This is the animation that plays whenever the player/vessel equips their helmet in my deltarune take

Sorta a difficult post to make,

Hey this is Stirfry and i wanted to talk about something, I think I'm going on break.

I don't know how long I'll be gone for, or if I'll even be back.

The reason for this is because I don't really feel that happy doing this anymore, i use to feel excited doing this but now i don't have that same excitement anymore.

I have scheduled posts for future things from my deltarune take that i still wanted to share so those will be coming out randomly still.

If i am coming back then it'll probably be before chapters 3-4 come out depending on how i feel about posting again.

I just feel like my idea's aren't really that good either, so if I'd come back then I'd have to shake that feeling first too.

The scheduled post have the rest of the secret boss lore sheets and ref pages along with, things for gaster, dess and "friend", how my chapters end, and a few more things.

I have idea's for things to do after the next chapters are out and i don't want to abandon those ideas yet so they may be the key factor in me returning if i decide to.

I apologize that this is so sudden for all of you, but I've felt like this for a while now infact I've put off making a post like this twice now over the last 2 months, but I've finally decided that this will probably be the best option for me as of now, if i return thought i promise to have some cool stuff that's brand-new, ok.

Updated Secret boss designs!

In my deltarune take, I've updated the designs of a few of my secret bosses.

This is because I want to work with them a bit more so they got newer sprites that I think look better and they are easier for me to draw

The secret bosses that I updated are:

Belliar

Twobe

And Dysfigure

Here's a comparison of their new and old designs:

The only one of them with semi major design changes is belliar because I wanted them to look like more of a deranged goblin then they already were.

Twobes changes are very minor with the biggest difference being the posing of the sprite

And dysfigure has a few new changes mostly related to her head while her body is almost the exact same

So here's the updated line up of my secret bosses:

I made these giant explanation sheets for Elephanto a while back, should I shorten them or keep them the way they are?

His Invention could do as much damage to his world as you do to the cyber city in the snowgrave route, good thing you're totally evil... or else he may use it on you instead

I also gave him another form that I like a lot

I fixed this up a little bit so it's has better readability (hopefully) so i figured I'd give this a try

*DO YOU REALLY WANNA STAND UP AGAINST YOUR BEST "FRIEND"?

this is one of "Friends" transformations in my deltarune take which they call their "Best Friend" form

Their name isn't actually friend they're just calling themself that to hide their real name

"Friend" is a darkener who's literally darkness itself making them one of the strongest darkeners that exist next to The Angel

Being literal darkness, "Friends" goal is to absorb all light to make themself stronger, anything light related that they absorb makes them stronger whether it's a random beam of light or a strong willed lightener

They're not interested in the soul but they still do want it for an unknown reason, they are more interested in absorbing Kris because they are a very strong lightener

If "Friend" were to absorb Kris things would be very bad since that would make "Friend" stronger than The Angel.

The location this takes place in is outside of The Ice Palace

My post chapter 3-4 plans

After chapters 3-4 release for deltarune I think I'll still continue to make content, but it would be most like focused on only a chapter 5 prediction vs all 7 chapters like I'm currently doing

I already have plans for a chapter 5 take that I'm brainstorming ideas for and that can be tweaked depending on the information we get in these next 2 chapters

My current deltarune take characters wont be discarded entirely as i do have an interesting plan for a project to do with them after the next chapters release, my chapter 5 characters will also be added to this project after the official chapter 5 releases

I may do a thing to see if anyone wants to join in and help with my future chapter 5 take a bit before chapters 3-4 come out so a day or 2 before the release date

I'll start doing stuff for my take 2-3 weeks after the chapters come out so i don't spoil much for people

TLDR: I'll be focusing on a chapter 5 take, my current take characters aren't being scrapped just moved over to a different project, and I may try and recruit people to help with my chapter 5 take.

Since we still got at least a couple month till the chapters are out, here's a teaser for my future chapter 5 take!

New logo and name for my deltarune take!

From now on my deltarune take with be referred to as Fryrune now!

I did this mostly because I was tired of writing "My deltarune take" every post, Fryrune is much easier to type consistently

The image above isn't quite finished yet, there's still more characters that are important that I haven't shared yet to add on here

However there are a few silhouettes here of new characters that you haven't seen, yet
