I like to headcanon that the Demon Realm inhabitants in Dragon Ball do a mock purr. Like how a leopard sounds when it's petted. A mix between a growl, roar, and a rumbling purr. Imagine the Time Patroller running their fingers through Fu's hair while he's half asleep at his computer desk, all of a sudden they hear a strange sound; at first thinking Fu was growling at them, only to realize he was purring.

this was drawn during the second height of my xenoverse 2 craze. now that the 2nd future DLC has released, i have to get back into it if not only to 100% the achievements. fu is my favorite bc he is so genuinely goofy. just a little goober. i don't like heroes for various reasons but its fu character assassination is one of them, he's just a silly guy 🥺

If there was hypothetically a Xenoverse 3, which 5 characters would you have as mentors?

Oh that’s a big question! In short: Ribrianne, King Cold, Gamma 2, Toppo, and…Fu. Yes, that last one is very unlikely but hear me out in my long answer!

Ribrianne, already a missed opportunity in my opinion. I mean yes, we get her supers and ultimates as PQ drops, but even so I think it would build her character. I’m basing this on potential interactions as well, not just what they’d ‘teach’. I know in general she isn’t very well received, shall we say? But, some female representation is good, and I think this would be very good, she’s very positive. I think she would be a very interesting mentor. I still strongly feel that she could have been when that DLC was released.

King Cold, yes I’m delusional, we all know that by now. I’m sure he wouldn’t be much different from Cooler or Frieza, but, I want the interactions. My reasons aren’t serious people, just gimme the old man.

Gamma 2, but maybe in a Gohan & Videl type deal. Let’s make this Gamma 1 & Gamma 2, I think Gamma 2 would he high energy wanting to turn the player into another super hero.

Toppo, prior to God of Destruction maybe? I’m picking him over Jiren as I prefer him, I think the lessons would be against other Pride Troopers. His supers and ultimates are available I’m sure, but we earn them this way now.

Fu, ah my most delusional pick! Look, he loves interfering and what’s better than being extra friendly with the time patrollers? I know there’s no way in hell they’d do this but I think it would be very interesting.

Good morning chat the new legends story mode makes me want to Kill Myself.

I love this stupid mobile game but my GOODNESS does it leave me in SHAMBLES. I went to work the next day and literally never stopped thinking abt it. theorizing with my friends is so fun bc then I’m just dead on the floor hoping its true bc hey more writing material!!!

Got possessed at 2am after spending my free time doing the Xenoverse 2 Fu Raid. I have no idea why, but I decided to get past art block and draw the silly scientist himself, based on one of his wallpapers. (Which is why Vegeta and his sword isn’t there. Or the rest of his body.)

Dragon Ball Male eyes are so damn hard to draw since their eyebrows are always glued to the top of their eyelids. And the muscles but I honestly think Fu wouldn’t be so bulky since he’s a scientist. As for the hair, it didn’t look right with such a clean V shape so I made it messy. I’ve scribbled him with one bang poking out like Heroes Fu which I barely acknowledge since he seems evil and not just chaotic neutral.

As per tradition, I ALWAYS get sick when it gets closer to Christmas B) (I tend to get sick before or on Christmas. It sucks big time) So a Christmas drawing may appear after Christmas :,) Buuutt I did finish a little character design drawing!
