ve ever heard him apologise to anyone.
“Fo-”
“No. I need to get this out.” He interrupts, taking a deep breath, “In a position like my own, opening oneself up to emotions such as love is a foolish act. This job… it requires emotionless, robotic dedication. I was good at that, until I met you. I’ve been in love with you since the first moment I saw you, I don’t know how else to express that with anything else other than sex. I love you, Y/N.”
You can’t help the tears that trail down your face, you sniffle, smiling in his direction as he does the same to you. A real, genuine smile that looks slightly foreign on his face.
“Hux-”
“Armitage.” Your breath stills, you never thought he would tell you his first name. It’s a strange name but it fits him perfectly.
“Armitage, I love you too.” You approach him hesitantly, shocked when you realise his eyes are teary. You grin, kissing him lightly as his arms wind around your body in a tight embrace, “How is this going to work? We can’t exactly tell everyone.”
“That’s a problem for another day, my love.” He kisses you long and hard, making you forget about every single worry you have.

I’m Yours.

Kylo X Reader
Kylo and you have an arrangement, a purely physical one. But when you break things off Kylo starts to act differently towards you leaving you with many unanswered questions. Everything changes though when you're injured in battle. Will you get the answers you want before it's too late?
Warnings: Talk of smut? Injury. (2.5K words)
**********
A loud banging on your door pulls you from your sleep, a groan slipping past your lips as you silently urge whoever was at your door to leave. Burying your head under the pillow does nothing to help as the banging persists, forcing you to roll out of bed. You let out a hiss as your bare feet touch the cold floor, goosebumps prickle along your arms and legs as you leave the warmth of your blankets.
“Alright, I’m coming!” You groan out as you make your way to your bedroom door. With a click of a button, the shining silver door slides away, revealing two stormtroopers standing before you. “What?” You bite out in frustration.
“The Supreme Leader wants you ready and on his ship in five minutes.” They tell you in unison.
“Fine,” You growl out before closing your door and turning towards your wardrobe to quickly throw on appropriate clothes. Your relationship with the Supreme Leader was...confusing. Kylo Ren went from hot to cold in a matter of seconds, making your mind spin trying to gage him. You knew to him you were no more than a decent fuck and an honourable pilot. During the day you’d drive the ship along with a few select men, in the evening Kylo would call you up to his room, where he’d be waiting for you. Heated passion would fill the room as you entered and he’d get right to the point by ripping your clothes off and fucking you into oblivion. He’d growl and curse your name as he pounded into you, his hands would grip your body tightly, as though you could disappear at any given moment. His mouth would claim yours as sweat coated both your naked bodies. And then, when it was all over and your breathing came back down, he’d tell you to leave. And it would start all over again. Wake up, work and pretend that you didn’t exist, then slip off to his chambers and fuck, then back to bed. The worst and best part of it all was the words he would utter into your ear as he fucked you. You’re mine.
You couldn’t let go of the pride you felt when he said those two words to you, yet they broke your heart simultaneously. Because while you knew you were truly and fully his, you also knew that he would never be yours. And that realization broke you every time you left his bed chambers, your body relaxed, covered in bruises from his hands that you wore with pride, his cum leaking from between your sticky thighs and your heart broken. But you never stopped it. Every time he called you went, without question...until last night.
Thirty minutes after he’d called you to his room you heard him banging at your door, telling you to open up, that he knew you were inside.
“Why didn’t you come?” He growled out as your door slid open for him, allowing him entry into your small room. In the back of your mind, you realized that this was the first time he came to you, the first time he was in your room, but you said nothing of it to him.
“Because, I - I can’t.” You stuttered, the words were hard to come out but you knew they needed to be said. You knew that you had to change your ways with Kylo in order to heal the things he unknowingly broke inside you. Kylo’s dark eyes looked you over from head to toe, checking for anything different, any injury that would prevent you from going to see him. You watched as his eyes hardened onto your own as he found nothing to be amiss.
“Why?” He asked you, even though you knew he could easily read your mind right then as you stood before him.
“Because, Supreme Leader, I deserve more.” Silence filled the room as Kylo continued to stare at you. His gloved hands clenched into tight fists as he took a step towards you, his lips pursed as the gears turned in his mind.
“You think you deserve more? That you deserve more than your Supreme Leader?” He questioned you softly. Slowly, silently, you nodded your head, knowing full well your answer might just get you killed. Again, Kylo’s dark brown eyes stared at you before finally, he took a step back, and then another. “Fine.” He spat out before leaving your room without a backwards glance.
That was the last you saw of him, until now. Only needing two minutes to get dressed and throw your hair up you quickly made your way towards Kylo’s ship. It was the middle of the night, most people aboard the ship were asleep in their beds and you couldn’t help but think, is this it? Is he going to kill me?
When you step into his ship the air is practically electric, simmering with heavy, silent words that neither of you bothers to speak. Kylo’s faced away from you, giving you the view of his black cloth-covered back and black hair, his glove covered hand points to the seat beside his own in which he sits in, his other hand is pressing buttons, allowing the ship to come to life. You sit in the co-pilot seat, your hands working on autopilot as you too begin pressing buttons and flipping switches.
“A resistance base was located not far from here. We’ll capture who we can and kill the rest.” You nod your head in answer.
“Understood, Supreme Leader.” But you didn’t, not really. While the mission itself was clear in your mind Kylo’s intentions were not. He’d never asked you to pilot with him before, so why now? The night after you break off your...arrangement with him.  “Supreme leader, if I may-” Kylo’s quick to cut off your words as he turns to look at you. His gaze is piercing and there’s a look in his eyes that you have never seen before and you can’t figure out what it means.
“Unless it’s about the mission Y/N, you may not ask me anything.” You press your lips tightly together in order to stop yourself from further aggravating Kylo. He let out a long, heavy breath before speaking again. “Later.” He said to you. You knew that he clearly wants nothing other than to remain focused on the mission, so you put your head down and get to work, pushing away the many questions you want to ask him. After the mission, you’ll ask them, you’ll speak to him and get your answers.
It doesn’t take long for the two of you to land the ship at the edge of the resistance base. You walk down the platform into hard-packed snow, lightsabers drawn and lit at your sides making the white snow glow red. You can hear other ships belonging to The First Order flying overhead, shooting at any who tried to run--which was almost everyone. Screams and cries could be heard all around you as people fought and died. You share a look with Kylo and he looks almost, worried? You don’t have time to dwell on it before he’s racing forward, his lightsaber slicing through anyone who thinks they have a chance of fighting him. You’re quick to follow after him, your own scarlet lightsaber slicing through the people who try to attack you. You feel the burn of a too close lightsaber against your wrist, threatening to scorch your skin, you kill your attacker before they can harm you further. You’ve lost sight of Kylo in the fight, but that’s a thought you don’t have time to focus on. All you can think about is doge, swing, kick, slice, kill, repeat. Doge, swing, kick, slice, kill, repeat. It’s a repetitive mantra that keeps you focused and on guard--almost.
A cry that sounds oh so much like Kylo’s pierces the air, your head whips in the direction of it, eyes searching for Kylo, praying to see him standing and fighting, without a scratch on his ivory skin. It’s your desperate search for him that takes away your focus from the attacker behind you, the whizz of their lightsaber swinging through the air towards you breaks through to you, leaving you only a second to twist out of the way to avoid a fatal injury. But you're not fast enough, and you let out a scream as you feel the burning sensation of the lightsaber slicing into your right side. The pain makes you trip over your feet and fall onto your back in the chilling snow, you can already feel the snow turning to water as it comes into contact with your heated skin. You bring up your lightsaber to defend yourself as your attackers comes down to finish you off. But your lightsabers never clash, instead, the man who was mere seconds from killing you is now flying through the air and right into Kylo’s burning red lightsaber. You let out a breath of relief as you watch the Supreme Leader rush towards you. The sight only gives you a second of comfort before the burning pain in your side is making you cry out once more. Kylo kneels beside you in the snow, which is now stained by your blood.
“Y/N.” He calls out as his hands are pulling away the fabric of your top in order to look at your injury. You give him a small, pathetic smile as your eyes lock on his. A whimper escapes your lips as he gently touches your blood-covered skin.
“Kylo,” You croak out in pain. He’s quick to shush you before you can get another word out.
“Shh, save your energy.” Kylo doesn’t spare a single glance to his surroundings before he’s sliding his arms beneath your body and picking you up. You cry out again at the pain that shoots through you at his movements. Kylo races through the snow back towards the ship, he cradles you in his arms and he can’t help but think that if you weren’t bleeding out he’d rather like the position. It feels like years later Kylo finally makes it back to his ship, though he knows it's been no more than a minute or two. As carefully as he can he slips you into the co-pilot seat before he’s flying off to Starkiller base. As he flies he looks over to you to find your eyes have slipped shut, he leans over to roughly shake you until your eyes open once more, your gaze is locked on him and he can see the pain and exhaustion in you. “Don’t fall asleep on me Y/N. I need you to stay awake.”
“Okay,” you mumble out to him quietly.
“Tell me what you wanted to ask me before.” He says, hoping that by keeping you talking you can stay awake long enough to reach the base and reach medical help. He was prepared to answer the question he knew was coming honestly, he couldn’t lie to you, not now when you were bleeding out before his very eyes.
“Why did you want me to come with you? You never have before, and now you called me to your ship the night after I broke our arrangement off...why?” Kylo took a deep breath before answering you. He looked towards you to see your eyes slowly falling shut, your skin washed out and covered in sweat and blood.
“I wanted you to come with me because I realized last night how badly I fucked things up. I-I wasn’t fair or-or even kind to you. When you said you deserved more, I knew you were right and yet I can’t let go, I won’t let go. You’re mine Y/N. I thought that maybe, maybe today, with you working alongside me we could start things over.”
“I, I think I’d like that.” You whisper out quietly.
“Hold on Y/N, just a little longer,” Kylo tells you as your eyes slip shut, “You’re almost there.” Kylo looks back at you and shakes your shoulder, only for your eyes to remain shut. He can almost feel his heart stopping dead in his chest as you sit there beside him, unconscious.
A minute later he lands the skip and the doors are opening, Kylo picks you up and rushes you towards med-bay. The doors slide open and he yells out to anyone who’s nearby, demanding you get help. A team of people rush over with a bed that Kylo places you on. You’re rushed away from him and Kylo’s left standing in the front entrance of the med-bay. Your sticky blood covers his gloved hands and clothes as he’s left with the painful task of waiting.
It’s two days before you wake up. Two days of Kylo sitting patiently at your bedside, silently urging you to wake up as he keeps his hand wrapped around yours. His head is down, forehead pressed down onto the white sheets of your bed when you first open your eyes. You look around the too-bright room you lay in before your gaze settles on Kylo’s hunched form beside you.
“Kylo,” you croak out, your mouth and throat are too dry for comfort. Kylo’s head shoots up at the sound of your voice, his dark eyes looking at you for a moment before he turns to grab the cup of water at your bedside. He gently lifts the cup to your lips, allowing you to take small sips until you pull away and he sets it back down.
“How do you feel?” He asks you. His hand is still wrapped around yours, you do your best to give him a gentle squeeze as you answer his question.
“I’m alright.” You answer back with a smile. Silence fills the room before your brows are furrowing in question and you speak again. “Did you mean what you said on the ship?” You ask. “That you wanted to start over?” Kylo nods his head as he leans in closer to you, his gloves are off allowing you to feel the rough callouses that cover his large palms as he brings his free hand up to cup your face.
“Yes. I want to start over with you. We can go slow, fast, doesn’t matter.” Despite the pain in your side, your lips turn up into a wide smile.
“Okay.” Kylo smiles back, a vision that has your heart soaring.
“Good. Because you're mine Y/N and I am yours."

It was Kylos fault that they were in this situation.
It was far too late for either of them to be up. Kylo had gone for a walk in the middle of the night, a normal thing for him to do when his thoughts are full, and stopped at Hux's office when he saw the light on. He found Hux inside, his fingers tapping away on his datapad at his desk. He had clearly stayed up to finish some work, probably clearing up the mess of one of his lutenants.
Kylo had told Hux to go to bed, to which Hux said the same thing back to him. The two then bickered a bit, and Hux then claimed that Kylo only came into his office to get attention from him (which was somewhat true.)
"If you assume I'm after attention then you're clearly mistaken," Kylo replied through the droning noise of his helmet.
"Well, you're getting attention from me now, Ren. Or is this not the attention you want?" Hux replied, his eyes fixed to his datapad, ignoring the brooding man at the door.
"What are you implying?" Kylo asked as he slowly entered the room, stopping in front of Hux's desk.
"It's the middle of the night. Few people are about, and those who need to be awake are at their stations doing work. You get up and come to my office, coincidentally finding me working here." Hux looks up from under his lashes. "It's almost as if you got out of bed to come and find me. I'm surprised you haven't asked me to play with you yet."
Hux wasn't sure if it was him or his erection talking, but either way, he needed relief. He'd been hard for far too long now, wanting this work over and done with so he could go back to his room and sort himself out. But when he heard that familiar sound of Kylos footsteps approaching his office, he'd decided to toy about with the man yet again.  Hux was going to get his relief as soon as possible, whether that meant using Kylo or not.
"Play with you?" Kylo half-hissed. "I came here wondering why your office light was on, not to come and beg to be fucked."
"I never said you wanted me to fuck you," Hux said as his eyes flicked back down to his work.
"I would never allow such thing," Kylo replied, folding his arms.
"What would you allow then, Ren?" He asked.
Kylo scowled under his helmet, half disgusted, half aroused by the General's words.
"You speak to me as if I am a pet," Kylo replied.
"You allow me to," Hux replied. Kylo was silent, arms still folded. There was a long pause until Hux said "Come," and moved his finger in a beckoning motion, eyes still on his datapad.
Kylo's hesitant at first, but Hux has that aura to him that makes Kylo want to submit, even if he viewed him as an enemy. He relaxes his arms, walking towards the General's desk and stopping right in front of it. That distinct click can be heard as Kylo reaches up and removes his helmet, slamming it down onto Hux's desk.
"I don't want you leaving marks on my desk, Ren. You'll pay for that," Hux tuts with a stern tone to his voice. "Now get on your knees and get under my desk."
For some reason, Kylo follows his orders, slowly getting down onto his knees and crawling under Hux's desk. The Knight blushes slightly as his face is now inches away from Hux's crotch, whose legs were spread slightly open, enough to see the bulging erection pressed against the dark fabric of his uniform.
"Don't be shy, Ren," Hux tells him. He takes no notice of Kylo, continuing to do work, who's reaching up with one hand and begins to rub the General's crotch. His hand slowly but firmly rubs over the bulge, feeling it faintly pulse against his palm. He attempts to wrap his fingers around it, slowly moving his hand up and down, trying to jerk him off through the layers of fabric.
Hux takes no notice of him, even when Kylo reaches up to undo his pants. The only notice Hux gives him is a slight shuffle, moving his crotch towards the edge of the seat, bringing it closer to Kylos face. Kylo pulls open the flap of his pants, revealing his briefs, his cock pressed deliciously against the fabric with a small farm stain of precum near the tip of his cock.  Kylo, without thinking, presses his tongue firmly against Hux's cock, the taste of fabric heavy against his tongue. Hux shudders slightly but continues to do his work. It was then that Kylo decided he wanted to see Hux come undone; if the soft feeling of Kylos mouth pressed against his cock through a layer of fabric could make the General shudder, then surely he could have Hux in a panting, moaning mess by the time he was finished.
Kylo pulls his gloves off, throwing them to the floor. He dips his head down to press his tongue against the tip of Hux's cock, soaking the thin layer of fabric. One hand comes to rest on Hux's thigh, whilst the other gently fondles his balls, teasing Hux with his soft touches. Kylo can sense the irritation coming from Hux, his touches being nice but not enough.
Kylo finally pulls at the waistband of Hux's boxers, pulling them down so his cock can finally spring free. Hux faintly gasps at the cold air hitting his cock, but manages to keep himself composed. The chill to his cock soon leaves as he begins being warmed up by Kylos bare hand pumping his shaft, his other hand going back to hold the General's thigh.
Kylo leans forward to swirl his tongue around the tip of Hux's cock, earning him another shudder and a very faint sigh. His hand continues to pump the redheads shaft, slowing down slightly to make room for his mouth. Kylos lips finally find their way around Hux's cock, his mouth taking up most of his length, whilst his hand works the base where he can't quite reach.  By now Hux was softly moaning and moving a hand down to rest on the back of Kylos head, his fingers entangling with those dark locks. Hux attempted to do his work with his other hand, though his thoughts were beginning to fog up from the distraction between his legs.
Hux decides to give up on his work when Kylo surprised him by swallowing down his length, the tip of his cock hitting the back of his throat, his nose buried against the short, trimmed, ginger hair. "Good boy," Hux moans, praising him as Kylo pulls his mouth off, gasping softly for air. He looks up at Hux through half-lidded eyes, mouth slightly parted, and his lips damp. Kylo continues to pump the General's shaft, watching him as if he was waiting for orders.
"I didn't tell you to stop, Ren," Hux scolds as he pushes Kylos head back down onto his cock. The grip on Kylos hair becomes almost painfully tight. Kylo does exactly as he's ordered, continuing to bob his head up and down, his hand working in time, cheeks hollowed out and tongue pushed up against the base of Hux's cock. The site alone is enough to make Hux moan louder and buck his hips up slightly, making Kylo gag.
Kylo doesn't stop though, somewhat enjoying the submission, despite despising the person he's allowing himself to submit to. Hux bucks again and Kylo lets out a moan this time, though it's mostly muffled as Hux's cock hits the back of Kylos throat.
"Do you like being used like this?" Hux asks in a hazy voice as he tightens his grip on Kylos hair and pulls him off his cock, allowing Hux to slide his hips further down off his chair so he can move his hips freely. Kylo doesn't reply. He just keeps his gaze on Hux, mouth slightly parted, eyes half-lidded, and cheeks vibrantly red. "I'm sure Snoke would be very disappointed if he saw that one of his Knights had been turned into a submissive pet," Hux says with a chuckle as he reaches down with his other hand, urging Kylos mouth open so he can run two gloved fingers across his tongue. Kylo nods, agreeing with him. "But Snoke's not here right now, so I couldn't care less. Back to work, pet," Hux says, shoving the Knight back down on his cock.
Kylo's building up the pace again, sucking on Hux's cock whilst his hand works the bottom of his shaft. Hux decides to change things slightly as his orgasm began to build up. Hux holds Kylos head in place with a tight grip on his hair as he began to fuck upwards into Kylos mouth, enjoying the way Kylo scrunched his eyes shut but submits himself, allowing Hux to fuck his mouth despite his gagging and the drool running from the corners of his lips.
Hux's cock is slamming against the back of Kylos throat. His breathing becoming heavier through his nose, both hands gripping tightly onto Hux's thighs but he was managing to take it all. Hux then pulls him off, half to let Kylo breath, half to see what a mess the Knight had become. "You're such a slut," Hux mocks with a laugh as he tugs on Kylos hair, pulling him down on his cock again. Kylo gags but allowed the General to fuck his mouth, looking up at him through half-lidded eyes.
"What a good Knight of Ren. I'm sure the others don't allow their mouthes to get fucked by a General," Hux somewhat growls, looking down at Kylo as he continues pounding into his mouth. "I knew you always liked it rough," Hux smirks. Kylo attempts to nod and hums at the same time. "Oh, you do? Nice of you to confirm that thought, Ren. Now finish me off, I'm close," Hux orders as the tip of his cock hits the back of Kylos throat one last time before pulling him off.
Hux shuffles about in his chair, sitting properly, and waits for Kylo to return to work. Kylo quickly pumps the General's shaft as he regains his breath and once he's ready, he puts his mouth back on the General's cock. There's something deliciously satisfying about watching Kylo work away between his legs, and Hux keeps his eyes fixated on the sight, letting out the occasional moan to motivate Kylo.
"Almost there, my pet. Keep going," Hux orders again. Theres a painful tug to Kylos hair as Hux cums, letting out a sound that makes Kylos cock throb in his pants. Kylo keeps his head still as Hux cums down his throat, eventually pulling off and swallowing his load, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand as he looks up at Hux, waiting for another order.
"You did good, Ren," Hux tells him as he rests his hand on Kylos chin, tilting Kylo's head to look at the Knight's messy state. "Remind me to praise you some time."
"Of course, General," Kylo replies, still softly panting.
"That's master now, my pet," Hux replied.
"Of course, Master."

What is it About You?
Tumblr media
part 02/10 “stronger connections”
previous part
word count 3.9k
an: here’s the second part everyone! hope you enjoy this one! also have yall seen that bts look at sebastian stan training for that one scene in ca:tws with the knife? that’s the feel i was going for in one part. you’ll see i guess!
It was sunny and warm. The heat danced across your skin as you made your way through some trees with a few other women. They towered over you, protecting you in a way. Everything around you was hazy, nothing that you could really make out. The trees fell around you, and the only thing you could see was smoke. Dark and thick as it entered your lungs you cried out for your mother, but no one came. You cried until the heat in your lungs didn’t allow you to anymore.
Gasping you shot awake in your bed. Sweat was trickling down your body and the blanket that had once covered you was thrown onto the floor You blinked as you tried to focus your eyes on the darkness around you. The familiar metal walls of the Starkiller Base surrounded you and you breathed out a sigh of relief, of what you didn’t know. You swung your legs over the edge of your bed and ran a hand through your hair. You hadn’t had those dreams since you were a child. You thought you had all but pushed those memories of your past behind you. Obviously not. You stood carefully and the lights in your room kicked on automatically, you went to the pad in the wall and it awakened with your touch.
0300 hours.
You sighed, glancing back at your messy bed and knowing you wouldn’t be falling asleep any time soon. You looked to your door that led to the hallway and didn’t even think twice about your plan. You’d go and have a quick workout and come back, shower, and maybe get some more rest before your shift call at 0800 hours. You slid some socks on and casual shoes that helped alleviate the arch in your foot, and you made sure to change out of the sweaty shirt you had on and into a fitted tank top. The material helped cool your body down and out the door you went.
One thing you had really enjoyed while training with the First Order was when you got to spend some alone time throwing punches at a punching bag. It was old school, but it was something you enjoyed taking your frustrations out on. The training room wasn’t very far from your quarters and when you put in your access number (universally used, like an ID number) it opened for you. The cool air hit you and you relaxed your shoulders, if only you had the time for reconditioning to get this knot out of your back. Maybe then you’d be a little chipper. You walked inside and turned to the panel by the door, making sure to request the doors to remain locked for the next hour. That’s all you would need.
You walked over to the set up in the corner of the room, and a panel in the wall opened up, bags were hung neatly and you had to pick it up and hang it on the stand close by. You exhaled heavily in preparation, and grabbed at the chain and pulled it off of the hook it was on, and made your way over to the stand. The bags were heavy and your arms shook under the pressure, but you were quick to get it over and onto the hook of the stand, and it bounced with the momentum. You sighed and rubbed your hands together, while another panel opened next to you. Inside were white bandages to use on your hands and you began rolling them around your fists tightly.
It may sound sadistic but that’s all you did was wrap and tie your knuckles for safety, but didn’t reach for the thicker gloves. Instead you let the panel close as you finished tying your right hand. Right now you just wanted to feel something other than that pain in your chest.
Of course, powers beyond you had other plans. You heard the doors to the room open and close, but the presence that came inside you knew without having to look. You stared at the bag, feeling them moving closer.
“The doors were locked for a reason,” you said to them. Not that they would care. You had made it known they didn’t care about others' feelings. You corrected your stance and balled your hands into fists, and started to punch the bag.
“Your persistent thoughts have kept me up for several hours,” the voice said. You threw a hard punch at the bag, feeling it ripple through your hand.
“You keep saying that and I still have no clue what you mean,” you replied. You knew he was coming closer, watching you, but you kept punching. Right, left, right, right, left.
“Your dreams though have been the most vivid.”
That made you stop, taking heavy breaths as you steadied the bag. He wanted a reaction from you, and he got it. You still hadn’t met his gaze, instead you stared at the wall. Kylo walked closer to you until he was in the view of your peripheral, right by your side.
“The warmth, the trees, but that fire.. what happened in that fire I wonder,” he egged you on. You started to unwrap your hands.
“Don’t you fucking dare,” you warned him, “that is none of your concern.”
“Oh but it is,” he tried to push you. You scoffed and took your worn bandages and threw them in the trash nearby. He followed your movements as you moved to another area with a mat.
“If you think I would ever let you see that willingly, you’re out of your mind. Or that I would tell you.”
“Is that why you’re blocking me from your thoughts,” he asked while you grabbed a practice staff. Your movements were stopped when he got right in front of you.
“How are you doing it,” he wondered. You didn’t know if he was asking you or was talking more to himself, but he continued, “you’re quiet now.”
You felt both of your heat mixing together as his larger body loomed over yours. You swallowed the lump that had formed in your throat, and instinctively shoved the staff  into his chest.
“Do you want to keep talking or do you want to be useful and train with me?”
You let it go and watched as he kept the staff in his grasp. You backed away, studying him nonetheless and smiled to yourself when he removed the black cloak that covered his shoulders always. What you didn’t expect was to see him reach for his helmet, the front vocoder sliding open, and the helmet coming off.
You had never seen Kylo Ren without his helmet. He had beautiful porcelain skin and long hair that framed his face well, but what you were stuck on were his eyes. His eyes looked to peer into your soul, and you caught yourself faltering.
“It’s time someone taught you to watch your mouth,” he commented, twirling the staff in his hand. It snapped you out of your trance, and you both began to circle one another.
“My friends happen to love my wittiness,” you threw back at him.
“You mean friend.”
You stopped, placing a hand on your heart, mimicking how you did with Reina just hours earlier, “That hurt me deeply, Commander Ren.”
You both took a step closer to one another, and you twirled the staff in your hand too. You thought you had mastered this back in training, honestly sparring was one of the more fun things you had gotten to do. But standing here now, face to face with Kylo Ren of all people, you felt you needed to prove yourself.
You didn’t want to attack first, but you needed to see how he reacts, his movements. So you moved closer, and moved to strike his side. You weren’t expecting him to react so quickly and harsh, he had nearly taken you by surprise.
Key word there as nearly.
One strike had turned into fighting him off, dodging blow after blow until suddenly, you felt your legs fly from under you. You hit the mat and the air escaped your body by the impact. You were shocked, not knowing what the fuck had just happened. You lifted yourself up on your elbows, and thought you could see the look of smugness on his face as he twirled the stick again in his hand.
“That was fucking dirty,” you said, pulling yourself up and grabbing your staff along the way.
“It was fair.”
“There’s nothing fair in life, Commander, just those who have an advantage over the other,” you replied. He paused for a moment and you grinned, and took that as your chance.
He wanted to play dirty then fine. You would play dirty too.
He didn’t expect you to charge him, but he easily blocked each hit you made, starting to remember how you pushed him. He wasn’t even breaking a sweat.
But what you did next did take him by surprise.
You adjusted your grip on the hilt of the staff, each step forward came with a jab in the air, which he easily avoided stepping back. Up, down, and up again, your quick feet managed to push him into the wall, grabbing a hold of his wrist that held the staff and twisting it down. He grimaced, the wind being knocked out of his body now.
Hmm.
With his back pressed against the wall, your elbow held him there as you grinned almost ear to ear. He wanted to roll his eyes but he was still trying to figure out how you did that. The pair breathed heavily, their hot breathing mixing together and you had to look up at him.
“My point,” you said and released him, taking a number of steps backwards from his body. Kylo rolled his shoulders backwards, taking powerful steps forward.
“Best two out of three,” he said, before raising his staff and going for the offensive. You looked like you were actually having fun. He would squash that feeling quickly. This time he held nothing back, visibly knocking you backwards and further off the mat. He could see that happiness fade from your eyes. And he dealt another sick blow, knocking the staff from your hands. You fell to the floor ass first, skidding to stop as he pressed his staff to your body this time.
He breathed heavily, “I win.”
A smile formed on your lips, “Are you sure Commander?”
His eyes ran down your arm, to see you still had your staff laced in your fingers, and pressed firmly against his side. He shot his eyes back to yours, that happiness back like a twinkle in your eyes.
“How did you-“
“I have my own tricks,” you offered and he stood from his spot gazing down at you. He didn’t offer any help to you to help you up, so you stood on your own. Was the Commander upset that you played him at his own game?
“A tie then,” he said, throwing a glance your way. You nodded, and offered your hand to him. Your chest still heaved as you caught your breath. The Commander looked from your face down to your hand, and after a moment he shook your hand firmly. His black gloved hand seemed to almost completely cover yours, but it didn’t last long. Silently, the two of you walked over to put the staff back where you had found them, and you tried your best not to watch him throw his cloak back on, and cover his face with that helmet.
Honestly, you didn’t know why he covered his face. Even if you hated him, he was very good looking.
You swallowed the lump in your throat, feeling his gaze on you once more, “What now?”
“You aren’t blocking me anymore,” he said and you grumbled. Fucking great.
“Goodbye, Commander.”
—————
You returned to your quarters and took another hot shower, quicker this time so you could drag your ass back to bed. The soreness in your body felt better then the heartache that was there earlier. You managed to get a whole whopping 3 hours of rest before you woke up again for another day of work.
You dressed in a similar grey dress, clean of course, black turtleneck, and stockings. You laced your boots up and were out the door in enough time to nearly slam into your friend.
“Perfect timing,” she said, handing you a data pad, “they need electrical work done on the shuttle being used tomorrow for Phasma’s squadron. It’s you and me assigned.”
“Shouldn’t be too hard,” you commented, taking the pad from her hands and scrolling through the details quickly, “shouldn’t take more than two, three hours top.”
“Hm, don’t know too much about that,” she said as you both walked side by side down the hall, it was busier than usual this morning, “Turner and Andrews worked on it the last time it needed work.”
“Great,” you grimaced, offering her a fake smile, “that definitely changes things. I’m gonna have to check the command shuttles repairs at the end of the day then.”
Reina clapped a happy hand onto your shoulder, “And while you do that, I have a hot date tonight.”
“No,” you teased and she laughed beside you, you held the data pad to your chest, “Matteo finally had the guts to ask you?” Reina nodded with a smile on her face, clapping her hands together.
“He sure did, and I can’t wait to get him alone and--”
“Okay there, sunshine,” you stopped her as you both came to the large bay doors for one of the maintenance bays, you both inputted your codes and waited for the door to open, “I already know how much you’ve been dying to fuck the guy, I don’t necessarily need a play by play.”
She laughed and grabbed the pad from you, “What’s the point of friends if I don’t tell you all about the constant thought of him and his--”
“Reina,” you warned and she only giggled. You rolled your eyes playfully as you entered the bay. Since this one was only used for repairs, it was relatively warmer than the one you often found yourself in. You were met with a larger transport shuttle, dark grey just like all the others. It looked in perfect condition, just the way you liked it.
Reina took the liberty to walk the perimeter and look over the notes for anything having to do with the outer layer, and you had to grab a secondary tablet from the nearby terminal before heading into the shuttle itself. You scrolled through as the dim lights around you didn’t do much for your sight. You felt around the top of the shuttle to try and find the auxiliary switch to turn on the lights inside. Your fingers finally felt the tiny switch and you flipped it, the shuttle lighting up just a bit more. Odd, something you’d need to look at.
You set the tablet down nearby, and put your hair up quickly. There was a panel on the wall nearby you needed to open, and with the right wiring you could get the lights back to normal. You easily pried the panel off and it fell into your arms, and you looked over the shitty wiring job Turner and Andrews had done before. A lot of it didn’t even make any sense, but you didn’t want to waste time thinking about it when you could just fucking fix it.
You always had to fix things.
The pain in your back seemed to get stronger, and that lightheaded feeling started to return. You hesitated putting the panel back against the wall as the lights around you went back to their true hue, and you turned around to grab your pad. There one the other side of the shuttle, was Commander Ren again.
“What the fuck-” you mumbled to yourself.
“So you can see me,” his voice rang, but it almost felt like the noise had rang in your ears. Not that you actually heard it.
“Yes of course I can, how did you sneak in-”
“I didn’t,” he cut you off. You blinked at him, and shook your head.
“I don’t have time for this right now, Commander, I’m working,” you pleaded with him. You grabbed the tablet you had set down and started to scroll through it once more. You just wanted to ignore him.
What was up with this guy?
“I need you to meet with me when your shift has ended, is that understood?” he ordered you. Your eyes shot up from the tablet.
“Sir, if I don’t follow up with the repairs for your shuttle then your departure will most likely be delayed--”
“I’m ordering you to meet with me, promptly after your shift ends. Is that understood?” he pressed more firmly. Your irritance grew stronger. You closed your eyes just for a moment to collect yourself, and when you opened them to tell him where to shove it, he was gone.
Honestly? The day couldn’t get any weirder or worse.
You spent a few more hours working alongside Reina, and burnt yourself twice trying to rework some of the fucked up wiring that had been placed before you two were assigned to this job. Lunch had rolled around, but you opted to work through it so you could spare enough time to check in on the command shuttle. The Commander could wait a few minutes.
It was nearing 1800 hours, but you were sat on top of the shuttle, going over the final touches of Reina and your masterpiece. You were just wielding the outer panel back on when a head popped up from the ladder you used to come up on. It was not your friend, so you continued your work. Behind the helmet you had to protect you against the sparks, being able to ignore people definitely came easier under this. You began to see the appeal Commander Ren must have had when he wore his, since he liked to treat people like they didn’t exist.
Man if he really could read your thoughts, he wasn’t going to like that one. But it made you smile.
The voice called your name, and you wondered what would possess someone to try and rip away someone’s attention who was holding a fucking laser welder. It was almost like everyone just ignored the safety classes they were all given. The asshole part of you wanted to continue to ignore him, but the irritated part won. You switched the welder off and raised the helmet from your head, your hair falling messy around you.
“There had better be a good fucking reason for interrupting me,” you said the younger male. You could see him resisting the urge to roll his eyes.
“The Commander has requested your presence in the command center.”
Of course he has.
“The Commander can wait a few minutes while I finish this last piece of work,” you threw back at him. He blinked at you, and you turned back to the welder in your hand. When you were about to flip the switch back on, a pain on your right temple made you stop.
“Fine,” you mumbled, and carefully sat down the welder. You carefully walked over to the ladder and waited for the man to climb down the ladder, and then you followed. You tried your hardest not to mention the fact that his eyes were staring up your dress as you climbed down.
Pants. The one thing you hoped the First Order would give you was pants for fucks sake.
You had started to walk out when you passed Reina who was heading back to the shuttle, “Panel 238 still needs to be welded down and it should be good to go!” you called to her, but you had to quickly make your way to the command center. While yes it was public knowledge of where it was, you had personally never been there. With each step you took you felt your breathing get heavier, from what you weren’t too sure. A stormtrooper stood at the entrance, and you nodded at him, but the opening was large and the command center was filled with people. Like you said, you didn’t know what weapon was being built here, but by the look of things it was a massive one. Or on a massive scale. Your eyes scanned the room for any sign of the Commander, before they landed on what you would assume was a meeting room. You made your way over, and input your code into the panel. The doors opened for you automatically and when you stepped inside you had to hide the shock on your face.
Not only was it Commander Ren, but General Hux and Captain Phasma were there as well. They had seemed to have been discussing something, but your presence made them stop and turn to you. General Hux was the one who motioned to the table, and a chair close to him for you to sit at.
“Officer (Y/L/N), please,” he said and you obliged. You walked to the chair and sat in it, and General Hux sat at the head of the table to your left. Or you sat to his right really.
“How long have you been on Starkiller Base?” he asked. You nodded.
“Almost two years sir,” you answered. The General nodded, you think he liked that answer, and he folded his hands together and placed them on the table.
“Your current assignment is with the engineering team, correct?”
“Yes, sir,” you answered again. If he knew the answer to these questions, why was he asking you? Again, he nodded.
“Your work has been exceptional, as stated by your peers and superiors on the team. I took it upon myself to look into your training records, and I must say I’m impressed,” he pressed his fingers on the table, and suddenly your whole file was in front of him. Your eyes glanced from the display to him, not too sure where this was headed.
“It says here that you had exceptionally well scoring when it came to computer sciences and programming, one of the best in your class,” the General stated and you nodded, “your focus in that field was data retrieval.”
“Yes sir, that’s correct. My superiors thought it best to stick with mechanical engineering overall.”
“Yes I see that,” he commented, and you finally glanced at Kylo behind him. He stood there with his arms crossed and you could only look at him for a moment.
“Officer, the reason you’re here is because of the impending mission the Captain’s squad and Commander Ren are about to embark on. There is an ancient artifact that we need to retrieve from the Resistance, that needs to be decoded immediately,” he paused to gauge your reaction, but you didn’t offer any type of emotion on your face, “we believe you would have the capability to do that.”
You didn’t answer for a moment, your thoughts running rampant through your mind. You hadn’t done programming in the two years you had been here, well not one a level like that. Your last real project was when you were unknowingly helping to design the command shuttle that Commander Ren used to this day. It wasn’t that you doubted your skills, but you were uneasy. But, no one could know that.
“I believe I could be of assistance.”
