[Commissioned by @coldbloodassassin. This stat block borrows abilities from both the black and white zetsus appearing previously. An encounter with each separately is a CR 12, so I wanted this version to be a little beefier so there was an ample reason to sacrifice the action economy of fighting two monsters at once.]

Perfect Zetsu CR 14 LE Aberration This humanoid figure is split down the middle, one half being black skinned and the other white. Both eyes are a luminous green. An enormous maw, like the leaves of a flytrap plant, extends over its head.

The black and white zetsus, despite their differing personalities and abilities, are in some ways two halves of the same whole. When combined, a black and white zetsu become a perfect zetsu. This process requires both participants to spend a full minute in uninterrupted contact and concentration, making it unlikely to occur in the span of a combat. But once combined, the perfect zetsu is a much more capable warrior than either of its halves, although it is not as good a spy as either. It loses the ability to possess a host or disguise itself, but is fast, strong, tough and deadly.

The personality of the white zetsu is mostly suppressed in this union. Most perfect zetsus are knowledgeable, serious and condescending in the manner of a black zetsu. Perfect zetsus may serve as field marshals for evil powers, or are the mastermind of schemes themselves. They often maintain armies of plant creatures that fight on their behalf. When badly injured, the two halves of the perfect zetsu separate, and both will usually attempt to escape with their lives and reunite in safety elsewhere.

Distribute worn or carried gear randomly between the two creatures. Mimicry (Ex) A perfect zetsu is proficient with all armor, shields and weapons. In addition, it can use any spell trigger or spell completion items as if those spells were on its spell list. Its caster level is equal to its racial Hit Dice. Phytokinetic Blast (Su) As a standard action, a perfect zetsu can unleash a blast of plant matter at a single target within 120 feet as a ranged attack. A creature struck takes 1d6+1 per 2 HD of the perfect zetsu, plus the creature’s Constitution modifier (8d6+8 plus 8 for the average perfect zetsu). This attack counts as piercing and magic for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction Poison (Ex) Injury—bite; save Fort DC 26; duration 1/round for 4 rounds; damage 1d3 Wis damage; cure 1 save. The save DC is Constitution based. Superior Woodland Stride (Su) A perfect zetsu ignores all movement penalties from mundane or magical plant growth. Vegetal (Ex) Due to its plant-like nature, a perfect zetsu gains a +4 racial bonus on all saves against mind-influencing effects, paralysis, poison, polymorph, sleep and stunning effects.

-Hidan: At first he’s like “What is this baby shit?” but then his eyes light up and he laughs loudly. He actually laughs until he cries. “This shit is golden!” It’ll probably become his anthem. In a modern time, it’s probably going to become his ringtone too.

-Kakuzu: He’s unimpressed and a bit annoyed by it. He feels like it was a waste of his time, and it reminds him of something Hidan would make.

-Itachi: He chuckles lightly and shakes his head at it. It’s stupid to him, but still interesting and definitely creative. Still stupid though

-Kisame: He’s more than likely going to smirk and laugh at it. “Who comes up with this stuff?!?!” 

-Konan: She blushes at the sudden change and is a bit confused at what happened to the cute beginning. At first she’s entertained by it’s adorable intro, and then she becomes a blushing confused mess.

-Pain: Much like Kakuzu, this was a waste of his time and minutes of his life that he can never get back. “How annoying.”

-Tobi: Literally dances the whole way through it, and will probably start the video again and again

  In Boruto Chapter 30 that just came out, When Boruto and Kawaki were about to do the seal of reconciliation, Momoshiki Otsutsuki Appeared to Boruto which resulted in Boruto feeling pain on his right palm on which his Kama-Seal was placed upon, the pain lasted for seconds with no sign of Boruto Bleeding. Kashin Koji who is spying on them through the eyes of a summoned frog from a tower, he sees what is going and comments that if Boruto has the same power as Jigen, then that is something to worry about, which brings us to this topic of what Kashin Koji meant by Boruto having the same power as Jigen. Lets start from Chapter 30, Just as he was about to do the seal of reconciliation with Kawaki, Boruto sees a vision of Momoshiki Otsutsuki, now Boruto Uzumaki defeated Momoshiki Otsutsuki, and while time was frozen and everyone else ( except  For Sasuke Uchiha who watched the whole thing with his six-path Rinnegan), Boruto was given a Kama-Seal in spirit form before disappearing and he has not been seen or heard from until this chapter. If there is one thing that we have learned from past experience in the Naruto-Verse its that to give a cursed-seal, whether you kill the person who grants it or you are aquire the cursed-seal as a sign that you serve that person , The Bottom-line is clear: to bestow a cursed onto another person, you must now use it on yourself, for example: Orochimaru did not use the cursed-seal upon himself when bestowed it upon the Jugo, Anko, The Sound Ninja-Five and Sasuke Uchiha. Speaking about Jigen, when Kashin Koji implied that Boruto might have the same power as Jigen, does this mean that Jigen received his Kama-Seal from a celestial?  Back to the theory of Jigen been the vice-president of Husk, what if, and what if Jigen formed Husk to worship this celestial? all the members of the group would obey their leader no matter what, the fact that they worship the celestial-being also explains why Delta kicked the table against the wall while Jigen was eating.
