Caribbean Reef Sharks are at more ecotourism shark dives worldwide than any other species of shark. I'm incredibly grateful for these sharks because this specific species is what starts most normal scuba divers into becoming life long shark divers. And soon as they realize that everything they've been taught about sharks is completely wrong by 1st hand experience, they usually quickly become obsessed and start diving with every species there is as well as and most importantly help save them! They essentially show the true nature of sharks for millions of first timers! Sadly the relentless drive for shark fin soup has decimated shark populations worldwide.
