i know romanticising isolation and loneliness doesnt do *Wonders* for mental health, but romaticising *being* alone definetely did.

like using what wouldve been my "romantic energy" to just try best keeping up with self care, maintaining relationships with my friends and family. doing hobbies, relaxing, and so on.

being lonely isnt the greatest but i have come to enjoy being alone in its own ways.

i feel this way pretty regularly, like almost exactly this.

i got really attached the the label of

~Soft Romo~ in terms of the type of partnership that id probably be into. just cause yea i would say im kind of a partnering aro in the sense that i dont mind the idea of having some sortve companion. but even if there is a person i could think of that i might wanna do that with i usually just end up feeling like id rather not. but if i did ~ a nice just sortve partnering, soft romo relationship would be chill i think

There's gotta be some sort of in-between when it comes to being partnering or nonpartnering as an aromantic cause like I personally don't really feel the need to have any sort of partner or go out of my way to find one but at the same time I don't mind it and actually like being in some kind of non-romantic partnership

So like... Semi-partnering??? That has a nice ring to it. There's always overlap between the two ends so this makes sense at least it makes sense to me. There's no way I'm the only one who feels like this

15. Where does your inspiration come from?

i feel like the obvious and simple in ajswer is just life in general. my own experiences, stories ive heard, music i listen too. but the more personal specific answer is i watch a looooot of cartoons, and when im not watching cartoons im reading and watching a lot of coming of age or period piece stuff. horror and fantasy are big genre inspirations too. i try my best to have fun with my writing and so i do end up pulling from a lot of things that just make me happy and capture my interest. i love magic and monsters, i love animals and princesses, i love swords like a Fuck ton. more than anything im deeply inspired by others creations so i try to indulge in a little bit of everything.

24. Poetry or prose, why?

Prose. ive been doing it for longer and i can be verrrryyy wordy so i find that poetry can be a bit difficult for me to capture the ideas i have because i need to be more concious of the length and style. ive gotten into poetry a bit more over the years but prose will always be my first love ♡
