These are some examples of outdoor gym equipment that have been added to some parks in the UK. They are created by “freshairfitness”. Their huge range of outdoor fitness equipment has a variety of physical benefits, from cardio and muscular strength building to flexibility and toning. All of these machines use your own body weight as the weight that you move. I like this way of implementing your weight as the weight you lift, making you a part of the machine.
In a way these designs have an element of humour in them because when moving the machine and lifting the weights you are also picking yourself up at the same time, throwing yourself about in the process. I like having some sort of humour in my designs so this works well.

I have had their mango pancake at the 2019 Japan festival and the hype is real. It was only fitting that I try their Tiramisu flavour when they arrived at Sq1 mall 2day. It tasted like tiramisu with the texture of the fuwafuwa pancake.. I'm giving this a 10/10 for outstanding quality and service on an opening day .
