so we literally we trying to start the first part of the final free movie when we were SO CONFUSED and had to go back because Road to the World is NOT just a Recap movie, and more like a Dive to the Future+ paid DLC definitive that NEEDS to be watched before The Final Strokes

anyway Road to the World kind of saved Dive to the Future, given that they add a bunch of context to certain things and flesh other things out properly. Not to say that you can just watch the Road to the World because DttF still has a bunch of stuff the movie breezes over (most of the Ikuya stuff)

it really did feel like they could have maybe made DttF a two cour thing and took their time with it but decided to just make it a movie instead???

the movie ED by style five is so silly but i love the refs to the prev endings, super cute

But seriously? That image has got me balling and, if it is what we think it is (pretty sure it is despite the huge blur), makes the most sense and it's ABOUT TIME!! Haru wouldn't have even touched this stage in his life if it wasn't for Makoto's (and his friends) love and support. Of COURSE, in reality of Haru's character, he would serve his medals to him!-

Which, btw, can I just say I really did headcanon and read in fanfiction Haru rewarding all the medals he gets to Makoto cause he appreciates him so much? The fanfictions write themselves 🙂

But yeah, all I have to say is... Makoharu canon! 🎉
