azula couldn’t help but smile, anticipation brightening her usually detached countenance as she waited for blair to arrive. there was something almost poetic about that night. she could describe the way the stars were shining bright above her, illuminating the prettiest parts of her island. but there was nothing beautiful or poetic about what they were about to do , at least not what others would describe as such. for azula, however, this night felt very special. albeit not as melodic as a poem but still teeth-rattling like a well-written tragedy. “ you’re finally here . what were you doing, waiting for your nail polish to dry ? ” the words fell crudely from her painted lips. she hated waiting for others, usually people were supposed to do that for her. “ i’ve brought the petrol canister, we should make sure that no one is inside though. i don’t want to risk getting arrested for murder. although i doubt anyone would caught us anyway. ”
