People who hate Community season 6 and genuinely think it’s bad are the weakest links in our society. I’m the biggest season 6 defender out there btw. “But it’s so different! It just doesn’t feel the same!” And.?? That’s what makes it great. I’m sorry u think that a new season changing tonally in an interesting and innovative way is bad bcus u want ur show to stay the same always and never do cool new things, but I’m different. Try telling my wives basic email security, queer studies and advanced waxing, Basic Rv Repair and Palmistry, modern espionage, ladders, wedding videography, basic crisis room decorum, intro to recycled cinema, and the emotional consequences of broadcast television that season six is bad you’ll look so dumb

I love how Frankie, much like everyone else, is fundamentally unable to properly understand Abed and the things he says, but for a completely different reason. She can see that he is capable, and his ways of expressing emotions do not unnerve her. Sure she can become a little frustrated when his 'strangeness' becomes a hindrance, but she doesn't become angry, she never asks 'why are you like this?'. Sure her insistence on efficiency has its issues in how it demands conventional normality from Abed, but she's already aware that other people are not going to be on the same task first mindset as her most of the time, in that respect Abed is no different from everyone else.

Most people Abed meets can understand many of his references, but can't understand him. Frankie understands where Abed is coming from, but does not understand ANY of his references. She doesn't own a TV. But perhaps that's why Abed can appreciate her in turn from the start in a way the others refuse to.

i get asked my community headcannons often, and I don't know what to say because like

jeff: bisexual with preference to women. That man will die thinking he's straight.

britta: tried being a lesbian so bad but didn't make it. Had a few girlfriends in high school but they were more platonic than anything. Maybe bisexual with heavy preference to men (HORRIBLE men, in fact)

annie: girlie thinks she's straight cause she likes twilight and abed. she likes women a lot honestly

abed: bisexual, male pronouns but simply not gender. His gender is Abed

troy: that man is gay

chang: gay

frankie: lesbian demiwoman

duncan: straight but has a weird thing for jeff. what do we think
