A quick heads up

When I do commissions now I'll ask for half the cost up front, as I've been screwed over! This means I'm not totally losing out if you do what this person did...

I was commissioned by someone, who quickly deleted their Tumblr, to draw Velma from Scooby Doo in a specific way. I gave them a time estimate that it would be completed 24 hours later as I also had another two ahead of them. They were fine with that.

I was half way through their commission when they messaged to say I was taking too long and they'd got what they wanted from.... Ai instead.

This was a $25 commission, it doesn't sound like much but to me it is - especially right now.

So I finished the piece and I'm gonna post it, it'll be on my patreon at some point in my lowest tier as well but I have posts queued up until May 11th currently.
